The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is nice and updated. The breakfast, which is included, has a nice buffet and menu. The location is great - especially if you’re going to a full moon party. There’s also a nice gym connected to the hotel. The facilities are being updated, so there’s construction and it’s family friendly, so be ready for kids in the pool. All in all, we had a nice time.

The hotel is located right on Haad Rin Beach, making it an excellent choice if you want to be part of the Full Moon Party. It is undoubtedly the best hotel on this beautiful beach.

We stayed in a recently renovated building, where everything was new and well-maintained. However, we found the room layout less than ideal. The entrance features a large glass door, and unless the curtains are fully closed, people walking in the corridor can see directly into the room—including the bed, which is positioned right in front of the door.

The pool is fantastic and inviting, providing a refreshing break from the beach, which is just two meters away. The hotel’s restaurant is also a highlight, offering delicious food at reasonable prices, with a breathtaking beachfront setting.

The staff is polite and responsive, though the level of service lacks the pampering touch we have come to expect in Thailand.

I was really surprised when we got there that it was rated a 4-star resort. The standard rooms are very spacious but they need remodeled badly as there is a musty smell. The staff was wonderful and showed us 4 different room possibilities because of the smell. We switched to a less musty smelling room but it was still not great so they showed us more and ultimately upgraded us to a Villa. The villas were 4-star rooms and newer. The facility was clean it was just old and needs redone. I can’t emphasize enough how great the staff was. They were doing their best with the facilities they had and provided great customer service

I cancelled my booking shortly after I booked as my friend had booked alternative accommodation for us and I did not realise. This was within the ‘no charge agreement’. We were both on the same booking (2 rooms), but turns out I needed to cancel the rooms separately - even though I booked on the same booking. This is not clear. Therefore I lost $500AUD. I pleaded my case to the booking agency and they took it to the hotel - they refused to look into or consider my case. Very disappointing.

The hotel is located on the full moon party beach. The bed sheets wasn't changed although we ask them to change them. Irene in the reception was the best- she knows everything and is kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very noisy and reminds more of a hostel. The breakfast was good but they do not refill it towards the end so you need to go there early. The hotel gave us a free dinner for free at the night of the full moon party- it was great.

We did not have the chance to be on dates of full/half moon parties but the location was ideal. The food setup they have at night is super nice and the staff are helpful. I had a villa for 2 days only draw back was the sound of bikes in the background. Regards to OWE this guy is awesome find him out and meet him if you went to this hotel.

This resort is really amazing. Our room aircon was not cold so the staff says that they will send a mechanic to check on the aircon. After we are back from our late lunch we were told that the aircon is down and they need a day to check and they can only change our room from superior room to pool side room. The service is good. The only thing they have to improve on is the wifi connection. Some of our phones were not able to connect to their wifi. But afterall we had a good time there. Will definitely come back and stay again.

There were several disappointing things about this place and here they are:
The hotel sold us a ticket to a party that didnt sell any alcohol. We got back to the hotel and complained, we were told they were going to give us the money back when they spoke to the party organisers.
Then they kept finding excuses not to give us the money back which never happened in the end...
They said the “mafia” controlled the party and they couldnt do anything about it...
Very disappointed with the breakfast which was poor in variety and quality.
The pool was full of chlorine and the room service was very average...
There was lack of water on our room for a whole day which they only apologised for but did nothing else in return to make amends...
The room smelled and we had to air it when we first got there.
The shower head holder was broken and everytime you opened it further for more pressure the shower head would fall.
The tap was also broken and hard to make it stop leaking water- annoying noise when sleeping.
The hotel was right on the beach which was awesome although they had no taps or places to clean your sandy feet before walking back into your room, you guessed right sand everywhere in the room...

Really expected a lot more from a place that call themselves a “resort”... they are very far from being a resort unfortunately.
I wont be staying there again!!

This must be one of the most overpriced hotel in the area. Food expensive, drinks expensive, food average. The room warn out and the smell of sewage in room and area near reception makes this not even near worth paying the price they charge. The staff seem fed up and doesn't bother at all, some exeptions are to be found. This is the result of a hotel that unfortunately has been used to people paying overprice for way too long and has no pride in what they do.

