Which leads to people burning food at 7am violently waking you from slumber as you panic getting dressed for emergency. Curtains don’t close to block out neighboring hotel lights. Only view is parking lot. Stay at La Quinta of exit 77A for half price more space and breakfast

The staff was professional, pleasant, and accommodating. My room was generously spacious and for the most part clean. The parking was ample and free. There were many nearby stores and restaurants. Two disappointments there were that no breakfast offered and the explanation was because we had kitchenettes. My room seemed in transitioning to a handicap room which I applaud but had wires hanging down from the television and had an odd A/C and heating setup with an odd electrical setup and an intake fan built in the wall to share the A/C and heat in the bedroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay though.

The stay was nice and peaceful also the maid did everything to make my stay comfortable. The front desk young lady named Coleen made ever effort to make this stay enjoyable because the WiFi isn’t good and the room tv doesn’t have a remote to access input so I can go on my personal apps from my laptop. Not much of cable so this is a great alternative to watch personal streaming. She is kind and always said”hello is everything fine. The only person that did that. She’s a very good asset to that front desk.give her 5 stars

We had a great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. Full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Free laundry was key!! Kids took advantage of gym and outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and responsive to the few requests we had.

The AC panel separated from the wall when I went to touch it. When I reported it to the front desk she said Maintenance isn’t in till 11am the next day, And she would let them know.
I was woken up at 8am on a Saturday to maintenance knocking then slightly opening the door but luckily I the safely lock was on.
He did come back later and fixed it.
The glass in the bathroom was dirty, I tried to take a quick dip in the pool within the permitted (10-8pm) but two men were cleaning it. Latervloasked for late check out and was told I can maybe have 30 mins but that’s it. Cause the room has to be prepared for the next guest.

Stayed two nights with my son. Came back to the room Saturday afternoon and could tell the A/C wasn’t cold - just blowing air. Asked the front desk for repairman, but was told he left (it was 5:15pm).

Booked hotel to enjoy SuperBowl Sunday relaxing and watching the game with my significant other. Check in was flawless but noticed shortly after checking in the hotel did not offer the channel for the game. TV was equipped with Screen mirroring but was not connected to WiFi. Brought this to the attention of front desk and they seems very uninterested and offer very little to no options. Mind it was 1 hour after we checked in. I asked the front desk if there was any chance of refunding due to the lack of help and no solution, they reached out to manager to check and was given a no.

I’m not going to completely blast all I found wrong but never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have local channels. This is my second time staying at this location- it’s either a newer Candlewood or it’s newly renovated, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. I requested a pet friendly room as I was traveling with my dogs, and I was placed on the first floor (perfect for running dogs in and out for bathroom breaks) and I was even more pleasantly surprised to see that my room was all laminate (pergo? I’m not a flooring expert lol), no carpet. My dog is a pretty seasoned traveler at this point and doesn’t have accidents but it was still a huge bonus in terms of keeping the room clean to not have to worry about carpeting. Bed was very comfortable. Grocery store right around the corner, lots of dining options. Staff is very nice. I stayed over Thanksgiving so the hotel was mostly vacant which made for a very peaceful stay.

We were too tired at 2am to request to pack up and change rooms so told them in the morning. They offered no discount or anything - just said thanks for telling us... :(

Booked a 2 queen bed room non refundable on Expedia. When we arrived, we were told the only room available is a king bed. Promised a roll out bed, but it didn’t happen. Got to the room and it was hot and smelled like garbage. AC was blowing hot air and the thermostat was unresponsive. It got up to 83 degrees. Went to front and was told no one was on site that could fix it. We were told it would be 45 minutes before anyone will show up that might be able to help. It’s already past 9pm. So, I was sitting in an 83 degree and the temperature was climbing, the room smells like hot garbage, and I am going to have to share a bed with my 15 year old son. I concluded this hotel sucks so bad that I will eat the $188.18 for the non refundable room and drive 2 1/2 hours home. Don’t stay here!

So although this is a nice property, our room was in poor condition. The soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink did not work, and the toilet was broken. Also, the bed sheets were not clean - urine stains. We got in late so we were too tired but did mention it in the morning.

I reserved and paid for a suite with a separate bedroom weeks before my stay. Once I checked in and went to the room I was in a normal hotel room. Not at all what I paid $240 for, and definitely not what I reserved. I was never notified of this change, was never offered any sort of refund, discount, or compensation for this change, and the woman training a nice young girl at the counter was ridiculously rude. Not to mention there were other guests at the desk disappointed as well, so this seems to be how they normally operate… unprofessional, rude, and not honoring reservations. I left the hotel and went to stay somewhere that they value not only my business, but also understand how customers should be treated. I would never stay there again.

Front desk worker after 10pm was very unhelpful with everything I asked? Our Tv remote wasn’t working and she did not want to assist me. In the morning the kids were excited to get in the pool that was supposed to open at 10 am she said it didn’t open until 12 when there was clearly a sign on the gate. After I threatened to call corporate, “maintenance “that “wasn’t on site” magically appeared and unlocked the gate. So we finally got in at 11 but had to be checked out by 12 so they lost an hour. I ONLY rent hotels with pools so my kids can have fun while we’re away. The daytime staff here were wonderful though. I come here yearly (3yrs and counting) and usually have a great stay. I’d come back but hope that the evening staff improves their attitude
