Staff couldn’t do enough for you - the rooms are large. The air con could do with a bit of an update as not as cool as it could be but not uncomfortable.

Fresh towels every day, staff couldn’t do enough for you, big shout out to San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a great hotel with everything you need and the restaurant food is also so tasty.

This is a very under rated resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As soon as we got there we felt so relaxed. The resort itself is a bit off the main road so it’s a bit of a walk to anything but we just rented a scouter to rip around everywhere so it really wasn’t an issue. It’s actually nice that it’s away from everything as you get a more peaceful experience. The whole theme and landscaping of the resort is beautiful as well as an amazing pool. The restaurant is fantastic and really makes it hard to want to go anywhere else. Overall I had a great experience at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a relaxing environment, good food, and great staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property. Very spacious & luxurious rooms. Check in was interesting as my room was only available after noted check in time of 2pm which I have never experienced before. Another interesting feature: all clocks including the one in lobby were set to the wrong time (not intentionally apparently).

An amazingly large room and bathroom - pool was fabulous!!
Staff were great and everything was very clean and well designed. There is an on-site spa where we had what wonderful massages and facials.
The restaurant is on the beach so there were really lovely views too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with large rooms, hi ceilings. In a good area but if you’re walking to the hotel’s entrance you have to go down a long winding unpaved road surrounded by bushes and nasty industrial waste. Not to mention the creatures that spring out of those bushes. Daytime it’s ok. Nighttime you either need a taxi or scooter or it’ll be the scariest walk.

Love this hotel. We stayed in room with a pool. Breakfast was great. The hotel has no real beach but we didn’t feel it ruins the experience. We loved the fact we had a real coffee machine with capsules… we will definitely come back.

I was apprehensive as read some negative reviews. However everything was prefect. Pool was great. Food was very good. Staff super friendly. Room huge. There is no beach per se but we knew this and pool more than compensated. If you want beach you merely walk 5 minutes either direction from waterdront. Overall it was really good. Value for money and a pretty eclusive feel to it. Highly recommend.

Strange design, disappointing food

Summer Luxury Beach Resort is a strange place. It features a mid-century Americana Motel design but doesn’t quite pull it off. The rooms are huge and spotlessly clean, all featuring big balconies or terraces. Unfortunately the pool isn’t very pleasant and during our stay was overrun with very noisy children - this is more of a family hotel than a chilled adult place. The food in the restaurant is ok for lunch and dinner, but really bad at breakfast. There are no covers on the food, meaning lots of flies all over everything, everywhere else in Thailand seems to have plastic covers, why not here? Another design flaw is the hotels position on the seafront. There is no beach at this point, just a rocky point but you can walk to the beach very easily. I was amazed that the architect didn’t make more of the seafront position by adding a pool or at lease giving more rooms a sea view! Anyway, we escaped the din of the pool by walking 5 minutes down the beach which has a collection of chilled out bungalow operations. It’s a nice beach though very shallow and not great for swimming. Food was better at the backpacker bungalow than the hotel.

Everything was excellent but if your looking for a resort with a nice beach setup and not alot of rocks, look elsewhere. But for those who don't care about that and enjoy a nice pool with nice size rooms you probably won't find better.

The hotel and grounds are great. It’s on the waterfront, but no beach. Staff was good and the breakfast was amazing. Nice pool, lots of loungers but only 1 umbrella. Room was huge. Only problem we had was after I prepaid for my booking they gave us a room with 2 single beds and when I told them I booked a double for me and my wife. They sent 3 emails telling us if we wanted one bed it would be an extra charge of 1000 thb. A nite.

This hotel looks amazing in photos or driving by. It certainly is nice but overall a very average place to stay. No beach either. Rooms are very large though which is quite nice. Lots of bugs due to location. Overdone F+B experience, average food and beverage for price.

Terrible Staff. Hotel isn't close to anything.

The hotel facilities were good. However, terrible staff and customer service. Called for Room Service and they brought down a wine which i did not order; tried to make me take it even though i don't drink wine! When checking out they charged me for 2 burgers even though i only had one and they had previously stuffed up the order! Came banging on the door to deliver room service on the second day; even I did not order any, got woken up so was not very pleased!!

On the third day, we only had the one toilet roll which ran out. Called the reception to bring us another one but they never came so I had to physically go ask for it myself. Not happy with the service from this hotel. Also, the hotel is very secluded and not close to any shops or food places. Not Recommended!

Was hesitant at first to book this hotel as the chairs and headboards of the beds looked weird in the photos. Checked out the hotel while on the island on was really impressed and ended up staying there. The theme was really well done and the rooms were very large and comfortable. The service was perfect. The receptionist \"Pond\" was very knowledgable, informative, and progressional. Every detail seemed to be taken care off.

