Room was clean but the AC would make clanking sound. The plugs sometimes wouldn't work. I had to keep forcing the plug. The hotel is a little dated. I wouldn't call this a 4* hotel. They need to upgrade the hotel in general. The location was good.

We had a great time. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Minor con: the breakfast area was understaffed, resulting in tables taking a long time before being cleaned and food refilled.

The Positives: Proximity to Airport and Excellent Staff.
The Negatives: Area not so nice and lacks restaurants or shops, Excessive noise and lack of insulation. Inability to control room temperature (set at a cold 20 C) and AC fan speed (set at a noisy high). Bathroom tub and plastic shower curtain are old fashioned and impractical.

Location was good not too far from the airport and close proximity to food places.

Overall the property was clean and service was great. Would highly recommend it. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Prices was also reasonable. Modern hotel!

This was our first trip to Mumbai.We have enjoyed staying at the mirador hotel. Staff are very respectful and courteous. Mr. Pankaj went the extra mile helping us with our luggage.
The breakfast at House of Asia restaurant was excellent. We love the variety and different options they offered for our breakfast. The service was astonishing!

We had a early morning flight from BANGALORE and hence we reached the property around 9:30. The reception staff were really helpful in getting our rooms arranged within an hour even though our check-in time was at 12. They were courteous and friendly. We were a group of 9 including 2 infants. The rooms got arranged by 10 and we checked in. Their breakfast spread is decent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were good too. They even provided a proper mattress in my room since it was triple occupancy. House keeping staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Have to take name of Azudulla who was always available at a phone call away. He regularly checked if we need additional water bottles or coffee sachets etc. All together it was a great experience.

The service is generally courteous and good. The hotel fell for the two things I asked for - a non-smoking room and a quiet room. The room was changed and even upgraded, but the location was above the dining room. At 1 am they began to clean and drag chairs up to 2 at night. Then at 6 am they began to prepare it. So I did not sleep. My recommendation is not to take a room on the first floor

A great, but short, stay.

Our flight was delayed which meant we didn’t get to the hotel until 04:30, but we were still greeted warmly and shown to our room which was much bigger than we’d expexted, It was actually quite posh for us! Breakfast was a buffet type and was plentiful. We would definitely recommend the Mirador, especially if you want to be close to the airport. It’s a shame we were only there for a few hours, but we hope to return some day.

They don't like Expedia bookings

I was initially given a very poor room, dirty, noisy etc. At check-in the staff said \"its an Expedia booking\" and I was put in the first room on the first floor, looking directly at a wall, close to the elevator and noisy lobby, closest to the traffic noise. All round pretty awful! After complaining I was moved - to the level of room that I had originally booked. It was better but not what I had expected from the pics online. I would avoid this hotel in future.

Expensive hotel with basic facilities

The review is more so with the pricing than the facilities. The overall facilities, food and staff are good however for the price, one can actually get a much better deal. The hotel is located in a crowded area hence getting in and out is always a challenge due to heavy traffic.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for two nights when I first flew to Mumbai for a three week trip. Because we both liked the hotel due to its closeness to the airport and the shuttle service the hotel provides, the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness and setup of the room, and the good food, we chose to reserve another room for three more nights at the end of my trip, prior to my departure for my trip home. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would probably return should I travel to Mumbai again in the future.

house keeping is good, restaurant is what you can expected from so call 3 stars hotels in Mumbai or even India. No disappointment but selection for free breakfast is better than pay dinner buffet. Front desk staff is not very accommodating and forgot to arrange car that I booked earlier the day for airport, especially the lady, seems is deputy manager or so, really not realized she is in hospitality business.

Good stay for short business trip

Reasonable Proximity to both Airport is good. Wi-Fi in the room and Morning Breakfast is Super. Service staff including Vehicle pickup-drop Drivers are amiable and quite good. I liked the fact that Smart TV in the room and Bedsheets were Nice. ONLY shortcoming perhaps is that essentially the Hotel has only 2 wings ( left and right ) if the Hotel is full, you may have a Room ( like in my case on the right hand side wing ) with window overseeing an adjacent Boring dull Building. A Business associate who was on the left side wing had a decent open view window. Rest all Cool. For a short stay, this is a good hotel and I will be back.

This is not a 4 star hotel.

This is not a 4 Star hotel. It was noisy and had no mIn bar. I paid over £200 per night and expected high standard. The view from my room was on looking onto a wall. Room was very small including bathroom space. No mirror in the room and bathroom mirror was at a side angle so couldn't brush or was my face properly.

I have stayed at The Orchid and Hayatt regency for less the £50 but have to say it is 4 Star.

Air condition was not working in my room. Even after trying to cool for 4 hours, room temperature did not settle to expected temperatures. Then had to call hotel desk 4 times, before they got convinced tht there is some problem with ac. Had to shift to another room at 3 am. Worst experience ever.

Comfortable hotel room, with great buffet breakfast. Had dinner at the hotel once, but it was a little pricey, compared to the restaurants around the neighborhood the hotel is located. The hotel was also able to organize an 8-hr private car tour at a very reasonable price (Rs 1800 + tax/tolls/parking). Other than that, there are not much local attractions in the area we stayed at. There is a train station located within walking distance, too.

This was our 4th stay at the Mirador- all the previous ones have been good, but this one I'd rather forget.
The TV was not programmed,and nobody came to rectify the problem in spite of repeated requests; and the same with the fridge which wasn't cooling.
I couldn't get a smile from the lady at reception when checking out!

Probably the best hotel I've stayed at in India.

Though I had the pleasure of staying at Luxury hotels such as the Trident Udaipur and the ITC Grand, I felt that the Mirador was the best stay of my sojourn in the beautiful country of India. The rooms were modern and quite close to a boutique hotel. The service was impeccable as they allowed me to have a late check-out 4 hours after my initial check-out time. And, unlike the ITC and Trident, they actually allowed me to bring up my own bag, as I was backpacking it through.

Had a long wait at the airport for the pick-up. Walked a few times past the Hotel board sign, but could see anyone with Hotel badge. After more than 45 minutes, located the driver.
Only a short drive to the Hotel.
Had to pay extra for a roll away bed, even though the room was booked and paid for 3 adults?
Reception staff not very welcoming, no smiles at all, but looked grumpy.

Hotal don't have permenent Gym - Measleading

The Hotel was good, the Room cleaning staff was excellent, Breakfast have good options and quality.
But the management staff was little goofy, We have booked this hotel mainly for the Gym and to our surprise they have bundled the gym one morning for letting the space used by some conference and they didn't set-up gym again for next 3 days.

Manager and relegated staff was very irresponsible regarding this gym hiding act.

i booked with my wife and informed them on phone one day earlier that i will arrive by 6 am.they agreed, when i arrived at hotel they told us no room available i insisted to give me room after almost 45 min they gave me room without breakfast staffs are not friendly at all.when i told them that i will write review they said its upto you. i DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL HIGHLY PRICED.

Reception was terribly slow,took long time to check in even though I was the only guest,also he had no idea on the train services or distance to the central train station,no conceige to direct guest,nobody to even bring in the bags.The room was clean but pillows were very uncomfortable and no alternative choices available.the next day morning reception took a long time to organize a cab to the central station.overall bad experience and would never again stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel near the airport!

What a gracious and welcoming hotel! The breakfast is delicious, with so many choices, and the transport to the airport is a very welcome plus. Everyone at the Mirador is so friendly and warm - it is just a pleasure to be there, and I really look forward to my next stay.
