Shocking! Cleanliness is not good, dust everywhere. Outdated room and lack of maintenance everywhere.
Laundry facility is besides gym, the dryer needed to be clean - do I did it!
Wardrobe doors falling and noise.
Toilet: door noisy, wc very loud, smells like dampness, ventilation is bad. Towel in bad condition.
Won’t be coming again.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Parking lot smells.

The first expression I had for this hotel was their staff. They were all helpful and super polite!
The location is great for transportations, shoppings, and a lot of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated. The year-old stains inside the bathroom aren’t very pleasant.

Nice hotel but just not worth the money I spent!!

Really nice place I booked a harbor view but it was a little underwhelming. I got an “upgrade” which meant a move from 22nd floor to the 10th floor. Also the pool was empty so no swimming. Two reason I am a little annoyed that I paid the amount I did only to not get a view or a pool. Had they said the pool is not working I would have gone somewhere else.

The hotel is far from the train station. It is also not far from pier. Breakfast is ok for the cost. There are a few convenient stores and many restaurants around as alternative. Sauna, hotbath and gym in the basement are not for many users

It rained so we weren’t able to use the facilities but the pool looked great. Quiet and private right outside the reception area. The rooms were good. Nice size and clean. The bathrooms were a little old and dirty in my opinion. The tile needs to be refinished and the shower need a big update.

Great Hotel amazing view

Great location right by the river and overlooking the new arts industrial area and of course the love river. The hotel was great and professional. The pool was closed and only open during summer, which was a shame as it was nearly 30 degrees, but that's their policy. I would stay again due to the area and closeness to the MRT and Light Rail.

We paid extra to have a room on a higher level for a better city view. Was amazing

One of our rooms both assuming they were non smoking smelled of smoke just opening the door...we went directly back down to ask for another room. We were asked to wait while they checked on the fact that what we said was true or not. Waited a good 20 or so minutes before they finally got us a new room... Not very becoming of their hotel rating. Unfortunately, I read a review of this hotel after this situation with this same problem. I guess this is not an important issue for them.

We are very satisfactory with the overall facilities of the hotel and their hospitality.

Good place for the price

Stayed one night here. The room is pretty basic and a bit old but relatively clean. The bathroom is the same way but some of the soft items (shower curtain and window curtain in the bathroom) were pretty gross and covered in mildew. The staff were helpful and courteous with handling our luggage.

Though it’s not located too centralized, it’s near the air port, about 20 mins. Their train station is about 10-15 mins away.

Staff were friendly. Pool is small but uniquely located slightly higher than lobby area. Interesting concept.

Quite a pleasant experience with nearby convenient store and some eateries nearby.

Quiet, not as lively

The hotel room had been updated and well-appointed, and the view of the river was great. The headboard on the beds was oddly constructed, however, so it was not comfortable to sit up in bed. The service was adequate but nothing special. The hotel is located in an older part of the city which abuts the Arts Center, which itself was a bit of a disappointment. Yancheng District itself presents as a bit dreary and desolate, unlike the newer parts across the river.

Hotel close to the love river and free spa

The spar are great, i use it in the morning when there is 2 people. Thebrackfast buffet are also excellent, lots of verity. The bathroom is older design. Over all is much better then the hotel across street.

Great Location; not so great hotel experience

The hotel is in a great location, which we were very excited about. However, we had quite a few problems with our stay. First of all, they did not allow for early check-in, and were even late with the check-in process. Upon arriving in our room, we had 2 beds instead of the one (king) requested and the room smelt terribly of smoke. Thankfully, the front desk was helpful and quickly accommodated us to another room. That room smelt much better and was even an upgrade. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. Over night, we realized the A/C wasn't working. The staff was helpful the next morning and said they would urgently fix it; however, all they did was put a small air fan in the room. the A/C unit itself still did not work.

The breakfast is in a nice area - very, very local in quality. As a westerner, I opted for a nice walk to Starbucks :).

There are very few \"western\" style options in this area, which I understand. The facility itself was very nice, I was just disappointed in the smell of the rooms and the overall lack of satisfactory follow-through..