Nice to relax hotel

Location was quite far away from the full moon party, we need to go up and down the hill reaching the hotel approximately about 25minutes from the pier we landed. Staffs were polite. We booked the hotel to the fullmoon party and they say we r given a ticket each for the taxi but lots of confusion when they say we can refund their taxi service if we couldnt find it after the party ends, but end up! i have to find another taxi back to the hotel paying another 500baht,so if u guys wanna stay in this hotel u have to triple and double seek for assistance and confirmation about their taxi service to the fullmoon party before making any unecessary confusion with their staffs.

The location was perfect. It is right on the gulf of Thailand, and in close proximity to restaurants. The staff were so friendly, a nice wai everytime we saw them. And the rooms were perfect too. I would reccomend everyone to stay here.

Staff were lovely, hotel room was spacious and beautifully decorated and pool area was nice too. Hotel arranges pick up and drop off to the full moon party, about a 20 minute ride. Don't bother trying to stay as close as possible to the full moon beach. Easy to get transport everywhere and the island isn't too big :)

My wife and I were in Koh Panghan for the full moon party. The ground staff at this resort is fairly untrained. They did not have the capability to provide basic concierge service like helping book a scooter (which you need to move around the island), or book a boat to go to the next island. They have zero contacts with service providers so you are stuck with doing everything yourself. Infact they did not even bother to inform us at the time of our check-in that getting boat bookings will be difficult when we check-out (the day after the full moon party) so we were left scrambling in the end trying to figure out how to leave the island. had they informed us when we checked in we would have had ample time to make necessary arrangements. the road to the resort is also very muddy and non-paved so you absolutely need a scooter to move around, but they dont have any scooter rentals on property so you have to take a hike far away to find a rental company.

Summer Luxury Hotel is a gem of a find - excellent

Excellent hotel in quiet area. Upon arrival the road leading to the hotel is rather bumpy but that is the outback feel of the whole island. You would imagine there is nothing there, no lights and dirt track for a road.

Arrived at Summer Luxury and what a surprise. A gem in the wild!! The suite we had wad fab and cleanliness was second to none.

Staff were so attentive and would go out of their way to help.

Food is good but same menu for lunch and dinner, that is the only thing I would change a different lunch / snack menu.

The hotel is brand new, very nice designed, nice staff, great spa very profetional. The breakfast did not hav enough veriety and the location is ok. We had to rent a bike to get around the island. The only problem was when it rained the road to the hotel (rocks and sand) became a rover due to the rain and we couldnt get through the hotel vehicle had to take us out to the main road since the water was 1 meter deep.

Am I in Thailand,or Mexico?

The hotel is great, very new and spacious. The staff is fantastic.
However,if you're looking for a true Thailand experience, you won't find it here. For example, the restaurant only has western food, no Thai food! One of the reasons I went to Thailand was for the food.
This resort is great for westerners that want to visit Thailand, but not leave western culture.

Das Zimmer war super sauber. Die Armaturen im Bad waren allerdings sehr ind die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche spritzt in alle Richtungen und der Abfluss läuft nicht gut ab. Dies wurde gemeldet und es kam die Antwort dass es in ein Paar Minuten abläuft

Schöner Ausblick vom Strand. Und guter Poolbereich + Bar.

Der Weg zum Hotel ist etwas ruckelig, aber zu Fuß zur Straße, oder mit Roller oder Auto definitiv machbar. Shuttle zur Fähre war bei An-/Abreise jedes Mal unproblematisch.

Tolles Hotel mit reichlich Platz in den Zimmern. Schöne Lage und klasse Außenbereich. Personal größtenteils freundlich und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.
Frühstück a la Card, etwas schade, aber dafür sehr lecker und hochwertig.
Weg zum Hotel sehr interessant, da am Mangrovenwald entlangführend.
Verbesserung: Türen besser abdichten und über Schlüsselkarten nachdenken, da einige Geckos nachts zu Besuch waren und der Schlüssel nur sehr schwer und unpraktisch aus Schloß gezogen werden konnte.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut und das Personal ist auch sehr nett aber es gibt nur einen Weg zum Resort, welcher unserer Meinung nach eine totale Katastrophe ist, ein durchlöcherter Lehm boden teilweise mit riesen Pfützenbildung. Links und rechts sind flüsse und die Heimat für Warane. Wir haben innerhalb von 24 h 4 Warane auf dem weg von und zum Hotel gesehen, was an sich nicht so schlimm ist aber aufgrund der löchrigen Unterboden kann man sich schwer mit dem Roller fortbewegen.

