We had a long waiting time at the reception for check-in, which was frustrating. The swimming pool was very crowded, with many kids, and some of them were even eating inside the pool, which did not feel hygienic.

The dinner was too expensive at 45 da per person. For a family of four, this is far too high, especially since we can have a full meal for the same amount in a restaurant outside.

The place is nice with beautiful garden and swimming pool.
The DJ music is too loud near the pool especially nobody is dansing with it. I would suggest to change the music style if it's a quiet night, and make a DJ if lots people around.
I did not like the sofa bed for the 3rd person, it's really too small and not comfortable.
The shower sometimes had no hot water, I had twice cold shower.
Be careful: no towel, toothbrush or tooh paste...no.cleaning service or add shower gel / toilet paper etc. during the stay. Wehad to buy on a shop by ourselves.

A lovely place where you can spend your vacation.
The staff in the reception and the restaurant are awesome and friendly. Recommended specially for kids. The kids have their private pool where they can play and swim - we called it a mini aqua park.
Loved the place and I am going back next year if God welling.

The property is well managed and of the same quality as the similar ranked/priced properties in Caribbean, Mexico, and South Europe. It is above all very safe and in a very safe neighborhood. Mrs. Sawata went above and beyond her duty to arrange a few Archeology/Cultural trips for me and my teenage daughters as well as transfer to the port.

The staff was very accommodating especially Salwa. She made my family and my experience very pleasant, and was readily available to help in any situation. When we checked into the apartment the manager took time to walks us to our apartment it was on the 4th floor... She decided that was in accepted and upgraded us to a beautiful full size apartment (our booking was a studio). She was very kind and was ready to help in anyway. Besma and the staff were exceptional at making us feel at home and as if we were the only guest. The breakfast was amazing and dinner in the garden was perfect. The pool was beautiful and we'll cared for considering the amount of guest. Really this property was fantastic on every way including the price... If you go plz tell Besma hello from me .. she was amazing

You get what you pay for. . buyers beware

The service is always too busy to help. I've spent countless hours at the desk wasted time on my vacation in which ended up being ruined by this treatment. I should have known as I watched countless people yelling and complaining during my arrival. They make up policies as they please without announcement to the general public. My key card was deactivated on a daily basis without warning or merit. The pool is small and with many families present so not the most relaxing as you can hear the children playing all day in the water park. In the end not worth the price for so many headaches.

We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment through Expedia. We were not permitted to expect the apartment until after full payment at reception. From reception there is a locked entrance to the rest of the property requiring all members of the party to wear a red wristband. Also, no guest or other family members would be allowed to visit us without paying $10 each per day. When we reached the apartment there was a noxious septic odor throughout. We decided not to stay and removed our baggage without unpacking or using anything in the apartment. Back at reception we were denied a refund or cancellation of our payment. I had to pursue that through our credit card company. The advertisement we had found on Expedia said nothing about fees charged for our guests. Overall a bad experience.

Well situated; in the center of it all. Nice walk to Carthage land/Madina , the lovely Hammamat beach and to the Marina. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating . The Pools/water slides are awesome. One thing to be aware of is that towels and toilet paper are not provided , so bring your own

Very welcoming and hospitable staff. If you have any problems they sort it out quickly. The hotel was great with a nice pool which was cleaned every day. The rooms are spotless and seemed a very safe environment. Would definitely recommend as we had an absolute great stay. 24 hours security and staff always available. Had a homely feel to it and everything worked perfectly fine. Its very close to the beach and the Medina. Great place to stay if you're in the Yasmine Hammamet area, cannot fault the place!

I am a aware it's a 3.5 star hotel but even the basic breakfast could be slightly improved with a little choice of scrambled or poached eggs or some toast or cereals instead of same cold salami, old croissants, baguette and a boil egg all 5 mornings of staying.

We should be advised in advance before booking of the basic towel, iron are extra charges.

I am told half board is breakfast with lunch or with dinner but at hotel i am being told just breakfast and dinner.

I've paid almost same paying as 5 star price only booked too late so there for ended up with this choice....i guess will teach me a lesson not ever book anything less then 5 star.

Very good hotel, especially for that price.

We've been there for 1 week late October 2016. The hotel territory is very clean ad beautiful. Staff is amazing. We are renting the apartment room for 4 people. We checked in late night - even early morning 1 am. The deposit which have been taken form me was substantial (£60) even taken into account that it was fully refundable. We have two small kids and they supposed to sleep in the living room, but when we arrived beds were not ready, so we have to do the bedding by our self. Another and last one disappointment is absence of the tea pot. We have to brew our tea in a pan! The room was cleaned every day and at a very high standard! Staff is amazing always happy to help. In other reviews you may find the information that you have to have your own towels or rent it from the hotel - this is true. They have some problem with toilet paper - so we have to buy it our self. Also, there was no dish washing liquid or towels. The rest - is amazing hotel. I would recommend it. All rooms were very big, big TV and good AC in both rooms.

