The room was great, clean and nice! My only complaint was that you could hear the neighbors running around above you until 10:30pm, hear a neighbor talking until 11:30pm, and another neighbor taking a shower at 3:30am.

Good location

This was our first time staying at this Fairfield location. Good location, easy access to local restaurants and stores. Our room was great, breakfast doesn't offer gluten free other than yogurt. Easy check-in and check out. Gym was great for being small 2 treadmills an elliptical and weights. Will definitely stay again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they came in and changed out the towels. I hung them up like the sign said and when I retuned they had been changed out with fresh towels. Not a deal breaker by any means but it would be great if they stood by their eco-friendly policy stated on the hang tag in the bathroom.

No Hot Tub

The web page specifically stated there was a hot tub in the pool area. The pool was indeed available and all was clean and fairly warm. But the hot tub had been removed during the latest renovation according to staff at the hotel, so there was none there. I really needed the hot tub after a 11 hour drive. I was not happy, but did not complain, because I'm sure the desk clerk did not have anything to do with the missing hot tub.

Staff was very unfriendly, the front desk attendant was the worst. Checking in the front desk girl was to busy on her ipad, and annoyed that i asked 2 questions. Front loby was unkept and i made the mistake of using the washroom there, it was dirty and had overflowing garbages and smelled horrible. At check out the next morning the same girl at the front deskwas angry that i wanted to return my room key, her only response was to snap her fingers and point to the desk......she wouldn't even speak to us.
Felt like we ruined her day by being there.....

Not perfect.

Disappointing to have the pool closed and no mention of it through any communication up to, and including, check in.
We were also given one bed and a pull out couch rather than the two king beds we had reserved. When we asked after finding our room, I was led to feel as if it would be a problem to find the room we had reserved and used the less than comfortable pull out since it was only one night.

I was charged with at park without asking me if I have a car to park. I was picked up infront of the hotel. I didn’t have the chance to check my invoice before I got home. More over, I was checked in 0145ish, but I was still on the plane. I checked in later after 0800. Furthermore, the AC is full of dust. Not cleaned regularly. I had allergy reaction so I have to turn off the AC which helped.

Stayed at this property before and had no issues. However, this time we had some disappointed moments.

positives: Rooms are priced properly, clean/updated hallways/rooms.

Negatives: TV's -(you only get 1 channel) when asking about it staff seemed annoyed to reset the box (and it didn't work if they tried). So imagine only able to watch \"sponge bob\" for 2 days (NOT COOL).
Continental breakfast - Its a normal lame breakfast. However. The person overseeing the breakfast is a little much. She hovers over you as you get your food, inquiring over every item you put on your plate, and then watches you as you eat. This happened both mornings. I let it go the first day but 2 days straight of this again is a little much. I understand only 5 rooms were occupied each night but seriously.
- If you are above the kitchen/seating area you will be up around 4am guaranteed, to the sound of banging and staff conversations. walls are very thin.
Room Service- I honestly don't think they have anyone for RS as our room never got serviced.
Parking lot- guests will definitely get a flat tire someday if you don't fix it.
