The workers were awesome, however the property was disappointing. No restaurant as advertised, the rooms were horrible moldy and when you shower it wet the whole floor. The beds were horrible mosquitoes in the room. The pool was in disrepairs. That property has potential with the right ownership group. The entrance had two huge pot holes full of water that can’t be avoided. The landscaping was overgrown. Construction behind the property started at 0600 am just noisy. They really need to take down those deceitful pictures.

Nice, but needs further renovation.
A good dozen bungalows on a little property ending on a tiny beach with a nice ocean view. Water access is mostly larger pebble, though. Spacious outdoor covered restaurant and bar with good food and drink offering. Nice pool with lounging area. Each bungalow has a few studios with patios. Many bungalows are being renovated. Our studio had a renovated kitchen area with stove top, fridge and microwave. There was some disparate tableware and cookware. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, with TV and plenty of storage. Bedding was ok. The small bathroom, although functional, really needed renovation. There was wifi across the property, but signal was weak and at times unstable in our room. Pointe-du-Bout is about 1 mile away, and offers plenty of restaurants, shops and boutiques.

The accommodation was very basic considering it was one of the most expensive rooms at the property, ‘sea view’ was a bit of stretch. There was no shampoo / shower gel, just a little bar of soap. There was also no replenishing of toilet paper or changing of towels in the 3 nights I stayed so when the one roll provided ran out I had to go to reception to ask for more and also for clean towels. There was no wifi in the room either unfortunately. The room was clean and air conditioned and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot although there was no shower curtain so the bathroom would get wet however carefully I tried to shower. The pool was nice. The staff were friendly. The location is about 10 minute walk from Ande Mitan beach but some might find it a little uncomfortable walking alone at night. I didn’t feel unsafe personally but I can imagine some might.

Worth it if you don't mind rustic
Google maps had a hard time getting us here on local roads. Location is about a 20 minute walk from the tourist village. Cabins are cute but rustic - holes in walls let bugs in, for example - but the private beach is beautiful.

Had a great stay in Martinique at L'imperatrice Village. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great location, five minute walk into town, and a close drive to anywhere else on the island. They have a very nice pool, and a great little private beach. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip!

Cute for a day arrival depressing if night arrival
This hotel can be depressing if you arrive at night. It is a little off the beaten path in the woods on the beach. However on awakening the next morning you discover that it is a short walk to the Ft. de France ferry. We typically took the first ferry into FDF at 6:30AM and had breakfast in town before embarking on shopping or sightseeing excursions. The TV has no English channels so I could not feed my addiction to CNN and CNBC. Remember when you check in to get the WIFI password from the front desk. There was no phone in our room. The price is right but that means no frills and a little rough around the edges. If you arrive at the airport with light luggage, pull behind and carry on, I suggest that you take a cab into town and get the ferry out to Ilse de Mitan last one at 6:30PM. The road from the airport to the hotel becomes narrow and if there is an accident delays can range from 1 to 5 hours. We were lucky we got away with a one hour delay.
Point de Bout is a treat but not walking distance especially after dinner. There are restaurants, boutiques and artsy fartsy kind of galleries. We called a cab from the hotel and we were lucky to get one. The real luck is in finding one after dinner that could take us back to the hotel. Forget about having dinner before 7PM.
The ferry cost $7.00 euros one way and $`10:00 euros round trip. There is an Imperatrice hotel on Rue de Liberte in Fort de France and for $10.00euros plus tip you can have a delightful breakfas

Il y a eu une erreur du mois, (février au lieu de mars) mais malgré tout ils ont été capable de nous loger. Nous sommes restés juste 1 nuit, donc nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine. J'ai adoré le lieu, proche de la plage. Restaurant. Je retournerai sans problème

La chambre était propre, mais l’ensemble du site est vieillot, aurait besoin d’un meilleur entretien. La piscine était fermée et ne semble pas prête d’être ouverte. Le bar était presque toujours fermé. La situation géographique est intéressante, plage privée très apprécié.

Le bungalow qui nous a été proposé à l'arrivée était pratiquement insalubre , nous avons réclamé et menacé de partir, on nous a proposé une autre bungalow acceptable mais nous avons dû \"glaner des chaises pour la terrasse . Pas de piscine comme indiqué , plage \" privée\" difficilement accessible en cailloux . Entrée de la résidence avec des trous importants sur la chausseey. Cafetière sale , meuble de salle de bains bancale , et aucun rideau ou protection pour la douche , piscine à chaque douche. Aucun ménage pendant notre séjour alors qu'il est indiqué Quotidien. . Nous n'y retournerons pas et ne fferons pas de publicité autour de nous et de votre site . TRÈS DÉÇU !

Lors de notre arrivé, la réception était fermée. Nous avons du attendre une personne qui est arrivée 15 minutes plus tard. En général, il manque d’amour sur le site. Le restaurant était fermé. Petite plage pas très entretenue. Bref pas top nous pensons avoir mieux pour le prix payé.

