Nice quiet place for a good price. I liked the pool. Not many people using it with the beaches so close. Very peaceful for me. Simple place with simple rules. Respect your fellow neighbors, keep pool towels on the property (don’t take to the beach) and enjoy your stay.

A little bit of a walk from the busiest part (10-15 min) but I don't like being right in the thick of it. Walkable to the ferries (15min). Comfortable room and very clean. It was nice having a pool to have a late afternoon dip after going around.

I loved this hotel! The room was super spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was great and nice bathroom. Location is close walk to tong sala food court but aside from that things do close earlier. Hotel staff super friendly :)

Little hotel around a nice pool, good for one night if you need to catch a early ferry. Hotel is nice clean and lots of restaurants around. the older lady on the reception gets every year a little bit more grumpy and the mattress needs to be replaced years ago. everything else is good.

This place is easily walkable to and from the pier. Also close enough to walk to all markets etc at Thongsala. I rented a scooter for the 5 days and reception arranged drop off and pick up without any issues. Pool was immaculate and staff were very friendly. Don’t usually eat ‘resort’ food but gave it a go at this place and was surprised, very nice and prices were not ‘tourist prices’. Even a large Singha was only 90TBH. Room was spacious and clean. No issue with aircon and hot water. Only thing I could fault with this place was the mattress was a little too hard for my liking.

Amazing stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean and the pool was well looked after. Within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. We even forgot to collect our deposit upon check out and were immediately messaged by the hotel to apologise and return it to us. Would definitely return if staying in Koh Phangan again. Thank you!

Located in a convenient location to the pier and a lot of restaurants and shops. Also located in the middle between al the popular beaches. Property was clean, the room was very basic. It did have A/C. The view from the balcony was nothing exciting. If you are on a budget and in need of a clean room, then this is a great place. Very friendly staff.

Great location & comfortable stay

Stayed during the low season and not around full moon party time so the hotel was very quiet. I think we were among 4 couples staying. Room was nice had a little balcony, air con worked good, fridge worked okay, big bed. Only problems were they never cleaned our rooms during the stay, we even left the clean room sign on the door. They had some silly rules like please shower before you jump in the pool. Location wise it was good, not too from the pier, night food market about 10 minutes walk, restaurants and laundry just outside. Reception staff were friendly & nice, I'm pretty sure they were the owners. A big thank you to them & I would return to stay if I came back to Koh Phangan.

Right in Thong Sala. Nice pool and loung chairs if you want to relax at the hotel. Lots of restaurants near by and the Phantip market is close at night. Room was good with 2 single beds, perfect for friends traveling. Not too busy/crazy around full moon party time, still a calm surrounding. Hard to find a nice beach to relax and swim nearby (maybe we just didn’t get good directions) - but a taxi ride brings you there fast for only 50-100 baht!

Solid Stay!

First of all this hotel is really good for the money!!! Great clean pool, big rooms absolute massive bed and just overall well maintained grounds which is always nice to see. Nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. There’s a few food places nearby which are okay and some supermarkets, and about a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of thong sala. Very happy!

The hotel is in Thong Sala and is good for people arriving or leaving the island. Thong Sala is a nice town. The hotel is the most modern and upscale I've seen in the town. Mostly the others are cheaper guest houses.

Short Say On Full Moon Island

The Room was clean and spacious, with fast and stable Wifi. The shower had hot water and bed was comfortable. The location is ideal as its close to the beach and has very nice restaurants and massage places around too. About 15-20 min Drive to Haad Rin (Full Moon Beach). Staff are very friendly and provided help with taxis and transfers.

Clean, well equipped, modern Western style hotel

Very comfortable, clean, spacious rooms in a modern Western style (including shower curtain!). TV channels mostly all non-English speaking though, which is odd given the mostly Western travellers that stay here. Ground floor rooms could probably do with some net curtains for privacy as you are pretty much in a fish bowl when it comes to passers-by and rooms opposite especially if you have a light on. Also, one main complaint I had was a lack of soft surfaces outside to sit on. The pool recliners and poolside chairs have no cushioning and the restaurant seats are all hard surfaces too. There is nowhere to comfortably relax. Tiled floors around restaurant are extraordinarily slippery when wet and with bare feet, and there needs to be caution signs or non-slip mats put down. Breakfast is minimal but ok, missing a decent Thai tea and Thai coffee, and meals during the day are probably brought in from nearby rather than cooked onsite so you might as well go for a walk yourself. Staff very kind and pleasant, swift checkin, but lack of information in rooms other than lists of do's and don't's (designed for the awful Full Moon Party tourists who tend to wreck these properties given the chance). I would stay again and happily recommend as a good place to book if passing through Thong Sala for a night or two (but the town is hardly a tourist destination).

My second stay at this lovely hotel, just off the main road from Thong
Sala to Haad Rin. Short walk into the main town for shopping bars etc. Hotel is quite new, all rooms have mini fridge and either a balcony or terrace sitting area. The pool is fantastic. Only a short walk to the beach.
Definitely going back.

