For the price of the room, the mattress was quite uncomfortable and our heating system was switching on and off every 3 minutes or so throughout the night. Informed the front desk in the morning, and they did not do anything about it to make it right. Definitely not the stay we expected for the price paid

Amenities were great, staff were super friendly and having 2 pools/hot tubs made it a great place to stay with the family. If booking the family room, be aware that the bedroom only has a window that faces into the hallway/by a main elevator. Other than that it was a great stay!

My only issue is that i stayed by the pool area and my room faced the pool. It was all you had left which i understand but it was loud. My door was across from rental rooms and lots of workers talking early am passing by my room or hanging by the elevator talking. Than the Pool: kids banging the gate to get in and out lots of screaming and yelling from young children. hard to sleep when that's right outside yoiur door. Would be better if we were forewarned of this. I wouldn't want to stay on this side again.

Stayed in Atrium building with balcony to pool. Voices echo alot into the room.
The adult pool was full of unsupervised children.
Lots of children running throughout the hotel unsupervised screaming
/playing until 10 at night.
The room was good and bed was comfy. Smart tv requires you have a netflix account or prime video account in order to watch. There is basic cable with 39 or channel's.

There were renovations underway and we were not notified. Was a mess to get to our room because elevator was not working. Last time we were there we were given breakfast voucher for being sliver status with Hotels.com. When I asked this time it was stated that there was no option for this because I did not book breakfast. Last time is was available without asking.
We really like staying here but were disappointed this time. Room was well kept but we were not given extra coffee cups during our stay just the initial ones.

The pool was “under construction”, put room was moved to the non balcony side to avoid construction noise so we left. The people were nice and the manger was kind. So were the front desk staff.

We thought we were booked for the Delta at the Calgary airport. Arrived at this hotel- realized error - after travelling for 6 hours- Expedia nor the Delta south hotel would help us out. We were charged for both hotels for two rooms.
We phoned both Expedia and the Delta south hotel and were told too bad.

Showed up 90 minutes after check-in and was greeted by someone at the front desk who basically whispered the entire time. I could barely hear anything she was saying. On top of that, our room wasn't ready, so we sat in the lobby for a half hour until they gave us a different room which was essentially on the main floor next to the elevators so you could hear everyone coming and going.

We also went to the lobby bar for a drink and the service was slow and inattentive. The waiter forgot us for a while after we asked for a final round and our bill so we sat there awkwardly until we could flag him down.

Maybe we were unlucky with the entirety of our experience and this is a great hotel, but I know I'll be booking elsewhere in the future.

Had a great time at this hotel! 2 pools and 2 hot tubs are really unique. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and in good condition. My only complaint was that it was super hot to sleep and the thermostat didn't seem to understand 18.5 degrees is cool, and with no opening windows it was a bit of a problem.

Great location for our weekend away. Unfortunately the front desk staff did not give much information about the hotel, like pool locations and opening times. Had no information about breakfast or times. They did however get my second room inspected right away and available to me. The rooms were clean and comfortable for their size. The AC units didn’t seem to work to well though.

Room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 7pm. Gob of hair in the shower, shower head wouldn’t stay upright, Shampoo and Conditioner were both empty. Gob of hair in the teeny tiny little hot tub, thick layer of disgusting foam on top when jets on. Fridge made high pitched noise, they replaced it but the inside of replacement fridge was dirty. Phone didn’t work, they had to replace battery. All of this was communicated to the hotel. Was told hotel manager would call me to discuss when we checked out at 10am. It’s 4 hours later and no call yet.

The waterslide in the main hotel was great and the pool and hot tub in the atrium were very nice for a relaxed swim. We got the breakfast vouchers, which I highly recommend, to use at the restaurant on site. Staff were very friendly. We plan to come back to the same hotel on our next trip!

I stayed at this wonderful hotel because of my home renovations. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend the property. The staff, Sara and Marsha at breakfast in the restaurant and Sara at the front desk in the morning were exceptional. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very reliable. The room was comfortable and relaxing. I was impressed by the motion light in the washroom and how the tv was on low volume when turned on. The little things made this hotel A #1 in my book. Great stay.

It was not very busy but they put us in a weird room in the middle of the hotel.
No outside windows and smelled musty.
My son was not happy about the lack of black out curtains.
I was not happy about the accessible bathroom which we did not need.
Staff was pleasant but did not enjoy the stay.

Upon arriving the concierge was extremely professional and accommodating.
Traveling with only my daughter, he went out of his way to offer her a treat from the treasure chest.
The service, food and beverage in the Club lounge was 10/10 as well.

I’m still waiting on the outcome of Expedia requesting a refund with the hotel… this hotel was super clean, comfy beds, but DO NOT stay on the atrium side. The noise is excessive and every small noise is amplified by 1000. It was so loud until late at night then began at 6am. The air conditioning in the room was very weak and did nothing to drown out the noise. They really need white noise machines as there’s no other way they can control the noise when it echoes so badly. I could hear every fork and knife being prepped for breakfast and for a wedding. Every voice, pool sounds, everything….! Not a peaceful stay.

Very helpful staff, especially in the Sage & co restaurant. I recommend the granola power bowl if you like a healthy breakfast. Great facilities - could do with a second bench in the gym as we were all sharing one and there’s definitely room for one more. Room was cleaned daily and there were endless supplies of water and toiletries. We stayed here and visited Banff/Jasper. Both were easy enough to get to if you don’t mind the driving.

Not getting what you pay for. So many other options. I have stayed here in the past and was given breakfast coupons. Paid 368 for one night and no breakfast. Small room no table or chairs even tho I booked a suite. Ordered room service and had to sit on the bed to eat. Not great when I had my grandchildren with me.

They were apparently overbooked so I didn’t get the room that I paid for. I was offered free breakfast but no discount. Many issues with guests in swimming pool and staff did nothing to address the problems over 2 days. There was approx 20-25 unsupervised kids acting crazy and jumping off the waterslide and causing disturbances for all other guests using the pool.

The sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and uneven.

They want good rating with a card in the room that says that anything below 10 is like a 0. And with that, the room and everything was nice and clean, the only bad thing was the sofa bed, really uncomfortable and uneven. Sore back the next day.

We paid for breakfast while booking the room as an extra cost, the email with the reservation said “continental breakfast included”. We were 4 people, when we checked in they gave us a coupon with breakfast valid for 2 people at a restaurant with menu, when we asked about it, that we paid for the 4 of us, they said because the reservation was done through Expedia they had no control to change anything! So, no continental breakfast for the 4 guests, we ended up paying again for it.

In definite need of an upgrade. The beds were uncomfortable, woke up sore.

Our AC did not work and it felt like the heat was on instead. When we called the front desk for it to be turned down we were told that the other people in the hotel don’t want to be cold so they couldn’t touch it.