The hotel and its grounds are lovely, well kept and green with gardens and nice swimming pools. My single unit was especially large with a separate kitchen area, including cooking facilities and refrigerator. Even the bedroom alone was bigger than most hotel rooms I have stayed in. The large windows featured nice views toward the pool and gardens. Air conditioning and hot water were quite functional. Unfortunately, the Wifi did not work very well in the room, even though I had specially requested this in the reservation. The staff was responsive and helpful, with a great can-do attitude, but it turns out that none of the rooms had better signal. Overall this is an exceptional value for those looking to relax and vacation, but not such a good proposition for business travelers or someone who needs to stay connected.

Great place to stay!!

My family and I arrived end of May 2015, we were abit apprenhensive about the what to expect.
But to our delight we were very pleased with the room. We had s two bed appartment with half board, clean room, comfy beds, TV and a kitchen. The two bathrooms a great idea as we were 2 adults and 3 children. The rooms were cleaned everyday!
All around the lawns, pool were well kept and clean.
The food was fabulous!! Hats off to the chef! The waiters and all staff polite and so helpful. The reception lady was very friendly and helpful too.
Located near the marina literally a minute walk from beach and marina with plenty of shops near by for gifts and groceries.
As this is more of a appartment/hotel it was really not that busy, I would one negative thing, they don't give you any toilet paper, towels or soap, but you can order a pack with two towels, toilet paper and soap for 5 dinars approx £1.70. We ordered a few.
On the whole would definitely go back again and stay there !!

Because the hotel was not busy, we got asked what we wanted for dinner and got delivered to our room, which was by the pool. The food was good and in abundance. We'll definitely go back there again.

Ended Up Staying Longer...

My husband I booked a week's stay at Residence Le Corail and we liked it so much, we ended up staying on another 3 days. The price was right, and we really liked the fact that it had it's own kitchen so we could cook our own meals. It's actually classified as a 'speciality' hotel. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room, but it had 2 pools, and beautiful gardens surrounding the complex. It was located in the heart of Yasmine Hammamet (south) within walking distance to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and I would definitely go there again.

Un peu déçue à l'arrivée acceuil long et appartement en étage avec défaut de clim et quelques petites imperfections mais le.personnel a été à notre écoute nous avons eu la possibilité de changer d'appartement dès le lendemain.
Personneltoujours souriant et appartement et extérieurs bien entretenue.
Un peu déçue de la piscine ouverte de 10h a 18h et beaucoup plus petite que le rendue sur les photos du site , dommage aussi de devoir louer les transats 2 dinars ( 30 cts) par transats et par jrs le linge de toulette et fournit mais payant ( 5 dinars/ par serviette )
Pas de machine a laver ni laverie il faut dema.der a laver notre linge celui et paynt et par type et nombres de pièces ...mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour.

une belle surprise ne vous fiez surtout pas au commentaire.
la résidence est propre et belle.
mes deux petits garçons ont adoré les deux piscine.
le restaurant de la résidence est bon et pas cher.
la médina est à 5min à pied et la marina 2min.
salwa l’hôtesse d’accueil est à l’écoute.
vraiment en tant que mère seul je me suis sentit en sécurité dans cette résidence très familiale.
le groupe d’animation est très impliqué de 10h-23h il y’a des activités et jeu pour enfants.
je recommande vivement.
merci encore pour se séjour mes enfants ne l’oublierons jamais.

Kinderen kunnen er de hele dag genieten in het kinderzwembad. Volwassen kunnen relaxen aan het zwembad. Je hebt er ruime kamers. Strand is een paar minuutjes lopen en voorzieningen zijn heel dichtbij.

Voor de 2e x verbleven in dit hotel omdat het niet anders kon en de ligging van het hotel goed is. Verder geen aanrader. Je krijg geen handdoeken in de kamer er is geen lift en het complex is groot. Personeel zeer onvriendelijk.

Dit hotel heeft nog een hartstikke hoop te verbeteren helaas in elke vorm. Wij hadden online geboekt, eenmaal bij aankomst was de boeking nog niet zichtbaar en we werden verzocht buiten te wachten met onze koffers. Ook zat er een salamander op de kamer na enkele keren bellen naar de receptie is er niemand komen opdagen. Personeel was alles behalve gastvrij.

Réception catastrophique

La réception est catastrophique.
Une heure et demi d’attente pour remplir un formulaire et voir 4 réceptionnistes inorganisés tourner en rond.
Plus 45 mn d’attente lorsque ma carte était démagnétisée.
Attention les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournies mais peuvent être louées sur place.
Le personnel de réception est totalement incompétent. A part cela le séjour était plutôt agréable et la résidence bien située.
