I had to extend my stay by two days due to flight cancellations caused by the Iran War. I mistakenly hit the extend button three times for the same reservation. It was clear to all that a single person would not make three reservations for the same days.
Anyway, the hotel refused to refund the mistaken and duplicated reservations.
Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel, which clearly does not value its customers. I will never stay there again or at any hotel owned or operated by this conglomerate.

Nice hotel, terrible staff and service. I checked in and asked if they were able to offee complimentary breakfast for one night. The staffs tone in his response was rude. I booked a delux pool view room. He \"upgraded\" the room however the room was on 1st floor with no natral light and no pool view. I booked a cab to airport for my airport transfer for 4:30am. Staff didn't call me i slept through my alarm and almost missed my fligjt.

The property is beautiful clean but nothing around it for you to go out to eat but Uber readily available.

I wrote several emails to the hotel but got no response as we staying to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary no effort was made by the hotel.

Check staff did not advise us about breakfast hours or any other information.

You had to search on your TV in your room about the hotel.

Overall the stay was very nice and would recommend to others.

This hotel is very disappointing. A lovely reception area but that’s about it.

Rooms very dated and while clean they offer nothing else. Dated, basic, old soft mattresses. I tired product.

Then what ever you do don’t eat in the hotel the restaurants are definitely the most disappointing soleless white areas where the food is bang average.

By far the worst “5*” hotel I’ve stayed in Mumbai.

Rooms are decent and provide most things you could need for a visit to Mumbai. Only issues I had was that the tv didn’t work very well and there seemed to be a light coming from the air conditioning unit which I couldn’t find a way to turn off.

Room 607 faces a staff only double door which they frequently go in & out of and sadly it slams all throughout the night. One of the evenings there was an event which made the room shake with the vibrations from the music - bring ear plugs! Surprisingly though I had a side airport runway view 👍

Breakfast was a mess, staff & customers were regularly bump into each other due to such a small space for nearly 700 rooms that all seem to include brekkie. I tried several local options but they weren’t to my taste so all I ended up with was toast and tea. Bit of a waste really.

Location is fine for the airport, to get to the city it takes almost 1 hour, mostly due to traffic but Uber’s are a plenty.

Check in experience at Aurika was underwhelming. We came to Aurika on a day when Mumbai broke a 100 year record in rainfall. Due to which, roads and trains were closed for a 6 to 8 hours and my 6 hr journey to Mumbai became 18 hour journey. When I mentioned this to Shakshi and requested for a free upgrade, she said that she has already upgraded me, however, when we got the room we had booked. Shakshi was also quite unempathetic to our situation. As we had almost 12 bags, we continuously requested for a room upgrade, but the front desk kept dodging us and didn't assist us. Breakfast experience was okay as well, till the last day when Raj and Sumit impressed us with their service. The housekeeping crew was excellent.

Overall an underwhelming experience.

This property is good. The rooms are inferior and housekeeping staff does a poor job. I had to call because the room was smelly and a dirty q-tip was in the room. Staff to so long to address issues that I had to go back to the front desk, where I found the female staff on her cell phone. Staff clearly need training. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

What a mess!

From the point of check in the hotel service was riddled with issues. Multiple credit card machine didn’t work when I got to the hotel so they offered that I could pay at the end if my stay including paying for room service at the end.
However when I received my room service food the in room dining team insisted I pay on the spot and then suggested that I call down stairs to gain approval. When I called reception they didn’t know anything about the check in issues. Next the in room dining manager started calling me while I was eating and insisted that I should sort this out with reception. Why he couldn’t communicate with reception or a manager, I don’t know! Next when I tried to book a car the team dispatching the cars couldn’t answer basic questions such as ‘do I need to book the taxi or are they available’. Instead they pit the phone down on me. Finally there are random people trying to WhatsApp me from the hotel since I’ve left. Some big service issues that are not acceptable given the high price tag of the hotel.

First time in india and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Super clean and polite staff. Great breakfeast. I ended up losing my phone in a rickshaw while I traveling around mumbai, one of the staff members stayed up late trying to call my phone. While I wasn't able to find my phone, the care that was taken for me was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again the next time im in mumbai.

My self and my wife, elderly, spent few days at the Hotel. We are regular travellers to India and have stayed at different similar category hotels. This, by far, has been one of the best one we have stayed in. The Hotel with the room, the staff services. the food quality with its variety, wonderful. I don't think I need to look at more hotels in future. To mention some of the staff. Pushpa, Atul, Zeeshan, Ramesh, Tamjen, Aman, Mihir, and chefs Akashay and Pravin provided courteous service. Please thank all the staff.

We had a pleasant stay at the Aurika it was brief as it was before a 4am flight but it is close and convenient to the airport, the room itself was clean and the bed was super comfortable and I liked the products in the bathrooms. One downside was there was an ant problem. I'm not sure where they were coming from or what drew them but the bathroom had many, we were moved and another room also had a millipede. For a five star hotel that was unexpected. My hung was because they do not pick up room service food left outside in a timely manner this was the cause. When we checked in there was some and it was still outside on the hall floor 4 hours later.

The property was great. I loved the ambience of the rooms and the perks offered such as the gym and the pool. The staf was really polite and helpful.

The only complaint is that it took a while for our luggage to show up at our rooms after the checkin. Would have appreciated a prompter service there.

Absolutely amazing stay at this gem of a hotel close to the airport and equidistant to most places of interest in Mumbai. Exceptional service from some of the best staff I’ve ever come across, calmly helping me relocate a lost iPhone that I left in an Uber. Pradeep and the others went above and beyond to help me navigate the city as a solo traveller. You can rest assured if you choose to stay here.

Overall it’s a good stay & their breakfast was too good as well. Staff was very friendly & helpful but had 2 major issues 1) too many ants under the table when I moved it & under the bed was also not cleaned enough & 2) found plastic in food we ordered for kids. Hotel manager on duty & staff fixed both of them once informed but issues leaves behind one impression which you can’t forget, specially when you have 18 months old with you. Had hot water issues too when we check-in on very early morning which they were able to fix in the morning only.

Cleanliness & perfectness of the room should be their first priority to be cheked when they give room for check-in.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than their standard check-in time. A day before my arrival, I called the hotel to confirm if early check-in would be possible, and they assured me that there were enough rooms available and that it wouldn’t be an issue. However, upon arrival, their response was completely different—they claimed no rooms were available and were unable to assist with early check-in.

I was traveling with my 8-month-old daughter and faced this disappointing service. Additionally, upon arrival, we were neither offered water nor provided the welcome drink that we were supposed to receive.

Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. When I requested a different room, I did not receive a proper response from the staff.

I never expected such poor service from a hotel of this standard. This experience was truly disappointing.
