rather basic.
Room was good but nothing else was available.
difficult to get to bangla road due to being remote.
Area was rather run down and no nightlife around
very difficult to get taxi back to hotel on New years eve

Book somewhere else

First of all, this hotel is not worth it. Once we arrived we saw their posted TB which was much cheaper than what we booked. We booked 4 nights and regretted it. Secondly, I used the towels in our room to wipe/clean up my powder foundation I accidentally spilled. They charged us for towels they could not wash out. Seriously, have they not heard of bleach? Thirdly, they were against our friend to come up to our room saying we cannot have guess. We told them it'll be quick and we'll leave once the rain stopped. They didn't like it and didn't stop us, but it was just rude and embarrassing. Lastly, we rented motorbikes on two different occasions. Each time with different staff. One was not helpful when we receive a crappy motorbike saying they're all the same. We stopped by the hotel again later in the day and saw another staff and we asked to exchange bikes

Nice hotel, good stay

Hotel is nice and good. Affordable price. Location is quite far from the beach; about 15 minutes walk. But you can rent the motorbike provided to move around town. A quiet area to stay. Bathroom is okay. They provide towels and some toiletries like soap and syampoo. They also provide free bottled water. However I suggest that the hotel should provide tea and coffee in the room (cause they provide cup but no tea/coffee sachet available). They clean the room everyday. Hotel staff is friendly too. Wifi signal is okay. Overall we had a good 3-night stay.

It was a okay location but the bed was hard

The bed was rock solid and I thought the hotel was okay by when I checked out there was some blood on the sheets from itching bites and they tried to charge me 1200 baht but then where like okay only 700 baht like they where doing me a favour, it was only a few drops! I was very annoyed.!

Superb n outstanding staff helping me find other teksi as I book another teksi never come as promise would come @7.30am I already pay deposit 400 bath, the taxi was late till 8am haven't come as I can't wait my flight at 10am with the hotel staff act fast get me a Taxi to airport I reach airport 1hrs before my flight thank you n awesome staff keep it up ur good sevices.Will come back to ur hotel.

You get what you paid

Good for anyone looking for a clean budget hotel. Walking distance to Juncyleon Shopping and night market however if you have kids it would be considered far. Breakfasts had about 5-6 dishes. Bed was hard however for the price u pay cant expect a 5star treatment.

We only paid $35au a night and for that its great value. Short walk to banzaan market and far enoigh from bangla so you can sleep. The bed was very firm but staff were helpful with adding a extra doona.

Clean, cheap, friendly and helpful staff.

It is a small hotel, but the quality and the services provided are fantastic. I stayed in Pimrada for 4 nights, my room was VERY clean and well serviced for the price I paid. There is a downside to this hotel, there was not a window in my room and I noticed there were no windows in some other rooms as well. However, I personally don't usually open the hotel window regardless there was one or not, so it was perfectly fine for me since I enjoy the air-conditioning more. This hotel is situated 15 min from the Patong beach and Bangla rd (nightlife and redlight district of Phuket), so you don't need to waste money on the taxi and use the savings on the massage instead.

Clean, Friendly & Reasonable

Hotel was a bit off the beaten track from the main area of Jung Ceylon and Bangla Street so you got a half hour walk each way. Room was clean & freshly painted and soap and shampoo provided.
No window or balcony in our room but no worries - no view anyways.
Breakfast fare was good each morning with choice of eggs along with normal oriental cuisine + coffee + juice.

Clean quiet place

Friendly staff available for tours or any thing else desired. Cleanest hotel I've been to. Clean linen and towels changed daily. Quiet little street but not too far from all the hustle and bustle. Only a 10 minute walk to the mall . There's a 7eleven around the corner and plenty of restaurants and stores close by. You have to try the American coffee place called Peekaboo Cafe at the end of the street.

Rude night staff

The kettle/coffee maker in room 401 was broken. It's supposed to stop the heat when the water boils, but in this case it would just keep boiling until the water runs dry. Which is a fire hazard. I called the front desk about it and the staff informed me that the water would stop boiling if I unplug the power or lift the kettle from the hot plate. Of course, I already knew that, but I was trying to inform him that the equipment was not working as designed and should be replaced or fixed. His attitude was that I was an idiot and did not know how electricity works, but I was merely giving him feedback that this piece of equipment was faulty and should be replaced. He offered to take it away, but when I asked him if he was going to bring another one, he said no. How was that going to fix the problem? I needed to make my coffee. He could have taken one from another room or simply said, I'm sorry, we don't have any extra kettles at the moment.

This place was a bit far from Bangla Road, but still walkable. Nearby you Pizza/Wings restaurant and a late night food place. As well as a Family Mart.

If you work from the Deluxe Room, theres a view of the building across the parking lot.

The staff were nice the room though was small than what is shown and a bit more rundown. The bathroom was small as well and the shower and toilet are one step near each other. Water is pretty much everywhere. Close to patong beach, jungceylon mall, bangla walking street and some markets. Just walk around and save transportation. Good place to stay for a couple days if you only need a place to stay.

A warm welcome after a long flight, Apple showed us to our room which was very clean and very nicely furnished. Breakfast was lovely and Yelly does wonderful eggs! All the staff were so friendly and made us so welcome nothing was too much trouble. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in , clean bed linen and towels daily.

Deceptive rating, reviews until you experienced it

One night We came back from a sightseeing trip,our room entrance door was not closed.I went to tell the owner the next morning,he got angry and arrogantly said to me,that's couldn't be true and I need to apologize to the cleaner.I REFUSED and said to him go to check your cctv as proof we went out after 11.30.Until my last day no feedback from them to say small error can happened which I did mentioned on that day.