Petit merveille d'antan un peut fané mais avec du charme. La plage privée est très accessible et calme, on y est le plus souvent tout seul, très agréable ! On a vu beaucoup de poisons de toutes couleurs, des baleines pas très loin, des tortues, des pelucans et dautres oiseaux. Si on a besoin de rencontrer des gens, d'autres plages sont à proximité. Personnel très à l'écoute et aimable.

Quelques points négatifs lors de la douche le sol de la salle de bain est trempé, car pas de parois de douche un balai raclette serait utile, quelques éléments mobilier a revoir tiroir meuble salle de bain qui ferme pas, difficile d'ouvrir les meubles de cuisine pas de poignée, , ....porte de salle de bain qui ferme mal.... Des moustiquaires serait bien venu au fenêtre qui ne ferme pas.

L'endroit est magnifique mais un seul passage en une semaine pour un changement de draps à force de réclamer. Pas de nettoyage durant le séjour de plus 10 jours. Petit déjeuner cher 15€/personne. Manque de vaisselle dans la kitchenette 2 fourchettes, 2 couteaux. Je pense passer sur un Rb&b la prochaine fois. Rapport qualité-prix n'y est pas.

Bien que l'établissement soit très vieillissant, le personnel est top, les jeûnes femmes de l'accueil font tout leur possible pour donner satisfaction et pour trouver des solutions aux problèmes qui se posent donc bravo pour ça.
Le parc est magnifique et la plage privée un vrai plus.
Par contre la piscine a vraiment besoin d'une rénovation le liner est en piteux état
Les logements ont également vraiment besoin de rénovation, mais c'est en cours donc laissons leur un peu de temps.

L'hotel globalement est en déclin. Il nécessite des rénovations importantes tant sur les portes d'entrée qu'au niveau des abats jours. Les moustiquaires intérieures et extérieures doivent être nettoyées...

Établissement a fuir, chambre vétuste mal entretenue et catastrophique hygiéniquement parlent. Les détails a présent, la douche sans rideau (faut voir le bon côté des choses) vous mettez de l’eau partout, donc vous lavez le sol, les boutons de cette douche qui vous restent dans les mains. Les toilettes avec des projections de ( je ne sais quoi, enfin si, j’ai une idée) de part et d’autre du WC. La TV (grandiose 1 chaîne). 30 degrés en arrivant et même pas une petite bouteille d’eau. L’isolation entre les chambres est catastrophique, vous faites une croix sur votre intimité tous ce que fait votre voisin vous le savez. Une seule prise électrique dans la chambre. Règlement du séjour à l’arrivé ( au cas où on voudrez changer c’est mort ). Pour les draps c’est au bout de 7 nuits qu’on vous les change, les serviettes c’est la même sauf si vous demandez. Le ménage c’est pour vous. Seul point positif le personnel aimable et réactif.

Eh bien l'acceuil très bien, par contre il y a beaucoup de rénovations à faire dans les bungalows car c'est très moyen pour un site si beau , dommage mais peut être que d'ici 1 an il y aura de l'amélioration ??????? il y a trop de laisser aller et là bcp de travail.

L'accueil ouvre a 16h l apres midi, arrivée a 14h vous etes obligée dattendre pour avoir votre clé. Pas de restaurant, pas de petit dejeuner et le snack de la plage fermé. Motif : travaux. Il aurait été bon d'être prévenu avant. Vous voulez profitez de la piscine vers 10h et bien non, on passe le robot. Bref l'expérience n'est pas à renouveller.

Malheureusement c'est la pire nuit passée dans une chambre d'hôtel en famille.J'ai réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 10 ans et on se retrouve à partager un lit double à trois. Ils demandaient un supplément de 15€ pour un lit d'appoint plus la taxe de séjour alors que tout était compris dans ma réservation. Sans parler des chats qui les envahissent, les horaires d'arrivée et de départ ne permettant pas de profiter du site en une nuitée, l'imperatrice village n'est plus ce qu'il était il y a 2 ou 3 années...

Ma déception est le manque de discrétion des studios car la baie vitrée avait un trou à l'arrière à la fermeture, la salle de bain de la fenêtre ne se fermait pas, les boulons des toilettes rouillés, Quelques toiles d'araignées au plafond et le manque de prise électrique près du lit n'y était pas.

A notre arrivée nous avons été très déçus du logement, en effet, la description ne correspondait pas à la vérité, … après avoir fait part au personnel de la réception de notre frustration, les jeunes femmes présentes ont été très réactives.
La direction nous a offert le petit déjeuner et nous avons été relogés dans un autre bungalow, le lendemain de notre arrivée.

Vous le prix de la nuitée, ça a de quoi déconcerter !

Bungalow vieillissant et peu d'équipement mais la situation, l'accueil, la piscine et la plage sont vraiment agréables. Si vous comptez vadrouiller à droite à gauche et que le confort matériel n'est pas votre priorité, je recommande! Ce n'est pas du luxe mais le matelas est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne, la douche et les WC également. Donc pour des voyageurs comme nous, c'est parfait. Si vous êtes fans des grands complexes, animations club et logements nickels et modernes, évitez.