Das Trinkwasser welches sie anbieten ist eine Hoteleigene Marke und ist schrecklich! Wir hatten beide Magenschmerzen.

Schönes und zentrales Hotel. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist allerdings ein Witz für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.
Es können Kajaks kostenfrei genutzt werden und der Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön dort.
Da es ein Familienhotel ist, kann es am Pool schon mal laut werden.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Dårlige omgivelser

Selve hotellet fejler intet. Fin pool og meget store værelser. Rent og pænt inde på hotelområdet. Men når man kalder sig et strandhotel, skal der også være en reel strand. Det var der ikke, og man skulle forcere kystsikring, for at komme ud i vandet, som bestemt heller ikke høre til det bedste i Thailand. Langs hotellet ligger en mindre mangroveskov, som var fyldt op med plastikaffald. En 400 meter lang og kun delvist oplyst grusvej fra hotellet fører op til hovedvejen. Vejen var særdeles hullet og fyldt med kæmpe vandpytter, der gjorde det næsten umuligt at gå på den. Morgenmaden, som var inkluderet i prisen, skulle bestilles ud fra et menukort. Det var lidt svært at forstå, og noget som vi kun har oplevet på dette ene hotel i Thailand. Alt i alt lidt skuffende, men hotellet kunne med en lille indsats rette op på noget af det.

Bon petit déjeuner de qualité mais pas toujours identique tous les jours même si vous commander la même chose. C'est un détail.
Les toilettes étaient bouchées le personnel à été réactif.
Le ménage n'a pas été fait durant les 6 jours, juste le lit. Sol sale!!!
Belle et tres grande piscine très agréable et bien entretenue
La route, que dus je le chemin boueux lorsqu'il pleut n'est pas agréable, pour rejoindre l'hotel.
C'est à mon avis l'urgence même à pied ou en scooter on manque de se casser la figure durant les 300 mètres boueux vraiment dommage

Très bel hôtel, pas vraiment de plage mais nous n’étions pas la pour cela, le seul hic est le chemin entre la rue principale et l’hôtel qui est en terre avec plein de trou et plein d’eau donc pas facile à marcher voir impossible sans salir nos soulier et en scooter pas évident et en taxi on a l’air à des pop-corn dans la boîte arrière, sinon je le recommande

Zimmer, Pool, Restaurant, SPA sind etwas teurer als in der Umgebung aber Top. Leider keine eigene Strandanlage im Hotel wegen steigendem Wasserspiegel und notwendigen Schutz. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Resort ist schon Grenzwertig (nicht gepflastert) wenn man zu Fuss raus will etwa 500m welche ganz schön schlammig bleibt nach Regentage.

Un des rares hôtels réellement de luxe à Koh Phangan. Le personnel est aux petits soins, la piscine agréable et le restaurant succulent.
Les chambres (plus grandes que la plupart des appartements à Paris) sont très confortables, les lits particulièrement.
Vous pourrez aussi profiter de la plage tout à côté et de la vie paisible sur l’île.

Excelente hotel! Ótima localização, bom restaurante e café da manhã! O quarto é bem novo e amplo. A infraestrutura do hotel e o staff também são pontos positivos. Os únicos pontos não positivos são a praia em que o hotel está localizado, pois não é tão segura para banho, e a distância do comércio local, sendo necessário solicitar transporte para ir a qualquer lugar da ilha.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und man hat immer einen Platz bekommen, egal zu welcher Zeit man gekommen ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war immer aufmerksam.

Gutes hotel. Aber halt nach thailändischer handwerkskunst gebaut. Klimagerät ist falsch plaziert, dadurch eigentlich schlechte wirkung von klimagerät. Service vom personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkomment. Essen sehr gut, aber teuer. Wurde leider zum flaschen pier gebracht bei der teueren abreise, musste mit dem gepäck dann laufen. Gehört sich nicht für 5 sterne.

Einfach nur Toll ☀️

Dieses wunderschöne Hotel ist unmittelbar am Meer gelegen , was sich an einem sehr schönen ruhigem Ort befindet (was ich bevorzuge). Koh Phangan ist wunderschön, ruhig,zum erholen geeignet. Da ist dieses Hotel die Kirsche 🍒 auf dem Sahnehäubchen. Ich bereue es nur 1 Woche da gewesen zu sein . Nun bin ich in Phuket,( wer es laut und hektisch mag) nichts für mich. Nochmals danke 🙏 für diesen tollen Aufenthalt, werde es nicht vergessen und in Zukunft mit Sicherheit darauf zurückgreifen. Eine super 👍 Erholung. Danke. Ist hervorragend für Paare , aber auch für Menschen die allein reisen bestens geeignet. Liebe grüße Pascal
