This hotel enjoys a magical location just outside Tobago's capital, Scarborough, within some six hectares of grounds beside Barcelot Bay. The property is situated on the south coast of the island, and is surrounded by water on three sides.
The city centre, the market, and cultural attractions can all be easily and quickly reached from the hotel. Royals and film stars have been coming to this hotel, with its 55 rooms, since the 1940s.
It is said to be the site where Robinson Crusoe was stranded in 1659. Extensively renovated, the hotel unites tradition with modern appointment.
Facilities on offer include a lounge, a terrace, and a restaurant. All the rooms enjoy breathtaking views over the ocean.
Hotel guests may play tennis, try a work-out in the gym, or enjoy a relaxing massage. The hotel also arranges golfing on the island's many courses (bookable in individual packages).
Friends of nature may take advantage of the guided hiking and bird watching tours in the rain forest, which are organised by the hotel. Snorkelling and diving excursions to the coral reefs as well as high sea fishing expeditions can also be arranged.
A buffet is offered every morning in the restaurant. Later on, guests may dine on the terrace while enjoying views out over the sea.
There is a barbecue on the beach. After dusk it is possible to enjoy cocktails in the lounge or on the terrace, before moving on to dinner in the colonial style villa.
The menu features a combination of international gourmet cuisine with West Indian ingredients and spices.
With a stay at Blue Haven Resort - All-Inclusive in Providenciales (Leeward Settlement), you'll be a 4-minute drive from Providenciales Beaches and 7 minutes from Grace Bay Beach. This all-inclusive property is 2.2 mi (3.6 km) from Long Bay Beach and 0.3 mi (0.4 km) from Princess Alexandra National Park.

This facility is ( it's all subjective, i know! however....i've been around!) without a doubt the new benchmark for a calm and luxurious vacation...intimate facilities ( 47 rooms) our one bedroom suite with balcony had full state of the art kitchen,washer/dryer/ walk in closet etc....the Staff ( every single category) was warm, friendly and a joy to be around!...the Restaurants were world class and with ultra all inclusive package , included so no checks!....i could go on and on ( and i guarantee that some people just love to find fault anywhere) but Blue Haven is without a doubt my new go to island retreat! The room was huge and more than met our family of 4 needs--the pictures on the website didn't do it justice at all. It was cleaned daily in a timely manner which never seems to be the case with many hotels nowadays. It was a lovely resort, the perfect size!

The pictures of the oceanfront view are totally misleading. Our room was not even close to \"as advertised\" though an upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. I believe Expedia switched us from the room I had been preparing to book to a lesser room when they offered the \"stay + flight\" package which meant the price looked great but I didn't realize we weren't getting the room I was trying to book. Food options were limited at BH. We were unaware of the \"sister resort\" (Alexandra) and shuttle situation until we arrived. It was nice to have more options but hourly shuttles and 15 minutes each way were not ideal. Apparently none of the pools in T&C are heated so there was virtually no one in any pool at either resort as the water was too cold. The resort is small and cozy which is nice for an uncrowded and relaxing stay if that's what you seek.

Loved everything about this resort. The room (Suite/balcony pool/ocean view) The Food. The transportation. The Staff. I can’t say enough about this place. Really not one to make a review but this resort deserves it. I stayed a week, no children were here, except the pregnant women. lol. The Pay One, Play at Two is well worth it. Never running out of things to do or out of foods to eat. Different restaurant every night.
If you want a little livelier experience the sister resort at the Alexandria is where the action will be. You have your children playing pool food and everything else to enjoy which a free shuttle is provided to get you to and from each resort free of charge every 30 minutes I believe, but this was truly an experience one I will surely revisit. Before I forget the alcohol drinks you will not have to drink too many because they are strong as heck what I loved. Take plenty of cash because although this is an all inclusive hotel, you will be very tempted to tip every person you encounter because they are truly exceptional.
And although everyone speaks English, which was really a first time for me because I’m usually visiting resorts where I have a hard time translating no problem here and whatever language you speak I’m sure they’ll be able to help you out

Staff was friendly and the public and community areas were will kept. I’m wasn’t in love with my room. The the floor(2nd) and location above the kitchen and exhaust system. In room there was a noise that start the second night sound like it was coming from behind the electrical outlets. Enormous beautiful Jacuzzi tub but didn’t use it due to the the rust and grime in the jets same with dishwasher.

We were originally facing the parking lot and could hear them drilling and working on repairing things that were taken out of rooms.

Amazing room and great food, and the staff were friendly. However, the transportation situation was incredibly frustrating. From the beginning, we were told that both airport transfers were included. A few days before departure, I reconfirmed and was suddenly told that the transfer from the airport to the resort was not included. We paid $130 from airport to the hotel for four people. The front desk person told me on the phone that the only free transportation will be included resort to airport .
Because we believed it was included, the resort even scheduled our return transportation for us. When we arrived at the airport, the driver asked us for $87, which was never communicated or disclosed at any point. I immediately called the front desk, and they simply stated that it wasn’t included despite us being told the opposite earlier.

