Staff are very warm and accommodating, breakfast is great....we just had trouble with the door of our room, the sensor/ lock mechanism was defective upon entrance to the room on day 1 of our stay. The maintenance people fixed it though but we needed to take a rest from an early morning flight from Manila. We just closed our eyes while they made pukpok here and there... All these things must be efficiently checked and maintained before clearing it for guest occupancy.

Their breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have come across. Selections are plentiful and there is a new item/s daily.

Somewhat disappointed.

The room facilities and overall condition is dated. The towels have an unpleasant smell and the bathroom is always maybe because of slow drainage. The breakfast spread has limited choices especially if you stay long enough. The worst part is the loud, repetitive, irritating and unhealthy (bad for guests with heart condition) noise related to the Dinagyang Festival. Not a place to stay if you need a peaceful and quite vacation.

Promising, Needs Improvement

I was on the 6th floor. The 7th floor is the restaurant which allows their employees to work until 1AM. I called the front desk at midnight for 2 consecutive nights because I can hear the employees dragging tables and chairs. It was awful, I was trying to sleep. It stopped, but after 20 minutes, I had to get up and call again. So inconsiderate.

The bathroom is so cramped. The bathroom door is in the way. They should switch to sliding bathroom doors.

I am not a morning person so I try to avail of the complimentary buffet breakfast at the last hour (9AM). There's hardly any food left, which look unappetizing. With an extra guest, I was charged for a full price, despite of hardly anything to eat.

Everybody’s friendly and respectful, but I have a couple of concern, first when we dined in when we arrived I ordered pork and chicken adobo combination, I can tell both meat was left over because of the texture and the taste of the meat, and secondly when we take a shower the water is overflowing on the floor, it is very unsanitary.

The hotel seems a bit rundown. The bathroom is poorly designed: the tiles on the walls seem to be falling, water from the shower seeps to the main bathroom floor, etc.

The general area is quite good. A lot of dining options around the hotel and within a 15-minute walk. I will probably try another hotel if I go back to Iloilo though.

Its location is very convenient with the new Business District in Iloilo. The area seems to have more and more offices, establishments and restaurants since the last time I visited Iloilo.
Tried to call the front office to inquire about our luggage but they were probably engaged. This was the only issue we had when we were there.

Our plans to Boracay changed at last min due to bad weather and staff was very accomodating by extending our stay an extra night. Everyone was friendly, smiles on their faces all the time.
The food on the property was eh. We walked around the Atria business complex for some dinners, went to mall/out for some. Best place for brkfst, Bread Basket across the street. Water pressure was also kind of weak but hot water was great. Wifi was also great. Hotel can use some facelift, housekeeping can do better I say. Dont want too be too nitpicky but im sure other guests have noticed or mentioned. Won't mind going back, will also recommend. Place is busy with conferences and training but hey, the region is booming so i dont hate them for that. Overall, 7 out of 10.

Great location for foodies and shoppers (near S & R and SM). Breakfast is average but have good choices esp. for salad lovers. Room facilities, while clean & comfortable, have some limitations. Shower water is lukewarm or even cold regardless of time of day. No bidet. Water keeps on leaking to the toilet area when you're taking a shower. I have issues with thr remote control of the TV and they don't have a printed instruction on how to use it. You have to call a hotel staff to be able to use it. And bring your own coffee if you want to have your own coffee inside the room more than once a day.

Perfect location as it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The doormen and bellboys are very friendly especially Michael. He greets you with the genuine warmth of the Ilonggo hospitality. I couldn't say the same with the restaurant crew as most of them are snobbish and seemed to be just busy bustling around hopping from one table to the other. I wish there was a better system of knowing who is assigned at the table during breakfast times. The breakfast crews could use more customer service training from the doormen. I suggest for the hotel to add teaspoons for table setting for breakfast. It puzzled me why they dont provide it. For room service, I suggest for the hotel to use plate covers as the food is being exposed openly during delivery thru the elevators and hallways. I was hoping they can provide hand towel hooks for the bathroom.

This hotel is very close to everything from restaurants to esplenade. The staff are friendly but the one thing I am not really impressed is the laundry, I sent some clothes for laundry 3 times during our stay, It smells clean but the folding were poor they don’t fold neatly so your clothes were too wrinkled.

Room was ok in terms of size, cleanliness, and comfort, however the smell of the sewer pipes first time we went in was terrible. It took good 10 to 15 minutes of open door and AC to make it bereable. We did try to call the front desk, but phone was nit working.
On the good side, service is good, people is attentive and helpfull.
Food wise I will say is just average and a bit overpriced, however you have plenty of restaurants at the doorstep with all types of cuisines and prices, as the hotel is in one of Iloilo's nightlife hubs.
