Very clean, pleasant staff. The breakfast food was typical for a Hampton however was always available a little early and well supplied. The lobby coffee and hot water was not kept hot in the afternoon and evening but lukewarm at best. Proce was reasonable. Will stay again when in the area without hestitation.

This was the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable! We used the gym and although small, it had everything we needed to get in a good workout. The included breakfast had more options than expected and the dining area was so clean. The staff were all amazing, from check in to check out. If you are a light sleeper, the location is next to the highway so there is some noise but it was to be expected. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Room was clean and staff was nice but it appears we may have a problem from our one night stay. We arrived Feb. 7th and checked out Feb. 8th. but the next day which would be Feb. 9th I noticed an itchy red welt on my arm, then my grandaughter text me and asked if either me or my husband had red itchy welts on our body as she had several on her. I had one that I know of my husband said he didn't have any. We didn't have these prior to our stay, so there is a chance it was bed bugs. I think we stayed in room 317 on the third floor so they may want to check. I'm hoping we didn't bring anything home with us but we are trying to take precations. I thought they should know.

Staff were kind, breakfast was great. My car battery wouldn’t start so with my cables a staff member jumped my car very kindly.

The room’s tub had a problem with the lever you lift with the tub spout to redirect the water to the showerhead. As a result water pressure was less than 1/2 of usual water pressure- but again the staff was kind and thanked me, and I saw genuine “I could have helped” evergy when she said, wow, think of all the people who showered with jt like that and never said anything. Thank you so much for actually telling us!” I would rate staff responsiveness great.

However, I would recommend getting a room as far away from or better, the opposite side of the building from the highway if possible to avoid the loud street noise from passing long-haul trucks that whip right past on the interstate. It was loud enough I had to put towels over the window’s drapes to try to dull it some.

I was looking forward to the indoor pool but it wasn’t even big enough for any exercise, just the kind kids to go for a minute before bed.

The hotel is remodeling and for some reason they gave us a room where the thermostat was pulled off the wall, and there was no way to regulate the air and it was at least 90° in our room and we had to switch rooms at 2 o’clock in the morning because we were dying

Terrible

One of the worst stays I’ve had in a while. The guy who checked us in was nice, but that was the high point. First, the whole place smells like carpet cleaning powder. Second, the hotel is very close to the interstate. If your room is on the east side of the hotel, the noise from semis is very bad. Every 15-30 seconds all night long, a semi went by that literally shook the room. It felt like a small earthquake. We barely slept. The room came with earplugs next to each bed, and I should have taken that red flag more seriously. We asked to switch rooms for the second night, but the morning shift room and cleaning manager was obviously annoyed we even asked. She couldn’t accommodate our request, which I get, but she was a jerk about it. So, we checked out when we were done with our business for the day and got a room elsewhere. Of course, this was a non-refundable room, so I took a bath on this. The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. We all have options when we travel. I’ll never stay at another Hampton Inn. I’d sleep in my car if my only option is a Hampton Inn.

I-75 too close

The room is clean. The bathroom looks tired and there is mold in the bathtub/shower. The road noise from I-75 is unbearable. We had a white noise machine that sounds like a jet engine that could not drown it out.

Oh muffins!

I booked the hotel with buffet breakfast because everywhere I traveled, they always had blueberry muffins. This one had blueberry muffins but touching banana nut and I am deathly allergic to bananas. So i was pretty bumbed knowing they were touching. My suggestion is to maybe separate them by little cardboard splitters or something and also naming them. I almost took one not knowing. The lady said she touches each flavor with a different glove but I watched her and she didnt. The next morning I went to see if maybe she heard my concern about not being able to have it and that i reallly wanted a blueberry muffin and i got told “well i can make you a bagel” i appreciate the offer but no. Everything else was great!!

We could hear the highway very loudly. The exhaust in the bathroom didn’t work. We reported this to the desk the second night because my son found that the double pane window wasn’t all the way up. Someone come up and looked at it and said we could transfer rooms or they could have someone fix it tomorrow. We choose to have it fixed the next day. When we got back late we found neither was fixed and no one said anything to us. When we checked out the next morning and stated both items they said that they couldn’t fix the window and the exhaust fan was broken.

