We are existing customers and have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Once again, our stay in the King Room Suite with spa was excellent. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented, and the spa bath was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere felt peaceful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which is why we continue to return. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again.

A Batemans Bay gem
This is my sixth visit to this motel with my elderly mother and we are constantly delighted by its spotless presentation, crisp sheets and general comfort for a very reasonable price. Now that the Thai restaurant has opened on the premises there is another compelling reason to stay.

No feminine disposable bags. As one with some limited hand movements found the toiletries difficult to operate. Perhaps an accessible room would have been different. Maybe bring your own. No clock, no inroom phone (digital age) but some folk still don't have these gadgets(i do). The \"do not disturb\" sign did not attach, too worn out sticking.Handy onsite upstairs(no lift)Thai restaurant, dine in or takeaway. Perhaps they would deliver to room for disabled guests.Tried this restaurant and found one dish to be good but avoid the money bags, expensive and awful.Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives and would return again and hopefully some of the negatives would be positives.

But, having said this, nothing eventful happened regarding this.

We only stayed one night passing through Bateman's Bay but the property was as expected from a renovated motor inn type property. It was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, crisp sheets, clean bathroom, lots of towels, bar fridge, kettle/toaster etc Sofa didnt have much room around it so it was tricky to access and no dining table/chairs so might be a bit awkward for a longer stay - but it was fine for us for one night. (There are picnic tables in the carpark/garden but it was pouring the day we were there).
