The Room was good clean quiete with window that facing the brick wall, which i do not like, the bathroom had improved slightly.
It would be nice if you can make a coffee that teaspoons is provided, just a small issue,
I must say it improved as this time they provided two hand towels as before only bath towels, so yes getting there. I might consider to go back there again.

The staff and rooms were adequate. There were some issues, mainly due to the constant thumping of noise coming from the nightclub inside. No let up until 4am every night. And we had a blocked sink which took 4 visits to repair.

I was incredibly happy with my stay! Yes the hotel is older and can use some renovations but it was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful! The live music and club were very fun but I would advise sleeping with ear plugs if you are on the poolside. You can request to be on the quiet side and they asked me when I checked in but I was fine with my ear plugs in. I also really enjoyed the large pool as it was so refreshing on a hot day. So for value and quality of staff I would highly recommend. It’s an older hotel in need of updating but the price reflects that.

We came on a Friday, the night of the live band. Hotel was great; sensitive to us asking if we wanted a room away from that to sleep.

Old and dirty, the bathroom is flooding every time you take a shower, and the bathroom floor towel is filthy. Front desk staff are not approachable and not pleasing. I booked for 5 nights and slept 2 nights only. What a waste of money.

1 night stay at manduriao iloilo

It was just a 1 night stay, the hotel is ok for shorts stay.. it is situated a walking distance to SM manduriao and esplanade.. the hotel was busy during our weekend stays, we waited longer before we checked in to our room.. the front desk’s staff was so nice and courteous.. our room is facing the mo2 bar so we can hear live musics at night time, the front desk informed us about it and we didn’t bother though but i wont recommend those rooms if you are sensitive to a loud sound.. overall it is a good experience for a short stay.

Staff should have told us our room was next to the generator when they knew that it would be operating at 6am the next morning for a scheduled powere shut down. We only had about 6 hrs sleep the night before and were insistent that we check out on time which left us with six hours of tremendous noise outside of our room. We had even use our own ear plugs!

Stayed here twice, before & after Boracay - mainly to limit our load while traveling to Boracay by bus (to & from) & to store our luggage for the return - wished we hadn't for the return night was horrific with the hotel generator coming on (just outside our room) at 6am (lasting all day). Both stays required a technician to fix the TV. With the power out there was very limited WIFI & that being in the lobby. Spent virtually the whole day in the room with earplugs. Security staff are rude and generally the hotel is within an entertainment (night spot) district - we knew this & reason we requested back of the building (did not know about the generator location). Despite this, no apologies from the hotel about these conditions

Good for partygoers, bad for business travelers

This hotel is great if you’re traveling to party and got a lot of time on your hands. The check-in process is slow. There is a restaurant with live band that plays ALL NIGHT LONG, from 6PM to 2 AM, and a nightclub that plays loud party music from midnight to 5AM. That being said….
Initially I had booked 2 rooms to sleep 2 people in one room and 3 in the other. The room I reserved for the 3 people was supposed to be either a queen size bed + twin size bed, as I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunts. Upon checking in, we were offered a room that faces the bar, being warned that the music “gets a little loud sometimes” and declined it. Where does the clerk put us? On the bar side. I think to myself “how bad can it be?” In a nutshell, it’s absolute hell unless you sleep like the dead. The music gets progressively louder from the band and the nightclub causing a cacophony of bad karaoke and ooontz oontz until literally 5am. The first night, we decided to bear it, but we were miserable all night because we couldn’t sleep at all. They were gracious enough to move us at our request the next night, but overall, that experience was terrible.

I am not impressed of $100 per night for broken fridge that water has been stored for a while , TV not working, phone not working, towels are too old and small for an adult, shampoo and conditioner not enough for 1 person for one time use. Linens are too dirty. Overall not satisfied and not worth it with the value of money we paid. Food were expensive but ingredients are too old and very salty. I am not happy. I got diarrhea and really bad stomach with the water and food.

We need to pay if you ask for extra blanket, i booked for 3 i paid for extra person(4th) not enough beddings, have to pay if will request for extra. The heck I am working at the hotel too if guest ask extra beddingsci would be happy to give it because they paid for it when they reserved.

Visitors should be aware that the property includes several bars that play music at the highest volume until 2-3:30am despite what the staff tells you. It was virtually impossible to sleep until after 4am.

The air conditioning was inadequate to deal with the humidity, so the room was always very damp.

The room was dirty and had items left over from previous occupants, including clothing and hair.

I’ve come here several times and I enjoyed the proximity of this location, but this last visit it seems the hotel is on the decline. Firstly, I tried several times to contact the hotel to confirm but o could never reach anyone. secondly the hotl room we had had a funny smell in it and my fiancé and I both hat a bunch of bug bites by the time we left the room three days later.

Overall a a nice Hotel, Staff was excellent friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located in a nice area for nightlife and dinning. The hotel itself is nice, a good value for the price, the pool area requires payment to use, unless you are staying poolside which is very nice but also very busy as it is a local attraction and used by many. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, walking distance to all major offices in the City. Rooms are clean the only problem is the tiny bugs roaming around the room and bathroom. I think they need to fumugate to remove those insects. But overall it was a nice stay. I stayed for 2nights with different rooms. Swimming pool are excellent for relaxation and exercise.

Clean towels and spacious. Bed is comfy. But, there was a low water pressure and water barely coming out from the shower head. The ceiling has water stains that looks like mold or water leak. But we were in the second floor. There are no power outlets available by the bedside to charge the phones. Being next to the bars, the loud music can be heard from the room. Not a suitable place if you're tired and just wanted to rest and be ready for the next day. Breakfast time, we were told that breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation and I have to show the desk our reservation that breakfast was included. Overall, its a ⭐️⭐️ rate.

Noisy room and noisy bars

This hotel is located in the night life district of Iloilo. Restaurants and bars are just few step away. If you are in town for nightlife then it is a great place. But if you are in town for business and need to get some at night, then find anotger hotel. The rooms are not sound proof so you'll be awake all night listening to noise from the street and bars. It would help a bit if you book rooms facing the empty lot. Otherwise find other hotels nearby.

Located in the heart of many popular bars, which is a plus (if you like bars) or a minus, if you don’t want to hear loud music in your hotel room until 2am every night. 24 hour restaurant & room service was definitely a “plus.” The food taste and quality was overall good, with only a few dishes lacking in quality.

Stylish Hotel with a great location

Stylish Hotel with a great location and I mean it.

Staff is very friendly and professional, always out to help.

Clean place with modern rooms and facilities, the food was great and the prices reasonable.

There is a connected restobar right across the street that allow bringing food and drinks between them and the hotel with live entertainment, it isnon the street, but security was very effective at removing vagrants that tried to enter and harass customers.

A great place, would come again.

My original room was great, clean, didn't smell of mold. However, it was facing the open bar thus hearing the band until 1am was not. Had to change rooms due to an early am flight the next day. They were able to change my room the next day after 2pm. But this room was not clean, water pockets in the corner and found a few cockroaches crawling around. It was so late that I could wait for another room. So dealt with it due to my early early flight.
