Definitely would not recommend staying here. The guy at the front desk was not friendly, only said what he had to and didn’t even make eye contact. There was an odor as soon as u walked in the lobby. Our room was dirty, especially the bathroom, vents were dirty also. The plates they provided don’t even fit in the microwave for the kitchen. The tv loses signal when it rains! Just overall a terrible experience.

Its right off 95 to rest forca while. Close to wegmans walmart restaurants off in a quiet place near all kinds of things. For me i needed a safe place to rest. It was great really clean and free breagast otems.

If i could id give a negative 0.Rooms and lobby not same as the in the advertisements. The Furniture, desks, floors cabinets are all worn, dirty, and old . Dont get me started on the water pressure in the shower. The holes in the walls, the hard as Hades mattress, the old and scratchy brown \"blanket\"...the bathroom and kitchenette sinks would leak from the knobs (not just the faucet!) and they would overflow if I let them run.

The staff at Extended Stay is so welcoming and kind. Circumstances have dictated that I have needed to stay in a hotel for several months. Most of that time I’ve been in a Hilton Hotel because of honors program. Frankly, the staff here has been more pleasant and helpful than any of the Hilton properties. This will be “home” for me until I’m back in my permanent residence.

Hotel had a no smoking policy except weed and cigarettes but other than that. Rooms definitely had a legacy smell of tobacco. And hotel appeared to be a halfway house for others in addition to being a hotel.

Beware of Extended Stays

If you don’t know, it seems that most extended stays are apparently transitional housing for people who don’t have. I put my family up for two nights. They couldn’t stay the 2nd night. The place is filthy and the other people there made the place feel unsafe. It was so bad my family slept on my couch and floor the remainder of the trip and wasted $500 between the 2 rooms. Now you know!

I chose \"the extended stay\" to save money by cooking my own meals. Unfortunately when i brought in our groceries after checking, we saw all the cupbords were bare. We went to the front only to find out they have minimal dishes and only sauce pans. How do you cook pasta in a sauce pan? So much for cooking dinner. There wasn.t a breakfast either, instant oatmeal and a package muffin isn.t breakfast. The AC in the room wasn.t keeping up. The room was very clammy. Very dissapointed.

Horrible, chemical smelling room and no refund!

We didn't stay. We checked in, went to our room and it was horrible. The smell of some sought of chemical cleaner was overwhelming. We couldn't even stay in the room. When we went back down and asked to be reinbursed (we were there less that 5 minutes) we were told we couldn't have it! My husband's throat literally began to burn. there was not way we could stay. We left an lost the money. We were lucky there were hotels nearby that we were able to stay at.

Overall the hotel was okay. It met our basic needs and the bed mattress was comfortable. The maintenance of the place was less than desired. The corridor on the 2nd floor had a very funky stale kind of smell. The room did not smell since it had an air freshener and plug in and the AC ran all the time. It had a full kitchen but you have to go the front desk to ask for any cutlery, plates, etc. The cabinets and fridge have also seen better days with visible damage. Overall the room was spacious. The breakfast was extremely basic with some kellog granola bars, packaged muffins and very light watered down coffee. Hot water was also available if you wanted instant oatmeal, tea, hot chocolate, etc. It's all grab and go. Something is better than nothing. There is a grocery store across the street, some fast food and restaurants across so you have options. Next to the highway so good location. I may have given an overall rating of 4 if the hallway smell was not there and the room was more updated.

Nobody was at the desk upon check in. Had to call the main number to get someone there. Then was told my reservation was cancelled due to no double beds and that they should have called me well they didn't. Had to take a double bed and share instead of 2 beds in the room. No breakfast as advertised or restaurant. Keys stopped working had to go back to desk. Outlet didn't work had to reset that.

What A Fantastic Friday!

Greetings All,

The extended stay property was good; especially since I just needed a place to sleep after visiting a friend. It was also convenient for stores to be 5 minutes away; if I needed anything. The only two things I would suggest are having a modern TV and putting better lights in the Hallway. I tried to access my Netflix Account and was unsuccessful. I returned late from my friend's BBQ; the hallway was dim.

Guess you get what you pay for. Needed a place that was pet friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard and make a noise every time you moved. Room appeared to be clean however found men’s boxers near the chair in the corner. The AC unit was dirty. You could hear the people in the room next door all night partying. The property is easily accessible and the room was clean. The problem I had is with an incident at the property while I was there. There were at least two different people banging on the door of a nearby room yelling at the person inside to open the door from midnight to almost 2am. The person at the front did go twice to address the situation, but the people continued with hitting the door and yelling. There was additional yelling within the room at 3:21am that soon ended for the remainder of the night. The property was fine and clean, but the experience was very disappointing.
