Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Les chambres sont d'une bonne grandeur et l'ambiance chaleureuse. Très bel hôtel! Bien située. Très bon déjeuner avec divers choix. Différentes gratuitées sont offertes au restaurant selon les heures (smoothies, bar, soupe Le soir). Le bain public est un peu petit, mais peu achalandé et très beau.

Le seul problème rencontré est au niveau du lave-linge : il n'y en a que deux pour tout l'hôtel, ce qui est très peu. La fonction sèche-linge ne fonctionne pas. Ça ne fait que chauffer le linge (qui était brûlant à la sortie) et le tout reste humide même après une heure de séchage.

Alors n'hésitez pas à réserver cet hôtel je vous le recommande vivement! (et planifier faire votre lavage ailleurs) :)

Central location in Kanazawa for easy access (via bus) to most places you want to see. Recommend taxi for visiting the garden (Kenrokuen) and Castle (note, castle is reconstructed, so it is up to you if you want to see it). Hotel room was about average size and nicely laid out.

Although the Hotel Intergate Kanazawa is in a busy part of town, the hotel itself is located in a quiet alley off the main drag. We found check in to be somewhat rushed and impersonal, as we were ushered immediately to a kiosk where it was required we check in electronically.

Staff here seemed harried and did not offer the personal touch and care we received at our hotel in Tokyo.

That being said, the hotel offers an incredible number of complimentary, excellent quality food and drink throughout the day. Perhaps this is the reason there were so many Western tourists staying here, some who seemed to take \"advantage\" of the free stuff. Perhaps that grasping attitude is the reason staff seemed a bit impatient with tourists.

Our room, which was a superior twin, was large and well-appointed. We loved the separate toilet/shower rooms, and the sink outside those spaces. The \"onsen\" on the second floor is a great amenity! Overall, we loved our three -night stay here, but wished the staff had been more accommodating.

Kanazawa is lovely, but we found it overrun with tourists when we visited around the third week in April (past sakura time). As with any popular tourist destination, one can find wonderful hidden gems that tourists don't know about. Look for those!

The room was very comfortable, and had adequate space, though one bed was pushed against the wall. Lots of helpful amenities. There were various refreshments in the lounge through out the day, which was nice. The onsen is small, but fully equipped. My only complaint was that there was a very bright light on a motion sensor in the entryway, and there was no way to turn it off. If you got up in the night to use the sink or toilet it came on blinding you (and anyone else) in the room. We found a creative solution, but there should be a way to turn the motion sensor off.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is having to check yourself in and out. It never feels as welcoming when you are expected to deal with a machine when you have staff standing at the desk doing nothing unless you need help. No thank you for staying with us - just a machine telling you you have checked out. Everything else was spot on and comfortable - the free daily snacks, drinks and rice dinner was appreciated. The champagne was particularly nice😀

Highly recommend Intergate Kanazawa! It is located within walking distance to Omicho Market and near bus stops that bring you to tourist attractions in Kanazawa. The staff are warm and hospitable, the breakfast selection is amazing and we especially loved the snacks and coffee provided throughout the day including Happy Hour cocktails and Late night ochazuke. The onsen within the hotel was especially appreciated since it was winter. The onsen facilities are clean and modern, and the hotel provides tattoo stickers for anyone who needs it. The rooms are spacious and clean! Would definitely stay at Intergate Kanazawa if I visit Kanazawa again!

Staff is good but rather unwelcoming. Each of the stuff members was overwhelmed by duties and did not have time for a smile, even a quick one. Hotel room was good, with a rather large bathroom by Japanese standards, but mosf it was occupied by a huge tub with shower gead outside the tub. You take shower outsude the tub. They could have made the rooms bigger with a normal bathroom. The breakfast qualit was mediocre.

Only complaint is that the light at the entrance to the room goes on and off during the night whenever anyone goes to the toilet or to get a drink , waking up the other occupant of the room. The sensor can be adjusted but they are reluctant to do it.

The hotel is very well located for exploring Kanazawa and was excellent value for money. Our triple room was a little tight (though this was typical for our whole trip in Japan) but well appointed and clean.
Breakfast was ok - not the most extensive buffet but sufficient for our needs. The highlight though was the availability of drinks/snacks in the bar/lounge all day and even a free happy hour from 5-7pm with prosecco, wine and juice options.
Staff very pleasant and happy to help.
Definitely a good option for a stay in Kanazawa.

Pleasant, courteous and helpful staff at reception and in the breakfast lounge.
Our room was spacious, clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable with fresh and crisp linen and clean pyjamas. The housekeeping staff are thorough. The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms, while the wash sink is out in the main room.
The breakfast area is spacious, clean and airy, with a good selection of Japanese and western foods. The staff worked tirelessly to keep everything clean, organised and refilled, both at breakfast and the evening snack period. Nice to see the manager greet guests and support staff.
This hotel has a public bath and a paid laundry room, 600 yens a load for wash and dry.
One suggestion: it would be nice to have 1 or 2 shelves or racks for clothes and personal grooming items.
The hotel is within walking distance to many cultural sites and experiences. Public transportation, restaurants convenience stores are minutes away. Easy to reach from Kanazana Station by bus. Be advised that not all buses take the national payment cards such as Icoca. You'll need to pay cash or by credit card. Extensive and reasonably priced food options at the Omicho market, in the M'ZA mall across from the market and in the area. We ate twice at Uogashi-Syokudou in the M'ZA mall. The noodle soups are quite tasty with efficient and friendly service.
Kanazawa is a wonderful city, less crowded than Osaka and Kyoto with a calming vibe. Visit the castle park, Kenrokuen Garden and many craft shops.

The hotel is one bus ride away from Kanazawa Station but the stop is perfectly located. Mostly foreign tourists stay here so it feels like I'm not in Japan. There's not much food options nearby, especially breakfast, apart from a bar and a few izakayas, but the hotel provided a nightly ochazuke bar that my children enjoyed. Also, if you don't mind eating convenience store food, there is a Family Mart just across the street that opens 24/7 (but the hotel discourages us to bring outside food to be eaten in the lobby, so please don't do that). The staff is friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and super clean. The hotel has a nice public bath (but can't use it if you have tattoo), all the public facilities are very clean. Skin care amenities are from Sekkisei line Kose. Only two laundry machine with 2-hour cycle each, there is no way to monitor the laundry availability from the TV so people tend to stalk each other. About 5 minutes walk to Oyama Jinja and thus the entrance of Kanazawa Castle. With that said, we will definitely stay here again in the future due to location and value.

We booked a Hollywood twin room for 4 nights and the layout of the room is not good. Very long and narrow hallway. The TV in the room is terrible without internet option to cast YouTube and the 4 foreign channels were interrupted intermittently. We asked for extra pillows and there were not available.
The positive thing is the complimentary drinks and snacks thoroughly the day. We didn’t have the breakfast but it seems expensive for 2980¥
