To leave only 1 towel in the bathroom when 2 are booked in is not what is expected in a 4 star hotel. Room generous in size but not decoration or rug meant it felt blank. This is not a bad hotel but there is enough choice so that if Bucharest again I’ll try somewhere else.

Really great hotel. Room was extremely large and clean with a large selection of TV channels to watch. No kettle or ironing facilities (housekeeping will iron for you, but at an extra charge). Restaurant opening times is a little limited (if you want to eat later than 21:30. Very wide selection of food which was tasty.

When i checked in I was given my room key but when I got to the room, someone was already checked into the room. I went back to the front desk and got another room. It made me worried to leave my stuff in the room if they were to give my room to someone else. Also the whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. I hate when hotels say they have free parking but they only have 10 spots for a 60 room hotel. I luckily got a spot but I was then stuck at the hotel because I knew i would lose my parking spot if I left and there is not much around the hotel. The room was also not very clean.

Staff abrupt not friendly. There is a demolition job going on opposite the hotel and will be very dusty for a long time. It is enormous. Too far away for a nice walk as it's against traffic all the way to the old town. They didn't like me paying for extras (tea and water ) with a card as I was out of cash. The hotel is within walking distance from the Parliament building, the staff were friendly and very helpful. There is room for improvement on the comfort level - the only towels that were in the room for us were 1 hand towel per person, the AC was off when we arrived (early September) so it took a while to reach pleasant temperature in the room, and the bed had a sheet, but no blanket. Overall it's an ok experience, but with a little attention to detail it could be much better.

The bathroom was dirty and full with rust stains. We had no towels. I will never go back there. I don’t know what gives to this hotel the stars but for sure they are not real. So disappointed!

The hotel is located in a good position although is not as central as some other accommodation. Hotel staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is also very nice with plenty of options depending on your dietary preferences. Rooms are private, hotel is generally quiet and relaxed.

My first time in Romania and thanks to this hotel and amazing staff I WILL be coming back. My room had a great view of the Parliament building and a new church being constructed.
The hotel was close to Parcul Izvor and great place to run on a paved running trail about 1.5k around. If you are going with children the park had a really cool playground, one of the best I have ever seen.
The neighbourhood is safe for a long walk. I had no issues with safety but I did not walk the streets at night.
The location is good for taking taxi's around town with the fair about 30 Lei to the airport.
Staff here are very friendly people. Willing to help you learn the language and local customs. They will help you if you want to find something to do and have great recommendations. Food for breakfast was good with I felt a lot of selection, some may not feel the same. The restaurant food was also good and you got a lot of food for the value.

Hope you never need any assistance at this hotel -- called the operator/front desk six times over tow days -- never got an answer. Room floor was not vacuumed. Comforter stored in a garbage bag. Didn't feel clean or entirely safe there.

Upon arrival there were many hidden fees. They nickel and dime for many amenities that they insinuate are included in the expedia price. even though we booked a child on expedia, they wanted to up charge us a huge amount for a small child.

This hotel was decent and I wasn't in the room much. I arrived late (1am) and was quickly helped up to my room. The door to the very large outdoor balcony (a nice touch) had been left open and, while this made the room nice and cool, there were also bugs flying around the room. When I went to breakfast the next day at 930 (it ended at 10), everything that was once on ice was warm and I lifted up the metal buckets to discover the ice completely melted. The yogurt and other items that should be refrigerated were warm to the touch. I made sure to eat earlier the next few days. The water machine in the breakfast area was also nice and I used it to fill up my water bottle before leaving the hotel, only to discover floating debris as soon as I went to take a sip. The room was pretty clean, although I did find a dead spider near my bed, which was there my entire stay. I also called to schedule a wake up call one night for the following morning, after sleeping through my phone alarm the night before. Being paranoid, I set phone alarms on top of having the wake up call. I woke up from my alarm, which was set to go off 30 minutes after the wake up call. I thought maybe I had slept through the wake up call, until my room phone rang 30 mins later (1 hr after my scheduled wake up call) reminding me to get up. Overall, I say this hotel could use some help, but it was near the airport and the price was not bad.

Parliament Hotel is centrally located although it has no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is new and very clean, staff are friendly and try to please, most staff spoke English well plus some German. Our room was very large and comfortable, good beds, nice breakfast buffet with a bit of change from one day to the next, internet was included im rpice and worked well. Bottom line: no surprises, clean, comfortable, and we certainly recommend it.

Parking is a little bit hard, since the curb isn't rounded, so you have to diagonally inch in--also you may have to park down the street if there is no room. Amenities are nice. Surrounding area is not bad for downtown Bucharest, can walk to Lipscani if you walk diagonally through the park. Not much else directly around the hotel.

I have stayed here before and again I have to say, one of the best hotels in Bucuresti! The staff is so friendly and they take care of there guests. Rooms are spacious and clean. The view of the Parliament building is lovely! Easily within a few minutes drive to Unirii Shopping center and Vitan Mall is close as well. I definitely recommend this hotel and anytime I come to Bucuresti, I will look to the Hotel Parliament first.

I stayed in the hotel for one night before flying on to Cluj from Bucharest. The hotel is great. It's clean, modern, the staff are very helpful: all of what you would expect to find in a modern hotel such as this one. The hotel is situated next to the Parliament building, which means it's a little bit away from the 'old town'. It's best to take a taxi, even though the trip is probably no more than 20 mins by foot. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel. A bit off the beaten track in terms of location as it is near Ceaucescu's Palace but only a 15 Lei taxi ride away from the City centre and Old Town. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and nice service. Would highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. My room was great and very clean. A good breakfast was included with the price. The hotel restaurant was very good, and I would recommend the chocolate pancakes for dessert. The only downside to the hotel is that it isn't near any tourist activities except the Parliament building.

La ubicación, aunque parece cercana al parlamento, debes dar un gran rodeo hasta llegar a la fachada principal (y más lejos aún de los diferentes puntos de interés de Bucarest). El desayuno sí fue bueno. La zona no es muy recomendable para salir a cenar tras un dia de conocer la ciudad, pues hay muy poco donde elegir \"cerca\".