The hotels.com reservation said we are 3 people in the room. We called twice to verify that the room is for 3 people.
But when we arrived to the hotel, they said that they dont have a room for 3 people and we need to add 1200 baht to add a bed. When we started arguing they said they actually dont even have a bed for us, but just a mattress they can put on the floor.

To sum up, the hotel is okish, but the hotel couldnt provide the order and didnt tried to make up excuses and blame it on us.

I did a lot of research on where to stay for the Full Moon Party. After many days of researching, I decided on Phangan Bayshore Resort. It truly was an excellent decision and defined the experience! I urge anyone looking to have a blast at the Full Moon Party on Haad Rin Beach in Koh Phangan, to stay here! The hotel is very weak kept. The rooms are very cozy and cabana-like. The pool is really excellent with a beautiful view of the beach. The night before the party, the hotel offers a real nice free dinner party! The atmosphere is so lively and fun. The resort is literally on the beach. You can buy the \"buckets\" here and walk 10 seconds onto the beach and enjoy the fun. It's definitely better to consider staying here than a hostel our somewhere farther to walk to. Because this hotel is at the very epicenter of the party, when you are tired, just walk less than 5 min to your room and rest. It isn't noisy at all. After the party Haad Rin Beach transforms into a serene and peaceful place.

What is wrong is restaurant. Breakfast was included in the deal. First day was modest buffet breakfast second day were only toasts with jam when I asked they said I can order, breakfast, third day before we left they didn't give my husband juice, no coffee or tea. We had to pay foe 2 drinks from the room fridge we never drank. When I complained they said I have to pay it anyway. I am travelling a lot but it never ever happened to us in any country. That's why I would never return to this hotel even it was perfect otherwise.

everything was great, location, clean, great staff, ... The only minor bad thing is the very loud techno music in the afternoon at the pool. The music was so loud we had to leave the place because we wanted to discuss and relax. Other than that, this hotel is only good.

Superior room was very spacious and looking great though after our first night we were asked to be changed rooms because there were hundreds of ants. We ended our 3 week long Thailand trip at the Bayshore resort, and it was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Very pretty hotel with a helpful staff, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, and most importantly, it's right on the Haad Rin beach, which is beautiful!

The only improvements, in my opinion, would be faster WiFi (it was crawling the whole time) and better mattresses (they were a bit hard).

Other than that, it was the perfect place to end my favorite vacation yet. I'd definitely recommend it!

When we arrived the staff greeted us and carried out bags to our room. The staff were always polite and there whenever you needed something. The rooms was spotless, the beds are so comfy! The pool is a decent size and does the job of cooling you off, they always have a pool ball which gives you a bit of entertainment if you are looking for something to do while in the pool. The food is the restaurant was really nice and it's a perfect spot to have a few drinks at night on the beach.

Great location, right on the pristine haad rin

Came early to enjoy the Full Moon party and expected a mess but was pleased with the hotel. Great pool area, but I didn't use it. The Breakfast was Phenomenal. Fantastic buffet, best I had in Asia and it overlooked the beach. Get there early and you have the best table. They say breakfast closes at 9 but it routinely went on until 10AM!

The rooms were huge and had balcony's but were dated. Beds were huge but not soft. The shower was decent but not great.

Again, given the location, the quality of food, the staff and the amazing ability to access the pristine beach, walking to all of the bars, restaurants, massages, etc. It didn't get much better than this place. I would say it was expensive for the accommodations compared to some other places but value for the money was right on.

Hotel itself, facilities and location for the full moon party were great, but we happened to stay near the reception and the amount of noise on random nights from people was unbearable, and their excuse was they were selling tickets to the jungle party, so it wasn't even hotel guests coming in at this ridiculous hour and making outrages amount of noise, it was hundreds of others with no respect for anyone that may have been trying to sleep.

The reception guy , fuller one, is all the time picking his ear and nose. Very groossseee! He never stopped. He was not very nice and not helpful. The young girl knew nothing and had to ask all the time, for everyyythhhiiinnnggg!!! Not efficient!

Loved the beach seating in the restaurant. Very relaxing.

Breakfast buffe was good but they never covered the food so there are flies all the time..

The hotel is ok in place, has shops around but nothing special.

