Good location, great view to love river, spacious room, convenient for shopping and foods. The only minor issue is that the housekeeping doesn’t do a detail cleaning so many areas in the room are very dusty.
I think I would stay again if I visit the area again. Hopefully the management will address the housekeeping cleaning each room thoroughly so the guests can feel confident about the hygiene and cleanliness of the facility.

Room was clean. One person at front desk could speak a little English and helped us with trip planning. The free breakfast was comprehensive and had mostly Asia lunch and dinner items. Enjoyed the coffee and beverage selection immensely. When we requesteed for additional water bottles, they delivered to our room within 5 minutes.great job.

The room is clean and nice, bathroom/shower was great, bed is comfortable, and the harbor/river view is excellent. I especially love the sitting area next to the big window for you to enjoy the view. However, be sure to keep your door key/card safe because they charge 500NTD if you lose each if you lose it. Also, for some reason there is an unplesant smell at the front entrance and some other areas inside the hotel, and it almost made me think that they have some kind of sewage issue in the surrounding area. Breakfast was OK. Mechanic parking only accommodates smaller cars but I managed to find street parking next to the river so it wasn't too bad. Very good location that you can easily walk across the bridge to the pier/arts district.

The hotel offers a nice concept with a beautiful harbor view. I loved the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was pretty average, and the staff was honestly not that friendly- they seemed annoyed by any requests or questions. There are also children everywhere running, laughing, screaming & crying. This property is great for a family, but as a solo traveler, I can’t recommend it.

Bad sewer smell in the surrounding areas, and the lobby of the hotel, it's ok if you can get use to it. Small cockroaches (dead or alive) can be seen everywhere during our breakfast everyday for 4 days.

Other than those negative things, room is big and spacious, public transit is relatively close and 7-11 is right beside the hotel. We loved the shower head!

Reading other reviews, I understand what guests have said about the smell in the lobby and outside floor level elevators. It smells musty and like sewer. I’m not sure if that within the hotel’s control? The room definitively did not have the same smell. We had a fabulous view of the river, which is beautiful during the day and exceptional at night with all the lights. The room was spacious and well-equipped. My only issue with the room was the central air conditioning was set to a very cold temperature. Leaving it on was much too cold, and turning it off was much too warm, and then muggy. We really loved the room regardless and the location was amazing. Proximity to the pier to walk around and take the ferry to Cijin was great, plus a walk up and down the river was lovely. Lots of spots to get food, night markets, and walk to metro stations as well. We consider a great location 15-30 min walk to the things we like or need. Front desk staff was kind and efficient, allowing us to check in early as well as store our bags after check out. I would stay here again for location alone, but the buffet breakfast was not good. Skip it- there are some great local spots within 5-10 min walk for a fraction of the cost and better quality.

Enjoy easy holiday vacation in this hotel

The hotel is pretty clean and quite, I especially like my room has both the bath tub and shower seperately. I can take a shower then have good hot tub soaking time. I didn't book an river view room but I got very good price for my reserevation. Anyway walking to the Love river or pier sightscene from the hotel is only 5 min! The breakfast also provide variety of food choice. so I will give it a 4 star for this hotel!

I typically don’t write reviews, but if you are expecting a 4 star hotel this is not, 3.5 stars at best.

The hotel room floors have a musty wet smell—like things got wet and were not properly dried. This combined with the visible wear and tear of the facilities gives it a worn out feeling. Also the hotel is very dark, I would prefer “brighter rooms”.

地點就在愛河畔, 距離光榮碼頭真愛碼頭都非常近, 離貢多拉愛之船碼頭也很近, 整體來說地點100分!
飯店樓下有7-11,往前走還有餐廳十分便利!
本次帶小孩入住, 還提供使用兒童遊戲空間!
隔音問題只有旁邊對門開關門會聽到聲音,並無其他噪音,整體來說很推薦,下次還會選擇入住!

Traveled with family and stayed for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located with a 7-eleven next door. It appears to be an old building converted into a hotel. Upon entry, one can smell a strong and unpleasant air. The room itself is ok. But the comforter had a stein on it and the mattress felt old. The AC wasn't controllable and was kept at around 21 c overnight. Some staff members were friendly and helpful. Overall, I think it's a 3 star hotel at most.

it appears to be one of those converted apartments into hotel. where the plumbing layout show its limitations. the situation got worse with its eco friendly toilet - little water pushing through inadequate sloped pipes disaster awaiting - had to utilize trash can as water bucket to flush toilet otherwise everything else was great. hotel is located a short distance walk to the minor bascilla

Well located hotel : next to the love river which is convenient for romantic strolls, very close to convenience stores (there is literally one downstairs) and cool restaurants, with easy access to the tram and buses.
The Harbor 10 has a feel of high class, our room was very spacious, with a much appreciated Japanese toilet in the bathroom, and a beautiful view (we had view on the river and harbor) which gave us beautiful sunset views.

This hotel was one of 6 we stayed in across Taiwan. It was the only one that really disappointed us, and the only one we would not visit again. The hotel itself is dated and the lobby, hallway, and our room had unpleasant odors. The staff were helpful, though. For example, we raised concerns about a smoky smell after we checked in, and promptly received an air purifier. However, the hotel and its amenities are not honestly advertised. See photo: the \"fitness centre\" is a tiny treadmill and elliptical in a closet-sized room. Beautiful view from our floor, but we would not recommend.

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. We enjoy the location and the beautiful view of Love River. The LRT is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of restaurants literally right outside, as well as within walking distance. The playroom is great for the kids, just remember to bring socks. Breakfast was adequate, but enough to feed hungry children before heading out for the day. We will be back next year again.

I was very pleased with my stay at Harbour 10 and it’s an easy walk to Love Pier and Glory Pier which both have great views in the day time and at night. The breakfast buffet was good and had plenty of variety of western and Asian foods. The only thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was a slight damp or unpleasant smell in the lobby. But there’s also a small Starbucks in the Lobby and a 7-11 too. Overall great place to stay

The property was excellent and the room was very modern. I had a room with a view of the Love River. This is conveniently close to the tram that encircles the area. The tram is not fast like the MRT but it gets you to your destination. There are many night markets around and plenty of restaurants. That said, restaurants don't open until 11 AM. There is a mom and pop place that opens up for breakfast, across the street from subway. Lovely older couple and food is typical of the Kaoshiung area. There is a relaxing beautiful path along the river what you can take each morning for morning exercises.Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