Wasn’t allowed to check in to the room I’d already paid for in full as a Hilton Honors member because the Night Auditor assumed my lovely older female cousin was a prostitute!!!!!! Lots of traffic noise all night long. Facility is run down and all employees are pretty casual and do not present professional as you would expect from a Hampton Inn. We worried about bikes on the back of our vehicle due to the area and lack of lighting in the parking lot so so brought them in our room. Fortunately we were on the ground floor. We went for breakfast 1 1/2 hours before it was scheduled to end and most of the food was gone except for some muffins. We asked if they would refill and they refilled the waffle mix and potatoes but not much else. Not to the standards of what I would expect from a Hampton Inn.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Area around the hotel is bit depressed ( closed hotel and restaurant adjacent to the hotel).

Check everything 1st

Everyone I talked to was very nice. The room seemed clean. I woke up in the morning and noticed a brown stain on the blanket I’m pretty sure it was fecal matter. The bed was extremely squeaky. The air conditioner/heater was very loud. If it wasn’t for those things it would have been decent.

No breakfast

We specifically booked a hotel that offered breakfast and because of the holidays at check in told us it’s not available. No other restaurants were open Christmas Day. Upset we spent the extra money for nothing.

King bed was so comfortable

Very nice for the price also all the bells and whistles. The pool was heated. There’s a gym and breakfast in the morning although the breakfast sausage and egg omelet potatoes were lukewarm if even that.

Room was against I-75 and VERY noisy all night.

Bathroom smelled of sewer gas.

Coffee was gone by 9:45am and the staff was in the dining room eating.

Overnight Stay visiting Family

Our Stay here was nice. We tried to check in early as we were going an hour away to see family in rural although we were told our room was ready in order to check in before 3pm, it was an extra $75. So we didn't get back to our room that night until 9pm, first time keys didn't work but they quickly fixed that issue. The water pressure in our shower was good, but the water did not drain very fast, so it caused you to stand in 2 - 4\" of water while taking your shower. We did not complain, we were tired, and it was a long day, so we were happy to have a room to rest in and sleep. The hotel is on a great location, over-all clean and comfortable. we did not eat the breakfast. Staff was polite. Bed was comfy. Over-all was ok

Clogged drain

Bedding was excellent. Had a good night's sleep. Only reason for Average rating is the shower drain was clogging. Nothing worse than standing in soapy water while showering It happens bur I would definitely stay there again.

Needs updated badly

Hotel room was pretty spacious but not very clean. Conditioner bottle looked like it was ripped out of the shower. Stains on bedding and desk chair. Hallways smelled like mildew. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price that it was, but the workers are very nice and the service was great! Hotel just needs a completely new update and better cleanliness.

I liked that it was clean and ok breakfast. I didn't like that coffee was cold or there wasn't any at times. My room was facing the highway, so it was extremely noisy.

Noisy from the highway

Felt strongly that the hotel changes the setting of the air conditioner in the rooms to get hotter while we are sleeping. The thermostat in the room was clearly not accurate. It also should have been a first clue that the highway beside the hotel was an issue, as the welcome gift in our room included 2 sets of ear plugs. I have never had a hotel room be quite so loud before. Other than the noise and the temp being irregular, the hotel was perfectly nice. Comfortable, clean and the breakfast with the waffle makers :)

The perfect spot!

From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out, we were impressed with EVERYTHING. The rooms were clean. The hallways were as well. Beds were comfortable and the full size pillows were a plus. The ladies who took care of the continental breakfast were so nice and kind. Plenty of choices to choose from. We thought the road noise would be an issue, but we NEVER heard it. My son enjoyed swimming! The pool area was clean and perfect! I would recommend this hotel 1000 times to anyone traveling the area! Thank you for the most wonderful 2 nights! We will be back!

The pillows are awful! They don't keep their shape or support the head & neck properly. I kept having to add another one. UGH!

I went there for extra rest. I heard people talking, noise from the pool, pipes would suddenly roar occasionally, various sounds I couldn't explain unless it came from the heater.

Everything else was great! Breakfast excellent, room large enough for my wheelchair, all was in good condition/repair. Staff was great, but would not book again because of noise & pillows.

Reasonable price for a no frills room.

The hotel was conveniently located for our needs. Small room with no special amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were in large mounted bottles. No information on the area in the room and no pen or paper. Definitely a no frills room. The breakfast was included and good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room smelled a bit like sewage but overall tolerable. The price was very reasonable and you get was you pay for.

Road noise

Our room was less than 100 feet from I75. The road noise was rediculouse. The room actually vibrated from trucks going by. Worse hotel experience of my life... Got about 3 hrs sleep.