Tip: don't go to Big C , it's very little and really not worth the hour travel.

Probably the best place to stay on Hat Rin Nok

We stayed here for 4 nights while on our honeymoon. Fantastic pool area, great service, reasonably quiet location, and a good breakfast buffet. Not everything in our room worked perfectly (the door to the balcony had to be repaired when we first arrived so it would open and the toilet required multiple flushes) but nothing really impacted us negatively. The beds were ok - we've encountered better and worse. Everything you could want is a few yards away from the hotel, be it the beach, shops, food, or drinks. Overall it was a very good deal for the money. I strongly recommend it.

Great location, not so great service

The location of the hotel is ideal. We stayed in a bungalow, obviously one of the unrenovated ones. The bed was hard as a rock, but the porch on the front of the bungalow was great. A little expensive for how basic it is. The boys that work in the restaurant have horrible service. Most of the time you have to shout to get their attention as they are looking at eachother's phones in a hurdle somewhere far away. They stand in front of your table from the time they give you your menu until the time you order and then once they give you your food you won't see them again. The language barrier is especially difficult in this restaurant. The boys know little to no english so prepare to have your dish improperly prepared if you have made any adjustments to it. Housekeeping leaves you 2 water bottles everyday which is great, and there is a free shuttle from the pier which is fantastic. The booking staff for boats and stuff are very helpful but I found the front desk staff very rude.

The service was great, the pool area was great and the location with close proximity to the beach was ideal. However, our room was tired, everything was scratched, broken or looked/felt dirty. The curtains were covered in UV paint, the chair was falling apart and there was a bed side table missing. It certainly was not welcoming, felt unloved and therefore didn't provide the comfortable stay we wanted. Its a shame because it certainly has a lot of potential.

Hostel agtig hotel, hvilket jeg slet ikke var på udkig efter. Beliggenhed er ganske fin, til en lækker strand. Men nøj hvor var værelset bare under al kritik. Gammelt og lugtede! Klam badeværelse. Der var ikke nok vandtryk i bruseren.
Sengen var hård. Plettet sengetøj! Håndklæder hvor jeg måtte tænke mig om en ekstra gang, om jeg ville tørre mig i dem. Heldigvis havde vi kun to overnatninger og hurtigt videre.
Sand and Tan caféen var lækker. Jeg ved ikke, om det er en del af hotellet, men billeder på hotels kan være misvisende, at man tror hotellets indretning er lækkert på den måde.

풀문파티를 즐기기 위해 떠난 곳,
조기 할인 받아서 가성비 좋게 이용할 수 잇었습니다.
파티하는 날 뜻하지 않게 디너도 무료로 먹을 수 있었고,
파티장 바로 앞이라 화장실 이용도 편했고!
다만 좀 시끄러운 부분은 있었지만 잘 선택했습니다.

Sol, bad och lite dykning

Man kan inte se att hotellet är 30 år. Välskött och rent.
Bra mat och om man vill prova annat än hotellets finns det många enkla matställen precis utanför hotellets område.
Bra läge direkt på stranden.
Hjälpsam och trevlig personal.
Ett extra plus för gymmet med fräscha löpband för oss som inte vill konkurrera med bilar och scootrar.

Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden

Hotel liegt direkt am Strand was toll ist allerdings sind die Zimmer vorallem das Bad sehr schmutzig. Frühstück ist okay, man findet immer etwas. Da wir u.a. über die fullmoonparty in dem Hotel waren gab es an der Party ein kostenloses Buffet was gut war und eine nette Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels. Ebenso kommen keine fremden zur Party ins Hotel es wird strickt drauf geachtet, was auch sehr gut war.
Die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Strand ist auch wirklich sehr schön.
Wir haben für den Preis (450 Euro/6 Nächte) mehr erwartet.

次も泊まりたいホテル

ハードリンのサンライズ側にあるホテル。立地は最高。ヴィラタイプの部屋に宿泊。ヴィラはビーチから一番遠い方にあり、静かな雰囲気。従業員はとてもフレンドリーで素晴らしい。無料で使えるジムにはトレーナーさんもいて色々押してくれて良かった。エアコンの調節が若干むずかしかった。それ以外は清潔感もありまったく不満なし。また行く機会があったらここにすると思う。
