I checked in after hours and very late.. Alison had everything organised to make my arrival and stay comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful, lamps on, air con on so the room was cosy and inviting. Fresh milk in fridge, really cant ask for more! Thank you Bay Breeze Boutique Batemans Bay. Location a mixed blessing...close to everything Batemans Bay has to offer but road noise was an issue, particularly for rooms not enjoying a water view. Alison was super helpful at check-in. Room was extra large; a definite plus, as was direct rear access to the esplanade for an early-morning or after-dinner stroll.

We stayed in the Warehouse which was on the ground floor. Gorgeous coastal feels and view of the river. Being able to walk straight out onto the boardwalk was fabulous. Parking was easy and accommodation is so central to everything. We loved having all the space and the kitchen facilities. Highly recommend. Fabulous service. Great memories created during our stay.

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The chairs were not really comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious however my husband has balance issues and although we were able to get a ground floor room, the shower had no grab rails and meant leaning over to get to the shower gel on the floor was a real fall risk.

We stayed in the warehouse apartment at Bay Breeze for two nights. We found the accommodation extremely comfortable, well presented and quirky in a good way. Deanne went out of her way when we arrived to ensure that we were comfortable. Also Bay Beeze contacted us, after we had checked out to let us know we had left a jean jacket and jumper behind. As we were several hours from Batemans Bay, Bay Beeze staff arranged to post the items back to Brisbane to us. Thank you so much to the staff at Bay Beeze.,

Lovely property! The main floor has a balcony but is walled so you can’t view the water when you’re sitting down only standing up. Book the upper floors, if you want to view the water from the balcony easily.

What a lovely hotel! We arrived after hours so didn't meet reception team but spoke to them on the phone. We got upgraded to penthouse which was a lovely surprise. The penthouse was massive and had two bedrooms! Views were incredible. The area lost electricity which meant we didn't get to use the facilities in our room much unfortunately, but they brought us a lamp straight away, and there were some candles which we could light up. Overall great experience

Friendly check-in staff. We stayed in a premium room with water view. Great to wake up to a gorgeous sunny morning. Easy stroll to eateries & shops. Quality toiletries but no shower curtain meant wetting the adjacent toilet seat was inevitable. Shower caddy was too small. With hard floor (no carpet) in the room, should’ve provided guests with indoor slippers (our socks were black) - at least, pre-warned us so that we would’ve brought our own.

This was a perfect break away from 'the daily grind'. The accommodation was all and more we could have wished for. Boats bobbing just across from our private spacious balcony; the soothing sussuration of the waves sent us straight to sleep in our oh so comfortable super king sized bed.
