The location is gorgeous..

Dolphins in the morning, the sunset sky to swoon over, kangaroos and native birds visiting all the time, quiet and peaceful.. it's honestly such a relaxing spot!

The cabins have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It's what I would expect for the cost.
The kids love the pool and the pedal karts too.

We will visit again, as we have done many times before!

Fabulous spot in the Beach Villa. Great cabin. Everything you need here (except a chopping board). Lovely comfy bed. Surrounded by kangaroos and kookaburras.
Great pool, although it s a bit hard to get in for elderly people. What a view though, listening to the waves. Fantastic resort.

Old building but reasonably clean. Comfy bed. Lovely outlook from the cottage to the beach. Lovely food at the restaurant. Very small amount of basic provisions at the store e.g. milk & bread. No wifi in the 5 days there. TV coverage hit & miss, if you get ABC you cannot get commercial stations or get commercial & no ABC. Microwave provided but set too low for older people to access and no microwave cooking equipment provided. Only one small bowl provided for food prep, not even big enough to make a salad. Shower too small & odd shape which can cause injury when moving arms in the shower & too easy to accidently increase the temperature which can cause scolding or turn the water off. No shelves on the door of the fridge & no crisper - lack of space for storing cold foods especially drink bottles & milk. No instructions for Aircon or TV.

Beautiful scenery with the accomodation your basic needs met. Great restaurant on site.
Would have preferred the upgraded version of ocean villa as 3 adults in beach villa was very cramped. The shower was the tiniest I have ever seen so that wasn’t great. Staff some nice but others extremely rude.

Great caravan park close to a beautiful swimming, fishing and snorkelling beach. Great walking tracks and the cabins were well appointed. Pool was heated and large and the 2 X bars served good local beer and had sports as well. Fun for everyone

The location was amazing! Beautiful stretch of beach adjacent to the property and nestled within the National Park. Kangaroos, birds.. we were immersed in an abundance of nature. The property grounds were quiet with plenty of space to walk around. Our kids enjoyed the kids club, playground and spacious grounds to play some outdoot sport and cycle around. We stayed at the garden villa which felt a bit tired and could use a bit of a refresh. Interiors were a little dated, particularly the bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable though, with a sufficient heater for winter. Great amenities thoughout the park including the onsite restaurant and takeaway shop which was such a convenience.

The safari tent was a great option for an overnight stay, but families with young kids staying for a holiday would enjoy the novelty of a tent and all the things the kids would enjoy around the caravan park whilst being right on the beach.
If you're from overseas and never seen a kangaroo before head down to the south coast and stay here and enjoy the roos lazying around the facilities.

Ultimate relaxation- staying in the Ocean Villas ment we were within 20 odd metres to the Mill Beach. The soothing sounds of the ocean waves, birds and the company of the Roo’s made this weekender a refreshing holiday. 15 minutes from Batemans Bay meant we could explore the restaurants and cafes there. We didn’t get much time to spend in the park but there were plenty of kids having fun- riding bicycles and even some buggies.

What a beautiful place, the location is perfect, and the beach is lovely! The treat of getting to stay right at the beach with all the wildlife around was so special and relaxing - just what we needed!
The Beach villa was nice, pretty clean in the areas that matter most, nothing fancy but everything needed to relax in comfort.
And the kitchen supplies were very clean.
The fact it had a restaurant (that was open during the week) was perfect!
The pool was lovely.

Next time will stay longer to enjoy more!

We loved our 3 night stay here. We had a cabin right on the beach. The sound of the waves was lovely. Kangaroos were super friendly and one came to the door of our cabin. The cabin was lovely but extra detail for cleanliness wasn't there. Hair left in shower, dirty grout in bathroom, dusty fans etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay the only issue I had was when ordering food. The staff are overseas backpackers im guessing and are struggling to understand orders . Everything else was great. I stayed in a Beach Villa. View of the beach from verandah. Bed was nice and soft. Wildlife everywhere, kangaroos goanna , birds and even saw dolphins. Beautiful surroundings. The walk to Wasp Head in the National Park is easy

Set in a beautiful, unspoiled location. Our cabin was excellent overall, really comfortable and pleasant. A few kitchen basics need improving: 1) I understand the water supply may be costly or not possible to upgrade but it would be better not to have to boil water at the beachside cabins as it's inconvenient and not what I'd expect for this type & price of accommodation. 2) Kitchen needs greater range of cooking utensils eg microwave container/s, a large knife that is not blunt, small strainer, a couple of serving bowls, a water jug, a frying pan that does not have non-stick coating badly scratched, pepper and salt provided.

The staff was helpful and friendly as were the other guests. Easy access to the beaches and walks though at this time of year water was very cold. We thought the pool was heated so a very quick dip in the cold pool. Loved the very friendly wallabies, kangaroos and lorrikeets. Cabins are in the process of being upgraded but still very livable. Surprised the water had to be boiled though bottled water provided. As seniors we found the resort a great place to just veg out, enjoy the scenery, stroll the beaches and relax.

The bathroom cupboards need replacing they were broken, the toaster had a crack in it, the bedroom light switch was unsafe, the shower slide door was grotty around the bottom. Other than that the park is beautiful and the staff are great as was the pool area..happy hour could be happier if drinks were discounted a bit more than a dollar

Beach front bungalow, sand pathway to front door a simple paved path would help eliminate continual sand being bought into unit besides the difficulty of wheeling luggage to room

Single over head heater in first unit didn't operate so had to change unit. Second unit electric overhead unit inadequate for size of bungalow

Spare blankets needed washing and were dirty

Internet at bungalows didn't operate due to lack of connectivity

We Are Going Back.

Our stay was everything we imagined and more. Saturday night was a little louder because many were there to party, but by 10pm it had gone quiet & the Sunday night was so peaceful, just the ocean noise & that was it. The cabin was very comfortable and met all our needs. Go for a walk on the beach or play with the kangaroos, we just loved it.

Lovely stay in a forest villa. The park is beautiful with surrounding nature on nsw park. The beach is fantastic. Kids love the pool snd go karts. Nice bar. Bistro/ take away good for burgers, pizza, fish snd chips limited healthy options. Cabin was good. Bed very firm for my taste. Limited pots for self cooking for a family of 5. Small saucepans only. Very clean. Staff very helpful. We always love the kangaroos. Fantastic place.

We loved how the property was so close to the beach as well as the kangaroos and we also liked the walking tracks around the resort.Only downside was the fact that the bathrooms weren't very clean,especially after thorough hygiene was specifically mentioned on the website,due to the corona virus. But then again I was the only one in our family who complained about the bathrooms..
We will definetely stay there again👍