Room was surprisingly big. Great view on the Kaoshiung port. Not far from the fair grounds. Clean, comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly and competent. The neighborhood was average. Breakfast was good enough. The other option in Kaoshiung is the Grand Hi Lai and that is 4 times as expensive for very little more. So all in all a great choice!

The main thing I check in any hotel is the bed , pillows and quilt and the Fullon's hotels beds provided a good nights sleep for each night I was there . The staff in the hotel were always helpful and excellent , the gym and sauna was barely used by other guests and provided me with what I needed ..... breakfast , was good , location good but the restaurant was quiet and closed early . The upstairs bar and restaurant , similar . I would happily recommend this hotel for someone travelling to Kaohsiung on business .

Great location

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of our Taiwan trip. Overall, it was comfortable but there is room for improvement. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but when we entered our allocated room, it smelled strongly like somebody had just smoked in there so we changed rooms immediately. That rooms wasn't as clean as it could have been but it had a nice view over the river. Buffet breakfast was pretty basic. Pool area was nice for a short swim. The location was great. Lots of nice restaurants around the hotel as well as bakeries. MRT Station is only about 7 mins. walk and with taxis you can go anywhere within a short time. The staff was extremely helpful in every way. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Forgettable hotel

The hotel's major benefit is that it feels relatively new and hence clean and in good condition. The staff is nice though their English is so-so and they're pretty rigid about following rules (for example, no way to have both newspaper options in the morning, only one is allowed - and actually we never ended up getting any newspaper). The pool is closed during the winter even though it's plenty warm in Kaohsiung even in January. The room comfort is fine except a couple of very unfortunate design mistakes. The shower/tub ledge is so wide that it's difficult to step in. The shower curtain rod has been placed poorly so that the curtain touches you the whole time you're in the shower. Electric outlets are seriously lacking and the two by the desk are placed so close together that if you're using a larger adaptor you lose the ability to use the second one. There is a balcony and a door to that balcony from the room but that door is locked and the staff refused to open it for us citing ridiculous safety concerns. You're limited to opening a tiny porthole window above it which is about the size of an A4 sheet of paper - not nice when you're in a place with a pleasant climate and just want some fresh air. Lastly, the breakfast is poor - fake sugary juice, terrible coffee, and bland food in general. It was fine for a few nights but I wouldn't return.

the fullon hotel was beautifully exsisted in front of my eyes when I walked into the gorgious lobby. The staffs was peasantly polite and handed a cool sweet plume juice to cool off all the anxiety that I had. Check in very quick. room is very spacious and comfortable. The delicious breakfast included with the booked room. shower room is clean and wide. I really enjoy the night that I stay. I wish I will choose Hotel Fullon on my next trip to Kaohsiung in 2014 and make sure to spend more nights there. I am highly recommanded to all my friends.

FULLON HOTEL FOR 3 NIGHTS

My sister and I shared a room for 3 nights, with very comfortable accomodations; 2 separate beds, very roomy. We could indicate w/ the push of a button whether we wanted our room cleaned or not. Our room was always clean when we returned from breakfast. Breakfast included Taiwanese and western cuisine and was very delicious. Dinners and lunches were disappointing though, so after the first day we always ate out. Overall, it was a great experience.

服務人員態度都很親切，但是我是連住兩晚，並未告知房卡過1天就會消磁，還得我自己遇到無法使用房卡時才發現，早餐券也只給一天，第二天的早餐券還要我自己打去確認

3月31日から宿泊しました。高雄で大きなイベントがあった関係で多くの人々で賑わっていました。ホテルの立地は申し分ないですが、掃除がやや行き届いていないのが残念でした。バスルームの拡大ミラーが曇っていました。ペットボトルの水や石鹸がないのも仕方ないとは言え、不便です。ただ、サウナとは大浴場もあり、総合的には快適なステイです。

