Our room was infested with ants! And we paid $334 for the night to get this extra feature. The front desk clerk sent up an \"engineer\" with a can of bug spray. The \"engineer\" immediately determined that his can was no match for the quantity of ants roaming about everywhere. At the engineers urging, the front desk guy magically found us another room when he previously claimed no other rooms where available. Thanks to this ordeal, we arived at the hotel at 11 pm, and got to bed at 1:00 AM. Expedia contacted the hotel for me, but the hotel manager REFUSED to issue any type of refund for the horror and inconvenience to us of this experience. And in a $334 room! No more Marriott properties for us!

Place was clean for the most part. Parking very limited. There was construction material in parking spots. In addition there was a bus taking up 6 spots in the rear or the location. Coffee was atrocious. Breakfast didnt start until 700a, alot of us left the hotel by 630a. Room was very over priced.

Terrible. My son and I both got sick. My son very badly, couldn’t breathe, sore throat etc. it was so bad that had to take him to the emergency room because he was crying and couldn’t breathe. We had to check out early and after six hours away from the hotel his condition improved dramatically. Unfortunately he was unable to play in the baseball tournament (which was the reason for the trip). The hotel totally ruined our entire trip.

The hotel is currently under renovations, there is a little dust a bit everywhere but what bothered us is that there was no hot water in the morning when we went to shower. I called the front desk and about 15 minutes later we got about 2 minutes worth of hot water. I’m sure this was due to the work being done. If only it was stated on hotels.com or the Marriott website that the property was undergoing work I would have chosen another property. Other than that the hotel is worthy of marriotts badge.

I really like the customer service in the hotel. When we got there everything was clean and they gave us more towels when I asked for them. They still had restrictions on the pool time but we were able to use it with no problem. They provided free breakfast and it was good. The only weird thing was where the TV is located in the Queen bedroom because it's in the middle of the room in between the beds and living room but since the tv was able to move side to side it was ok. Overall I would stay here again :)