This is one of my wife and I’s favorite places to stay. It’s conveniently located across from the mangroves where we enjoy kayaking each day! The staff is very courteous and helpful, making it a must see resort!

This all Inclusive Resort was a great place to stay. The customer service was 10/10. The Guest Service Manager Shamika and Makayla and there Team were phenomenal. They went over and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. They check on us to make sure we knew the activity and things to do. I highly recommend this resort. We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful.

Blue Haven resort is the smaller of the two sister resorts and we loved that. Most of staff is very friendly and engaging. The beach area and water sports were exactly what we wanted.

The food selection was good, but the taste was mediocre. After spending time at all inclusive resorts in different countries, TCI is way overpriced for what you get.

This is a small and quiet resort located in a residential area. The staff is helpful and always greets you with a smile. Pedro and the pool bar staff went above and beyond to make sure that our drinks were always full and that we were happy and comfortable. We enjoyed our 5 days there and are already talking about going back.

We loved our stay at Blue Haven and would highly recommend it to anyone considering an all inclusive stay in Turks. It is definitely more quiet and less busy than its sister resort Alexandria. Given this was a trip away from the kids for my wife and I, it was exactly what we were looking for. Breath takingly gorgeous, good service, and excellent food. My only complaint would be the wait for some of the dining options. A suggestion would be to limit how many reservations can be made by Alexandria guests (they may already do this, I'm not sure). We would go back in a heartbeat!

Great experience! The resort was beautiful and the staff was so fun! The entertainment crew made our stay a blast. Ace, Tweety, Shaq, Tishane, and Razzour were amazing! But no service at beach, daytime/lunch service was terrible, and really hard to figure out how to operate on the property. No room service options. Shuttle only operates once per hour, between 10 am and 10 pm, and often gets full enough that it has to leave people behind.

Its a smaller resort so more private which we loved but there were more guests from the sister property The Alexandria at our pool during the day than our own resort so it tended to get more crowded than we had hoped. Food was good but another option would be great.

Great hotel . Lovely food at all of the restaurants and at all times of the day. Quiet and chilled with a family friendly crowd. Many of the facilities are Brand new or in great condition. The room was lovely. Only issue was towels and water requested to the room several times to no avail. Service in the Grill wasn’t the best and everything closes 10:30/ 11ish which was a bit early for us . I would def stay here again though .

Blue Haven is a beautiful all-inclusive resort. It is small and not on the main Grace bay beach but the property is well kept and it feels much more upscale then the sister resort. It is much quieter and relaxing. The people are very friendly and helpful, service was great (although sometimes on the slower side, leave extra time for meals) and the small beach was beautiful. The food was excellent, best I have had at an all-inclusive by far.

Second time in Turks and Caicos and I absolutely loved my stay at blue haven. It’s located in a more secluded area, and the private beach is ideal to avoid the large crowds at Grace bay. Shareka, Dio, Miguel, Yessica and all of the staff made sure I was having a good time and had everything I needed at the resort. The food is good for an all inclusive and I mentioned to the manager that the wine selection could be better. Other than that, I’ll be back any chance I get. The staff were all great. Janet and Natalee were especially fun at the bar.

Quiet, but close enough to nightlife. Nice market on the property. Restaurants on the property are good. Convenient shuttle service to sister property. Staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. However, I did get injured from falling out of a broken chair. Was offered a voucher for a free night’s stay within a year. I don’t think that this was necessarily fair compensation, especially if I don’t plan to return within a year. I attribute this to management, not staff. The staff was wonderful and I highly recommend this resort.

Property was very secluded with one of the beast turquoise beaches in the world. Its not overcrowded and really family friendly. We were there for 5 days with our 6 year son and we have a fantastic time. The food at the Fire & Ice restaurant in the resort is phenomenal. We literally tried it all and every place was delicious. The service is Top notch on a very high level and particularly our server Dio was exclusively attentive and helpful. Him and Nattalee from the pool bar made our stay spectacular and so pleasing. We usually never repeat to go back on a vacation to the the same Country and resort since we like to try new places and locations but Turks and Caicos and The Blue Haven Resort will be an exception. We loved it so much that we can't wait to go back.

Only issue we had was the fish was dry and they didn’t serve it with the sides listed. I told the waiter and they were quick to replace the dish with the salmon entree and it was great with the truffle mashed potatoes. At Salt, everything was great as well! Tip: ask for your pizza to be cooked 1-2 min longer for a crispier crust!

This was a great vacation for our family. The beach, pool, and above all else, the staff that led the games, activities, and special events, made it a great stay. The physical hotel needs upgrading - given the price - and the menus for lunch and dinner need more variety and especially healthy options for kids.