Nice new hotel 15/20 minutes walk from ferry terminal. Well managed 500 baht key deposit. Most rooms face large pool and have patio doors so ground floor can be seen into but have full length curtains. Cheap places to eat Thai food nearby and even better at market 20 mins walk.

Super family run resort

Stayed in Phanag Island View for 3 nights, the hotelast was very well maintained and very cleamuch and the staff are very helpful.
The pool are is excellent and also very clean.
The beds are not the most comfortable a little on the hard side for me but for the price we paid for our stay it's is a small negative. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if I was every back in Phanag.

Phangan Island Hotel

Upon arrival we were greeted and given shirts for the full moon party. Very kind of the lady to give us two twinbed when there was suppose to be one double bed. The booking only included 1 person breakfast voucher. The breakfast is outdoor by the pool. Breakfast was freshly made from a selection in the menu. Not necessary to buy the voucher for my second traveler as prices were cheap n there's no time limit like the breakfast voucher. The pool was clean and nice. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk through other resort. The beach didn't have big waves. Lots of little hard rocks and wasn't soft to walk barefoot. There's a sandbar you can walk across which looks cool but it was raining at that time so I didn't get to try. Was hoping for powder white sand. First Full moon experience was epic. I loved the energy and music. Left hotel around 12 midnight and waved down a truck type taxi with others. Overall experience at this hotel great for last minute booking and pricing was great.

lication is not.so good as it far from haadrin beach and the other good beaches. room looks good and well maintained but aircon is right above the bed and it wasnt nice during the night.

rent a motorbike from the hotel is recommended.

Great hotel and friendly service. Short walk from the pier so great for a short stay or if you fancy travelling to other islands. About a 15 minute taxi ride to the Half Moon party, which only cost 100 baht each (£2). Very nice restaurants nearby, I recommend Bamboo Bistrot just a short walk along the main road. Great location and good value for money

Stayed at the hotel for the full moon party in August. It was cheap (in comparison to other hotels over the full moon), clean, amazing pool, big rooms and friendly staff. The best part of the hotel, is that it's far enough away from Haad Rin (Full Moon area), yet still only cost 100 baht per person to the party area, which meant you didn't have the 18 year olds raving and being drunk everywhere. Will definitely return again if we stay in Koh Phangan.

Great service, great pool area for the day time...

Great little place. Owners and staff are awesome. The rooms are fine...everything you need to have a nice stay. The Pool area is great during the day...the restaurant and service are awesome as well. Some great eats there which was unexpected. Only downfall of this place was that people returned back from partying every night and used the pool very very late and it was loud which woke us up and kept us up.....think that's a regular thing there...but besides that a great stay.

ok for a short stay

Stayed here for 3 nights for the full moon party. Was clean and well maintained, good air con and nice pool. Just off the main road with no view or nice beach nearby. Scooter or taxi are needed. Did what it needed but cost more than I have paid for somilar hotels previously, maybe due to full moon price hike. Ok for short stay but not for an extended stay.

close to Thong Sala pier but nothing else. Limited times for the ferry to reach this pier so book early. Went for the full moon party and jungle party, so didn't have high expectations for the hotel. It had a decent pool, the room needs some bathroom upgrades. But overall the room did its job since we booked late the full moon party. About 100 baht per person to get to either full moon or jungle party.

Nice, Peaceful Hotel

I decided to book this hotel due to the positive reviews on this site. I stayed for 8 days and loved every moment. the owner of the hotel treats you like family and assist you with anything you need, it doesn't feel like a hotel at all. The hotel is very clean and everything appears to be new and everything appears to work, if it doesn't it will be fixed in a very short time. All my tours trips and whatever short trips I wanted to make were all arranged at the hotel which made my stay hussle free. The location of the hotel is also very convenient as it's close to many shops, restaurants and the pier. I will definitely return to Phangan for another peaceful and enjoyable stay. Many thanks to the lady owner of the hotel (dont know her name) she was AMAZING, also her other staff they were all unbelievably nice and helpful.

I needed a hotel for one night that was near the pier. This hotel served my purpose well. It is located on a busy street and is not close to a beach. However, my room was quiet and I liked the location. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was very nice. The staff was extremely accommodating. The pool is really nice.

Its clean and the location is alrightif you are there for the full moon party, a taxi for BHT 100 will take you from the Hotel to Haad Rin, however, the room doesn't have a safe and also something can be done about the balcony door as its a bit challenging to figure out, it may keep you a bit stranded trying to lock or unlock it.

Very friendly staff close to the beach

The hotel is brand new and I hope they maintain this level of quality. The hotel is very close to the beach (about 5 mins walk). The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating (more so than I've even come to expect travelling in thailand). The rooms are very clean, however, the beds are a bit stiff. The thai food at the restaurant / from room service is delicious. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. There is also a security guard at night. I will definitely stay here the next time I go to Ko Phangan.

We found the room very spacious and extremely clean. It is a family run hotel and they will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Great value for the price and way above your average backpacker hotel. The pool is fantastic and it even has a jacuzzi. Location wise, it is a bit far from the town center but if you rent a motorbike it is a non issue. Amenities such as a balcony, sat tv, room safe and all-night security only add to the value. We will recommend it to friends.