This small hotel is a 20 minute walk from JungCeylon, Bangla St,And the beach if you a long legged walker. The staff is friendly and helpful...no problem checking in at 3:00 am. The daily breakfast is a small buffet-like affair. It is mostly the same each day but they add enough variety to prevent monotony and loss of appetite. It really was quite good with fruit, fruit juice, coffee, milk, rice, meat, veggies and/or salad, and cooked as ordered eggs.Our first room had no window and was only 20 m. but very clean and functional. The second room had a balcony. Beds are hard...common in Paying and many tourism venues. Our only complaint was the lack of a shower curtain or enclosure...very hard to prevent entire room from being flooded. It would help if the shower head could be aimed more downward.

I arrived at the hotel to be greeted by very friendly staff and accommodated to my large spacious comfortable room. The room had all the necessary facilities wifi large tv and a small safe very handy. The staff served breakfast in the morning with a bit of a traditional Thai twist delicious !
In addition the hotel also rents motorbikes at a very good price without bonds and passports to be held from you, and also facilities for trips to islands near Phuket.
Basically in a few words has everything at your fingertips including friendly helpful staff makes this an excellent choice to stay at.
I will be certainly coming back see you again this year !!

Don't expect much. Poor wifi and distance to beach

To sum up, what you pay is what you get. For me, what I was looking for initially is the location and wifi. Unfortunately, it failed on both grounds. The location is far from the beach. Wifi drops frequently and is weak. Only positive is room is big though is smell as if someone smokes in there which I commented when I first check in and the lady showing me agree but didn't offer to change my room

It is a nice hotel and not far from the beach

I check in very early in the morning and still found the staff happy to help me out. I originally booked a standard room, however wen I got there I upgraded with no hassle. I pay a little extra fee for the best room with a good view.

I had a good change to view their rooms for my next visit, and I really liked what I saw. The staff was amazing and the cleaning team was always on time to clean, and very flexible when I was still resting and they would came latter on my convenient time.

They helped me with booking tours around phuket as I didn't book in advance.

Bit far away from Patong Beach.10-15 min by walk. Have to rent a cab / Taxi if you want to get to Phuket town from here since the mini-bus/public transport operates only from Patong main street. No breakfast which is somewhat inconvenient if you want to go for a day trip quite earlier in the morning.

Linens were not changed.

Room is smaller than expected, hot water not working. They did tidy up the room every morning, fresh towels but bedsheets were not changed. I had towels with bloodstains, pillow case with bloodstains even the blanket.

Make sure you book a delux room as the standard ros have no windows and also ask for a ro at the front otherwise you will be looking at se ones rubbisj

Pimrada Hotel is a pleasant hotel.

I enjoyed my holiday in Phuket and most especially my stay at Primada hotel. I have very fond memory of the staff and receptionist working almost everyday without much breaks. and yet still manage to smile, helpful and still friendly to
everyone.
They are ever so busy and are hardworking people, and I have nothing but great admiration and deep respect for each and every one of theml.
No doubt Primada hotel is the place to stay at in Phuket where your needs are met and the service is A+
t has been an awesome journey for me and I highly recommend it to anyone

Fantastic value

We checked in at 1.30 am and were warmly greeted with a room upgrade as well, couldn't ask for anything more really, bed was on the firm side but not rock hard like some. It was a short walk to the shopping centre and beach. The only real issue had nothing to do with the hotel and that was the road works which should be finished in a month or so.

Primada is fun !

Everything is as perfect as you see in the pics, the best thing is on the reception only you can book your trip to Phi Phi island and their staff is very helping about the same. Any problem will be solved instantly. Room service and staff service were very much helping.

I recently stayed with 3 other friends sharing 2 twin rooms. The rooms were clean air conditioned and well maintained. The only Down side was there were no windows and it was quite disorientating, but not the end of the world.

Washing service was good and cheap as was the breakfasts.

A nice safe distance from the centre of town and overall the best value hotel from our trip so far.

Perfect for us but maybe not if your on a ramantic getaway

Simple, minimalistic modern room in good condition equipped with basic facilities. Housekeeping helps to clean, rearrange items in room and also replenish utilities as needed. Fast speed internet provided. Friendly and helpful staffs who speak English. Located 5 minutes from Patong beach and Bangla road via motorcycle taxis. Tuk-tuks and taxis are readily available outside of the hotel, along with mini mart and pharmacy

Staff were extremely helpful!! Work around thr clock 24hrs to accomodate all needs. Motorbike hire is also offered by the hotel as well as laundry and other services for a small fee. Staff were very accomodating

Good location, good standard, good price

Great, friendly staff - were very accommodating. Location of hotel is 10mins walk from the main beach, close to local shopping mall and not far from the main strip. Standard of room was better than we thought it would be-eg. 32\" wide screen Sony TV - need I say more.

Personale molto gentile e accomodante, buona pulizia per gli standard locali. Letto tremendamente duro, tanto da svegliarsi nel cuore della notte per i crampi alla schiena. Chiedendo un cuscino in più si riesce a dormire meglio. Zona un po’ rumorosa per vicinanza ad una strada principale. Buono il servizio noleggio Scooter e Lavanderia.

窓付の部屋を予約したのに、窓が無い部屋に案内されました。
窓が無い理由がひどく、「窓が無いと書くとお客さんが来ないからビジネス上そうしている」とのこと。自己中心的な理由です。
プーケットに来て窓無しの閉鎖的な部屋に泊まりたい人にオススメのホテルです。
レビューが良くて予約しましたが残念でした。