窓から素晴らしい夜景が眺められる素敵なホテル

夜景が見える部屋を予約したので部屋の明かりを消してカーテンを閉めることなく近くに見える音楽堂や大港倉などを眺めて過ごしていました。清潔で広くとても気持ちがいい部屋でした。2025年から台湾全土でホテルのアメニティーサービスが禁止されたので歯ブラシやカミソリなどは全くありません。スリッパと備え付けのシャンプーとボディーソープ、湯沸かしケトルと紅茶コーヒーなどのティーバッグはありました。ペットボトルの水はありませんでしたが同じフロアーに給水器があり冷水から熱湯まで選んで入れることができてボトルよりも便利でした。チェックインの際には一生懸命たどたどしい日本語で説明してくれてこのホテルの暖かさが伝わってきました。
ライトレールＣ１１（音楽堂の駅）から徒歩5分。この駅のホームからホテルが近くに見えます。ホテルの上部に大きく漢字で名前があるのですぐわかります。またＣ１２（Ｋ2倉庫）からは徒歩10分。ゆっくりのんびり倉庫群を見て回りながらオレンジラインとライトレールが交わるＣ１４（はま星駅）まで歩けます。夜がとっても素敵な街でまた来たいと思いました。
ただ一つだけ残念だったのは、ロビーの雰囲気がこの素敵なホテルに見合っていないと思いました。ソファーや花の位置を変えてもう少し高級感を出してもいいんじゃないかと思ってしまいました。ホテルの中に入った瞬間「あら、部屋もこんな感じなのかな」と少しがっかりしてしまったからです。余計な事かもしれませんが人も部屋もよかったのでもったいないと思いました。

平日だったこともあってか、値段に対して１ランク上のホテルと感じました。広さ・清潔さとも満足で防音もしっかりしており、ウォシュレットもあり、アメニティも充実していました。地下の大浴場・サウナも利用させていただいて、ゆっくりリフレッシュできました。フロントの方も日本語通じる方が多く、親切でフレンドリーでした。また、高雄に行くことあれば利用したいです。

由於是知名的飯店，打從訂房起就不是很擔心。
櫃台人員親切接待；電梯的使用照顧到房客的隱私和安全，住房樓層需感應磁卡才能按，若非高度惡意，住房環境相當安全了。
整體環境乾淨舒適，迎賓小點心、沖泡飲品個人很喜歡。
這次入住的房間位於21樓，陽台看出去能看到高流，景色算是不錯。
早餐的部分雖然是略為普通，但中西式都有、菜式多樣，已經是沒什麼好挑剔了

檯面檯下兩種感覺～

櫃檯的服務對於將要入住的客戶一直在詢問是那個訂房系統，在本國我當然出示身分證，但確需要系統訂單英文名字才查詢得到；另原下午已經先check in寄放行李後外出，但晚上回飯店要入住又詢問一次，又出示訂單編號，這讓人的感覺很不好；但大門服務生及清潔人員都很熱情服務很到位～更何況是春節期間櫃檯的服務確沒那麼熱情及到位。

飯店周邊有輕軌、ubike等大眾運輸工具，車停好地下停車場後，方便使用大眾運輸移動，很好。房間隔音良好，舒適

もう少し清潔であればよいのですが（部屋のメンテナンスの改善を望みます）

MRTの駅から徒歩１０分ぐらいでやや離れています。客室にはバスタブやウォシュレットがないので日本人には少し不向きと思います。部屋の広さは標準的ですが、調度品にほこりが目立ちやソファや椅子、カーペットなとにもシミや汚れがありました。また洗面台の水はけが悪く歯磨き後に水がたまるのもよくないです。バスルームの扉のヒンジの調子が悪く開閉のたびに音がすることや冷蔵庫から水漏れしていて下側に水が溜まっていることもよくなかったです。団体客が多くエレベータを使うのも待たされることが多いです。次回は止まることがないかなと思います。

櫃檯服務員趙怡瑄十分有禮貌，樂於幫助我們規劃行程。員工都很樂於助人。需要多加讚賞！

另外酒店附近都很方便購物。

需要加強之處是希望可以加長溫泉營業時間以及開放予小孩會比較妥當，因為一家大細，小孩不能去變相所有人不能去。

另外，酒店冷氣系統過於溫暖，不能調低！天氣熱不得了！

該房間係屬一般四人房改造符合無障礙空間，但將浴室玻璃隔間，廢除後。淋浴一定會噴濕浴室空間地板。可是地板卻無防滑止滑，所以浴室超滑。所以非常不安全
