Very Disappointed a big let down

Hi There this was the worse Hotel experience of our trip so far . We arrived Nobody at reception Then our room 1 pillow 1 cover 1 Towel 1 Toilet roll Once We got that sorted (with thin uncomfortable pilloww ) issues continued with no water in the room no cups not tea or coffee no bin in Toilet clock not working overall a Very Dissatisfied stay as this hotel was expensive and was extremely basic in a poor location with not alot of amenities therefore i would Definitely Avoid Staying here and would not recommend. Got a better room and amenities with a cheaper hotel

Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for.

hotel staff very helpful and were able to assist me even though my German is terrible

hotel room is well styled and in reasonable condition bed only had one pillow extra one was in cupboard but with no cover in room mini bar not stocked but product is available during business hours in the lobby but nothing after hours

I use this hotel to make a stop-over when travelling through Germany. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The interiors make a nice change to standard network hotels. Overall -- very professional, quiet, and clean.

We stopped at Vitalonge hotel while transiting through Germany – the hotel is just a few minutes off the Authbahn, making it perfect for a stop-over. I was very positively surprised by the size of the room and overall quality. Very friendly staff, quiet place.

Arrived at the hotel but no one at reception which is understandable in this day and age, was instructed to call a number and then told to open the key safe and take a specific room key... the room was still unmade from the previous occupant, no problem these things happen.

Then told to take another key which meant I was on the top floor, the heat in the room was unbearable!

Decided to use the gym that the hotel boasts but on the way there I discovered I was locked in the hotel as the door handle was broken on the outside. After exiting through the fire escape I was told that I could not because I was wearing a sleeveless t-shirt!? I have never heard of this before and and all of the women I could see was wearing vest tops so is this some kind of sexual discrimination?

Unfortunately I didn’t have another T-shirt with me so had no choice but to return to my hot room and try to sleep.

Gebäude wurde vor nicht langer Zeit renoviert, aber wohl eher in Eigenregie. Die Ausstattung war auch eher untypisch für einen professionellen Hotelbetrieb.
Das Kunstleder am Bett war beschädigt.
Im WC war der reiniger nebst Haar bereits eingetrocknet.
Der Aufzug macht komische Geräusche.
Für eine Nacht wars okay. Noch mal würde ich aber nicht dort buchen.

No reception at late arrival. No facilities, no hospitality ( not a single drink or some food available at late arrival, not even a vendingmachine with some drinks or even a snickersbar). Rooms are neat and spacious but again no facilities like a bottle of water or watercooker.

Sehr freundliches junges Personal. Wünsche bezüglich eines Zimmers wurde sofort umgesetzt und selber von der Dame an der Rezeption erledigt.
Obwohl wir nur mit 3 Personen im Hotel waren bekamen wir ein tolles Frühstück 🍳👍

Leider eine komplette Enttäuschung

Bei der Ankunft 15 Minuten Wartezeit da Rezeption unbesetzt, ein anderer Gast wartete bereits 10 Minuten länger. In einem unfreundlichen Ton wurde uns dann mitgeteilt dass sie ihren Job gemacht hat und in der Wäscherei im Keller war. Außerdem kann sie keine 2Jobs gleichzeitig machen und die Klingel seit kaputt wei der Akku fehlt. Mein Problem? Dann trotz Visitenkarte falsche Adresse auf der Rechnung, dann funktionierte erst die 3. Zimmerkarte und bei Grad Außentemperatur war das Fenster offen. Beim Frühstück stand an vielen Tischen schmutziges Geschirr, abräumen Fehlanzeige.

Ingen servis typ bar eller servering - eftersom lite off läge vore det trevligt.
Info om spa var tveksamt- allmänt ihop med gym i närheten.
Ändå - stora fina rum - super fräscht rent o fint!!

Endlich mal ein Hotelzimmer was auch den Fotos auf der Webseite gerecht wurde.Alles war top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Auch das dazugehörige Fitnesscenter und der Saunabereich waren sehr ansprechend. Wir waren so begeistert,das wir direkt nochmal gebucht haben und werden diese Locatie öfter aufsuchen.

J'avoue être un peu partagé sur mon séjour dans cet établissement. Très peu de personnel présent sur place (je suis arrivé à 20h00 le premier jour et clairement la réceptionniste attendait mon arrivée pour pouvoir partir...). Je n'ai croisé personne au petit-déjeuner avec des tables qui restent à redresser après le passage des hotes précédents.
Sur ma chambre, la poubelle de la salle de bains n'était pas vidée à mon arrivée et ma chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2 nuits passées là-bas. Quand j'en ai fait part à la réception on m'a fait comprendre que c'était de ma faute car je n'avais pas mis le panneau demandant de faire ma chambre sur ma poignée de porte... Le prix était en revanche le même que si la chambre avait été faite. Dommage car les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, même si elles sont un peu froides sur la déco.

Zimmersauberkeit war schrecklich und bei meinem Aufenthalt von insgesamt 2 Wochen ein Problem welches nicht nur Zufall war.
Hotelpersonal in keinster Weise ansatzweise ausgebildet.
Hervorragender Wellnessbereich und kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
Sehr hellhörige Umgebung die auch recht unsicher war.

Sehr schade, dass man nicht ans Telefon geht, wenn man anruft. Wir wollten vorher abklären, ob das Zimmer schon bereit ist. Auch schade war, dass die Seifenspender leer waren. War beruflich in Gelsenkirchen und dieses Hotel hat was man braucht. Geräumiges Zimmer, einen Kühlschrank und eine ruhige Gegend.
Nach der Arbeit kann man sich im Fitnessstudio auspowern oder in die Sauna.
Nur das Frühstück ist etwas ausbaufähig und für knapp 12€ zu teuer.

Hotel hat beim ankommen den Charm einer Schule. Empfangsbereich erinnert an ein Fitnessstudio halt ( coole Drehstühle ).
Personal wechselt immer zwischen Fitnesstudio und Hotel, daher nicht immer besetzt. Sehr lockerer Umgangston, aber freundlich. Zimmer sind sehr Stylisch eingerichtet. Schöne Möbel und vor allem sehr Groß. Zimmer also Top. Leider etwas Staubig.
Frühstück ist ok, aber viele Produkte von den Bildern gab es gar nicht. Personal im Frühstücksbereich Nett und aufmerksam.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war hervorragend. Als großer Mangel wäre die Kompetenz des Rezeptionspersonals zu erwähnen, welcher jedoch durch die mangelhafte Hygiene im Zimmer, bereits bei Ankunft und im Folgenden, getopt wurde.
Im Einzelnen waren Haare in der Duschkabine und nicht näher definierbare Rückstände (wenn auch klein) im Kühlschrank. Desweiteren waren deutliche, wir hoffen mal, Reinigungsspuren an der Badkeramik!
Wir haben diese Mängel zwar am nächsten Tag angezeigt und der junge Mann an der Rezeption war \"sichtlich bemüht\" unsere Anmerkungen zu notieren mit der Aussage dies weiter zugeben. Eine Verbesserung konnten wir jedoch auch am Folgetag leider nicht feststellen. Schade!

On m a dit que m a réservation n etait pas pour mon jour que j etais mais du jour avant donc on m a fait paye l hotel que j etais dans un autre hotel le jour avant!!!! Et a du recherché apret un autre hotel qui m a coûté plus chère suis vraiment déçu j avais mes 3 enfants avec moi ... il m aurais laisse dehor avec mes 3 enfants alors que j avais payé ses honteux et on veux pas me rembourser mon argent je savais pas que on savais etre dans 2 hotels le même soir ....
