The hotel was adequate for the one night we stayed. The rooms were small and the bathroom was even smaller but that’s how they keep the prices down. The decor was pretty but flimsy. This hotel is great for the young, not quite broke, kinda hip traveler. Not at all for mature, family travelers, at least not for longer than a night.

Pathethic experience. Hotel entrance road full of GIANT POTHOLES!! Lobby area full of mosquitoes !! Dinner experience at the hotel restaurant was a nightmare. Had a mosquito floating in my wife’s mocktail drink, we returned it and they still had the audacity to bill it !! The one appetizer we ordered took 52 minutes to prepare !! Our room bedsheet had big ant on checkout morning !! Which I showed the video proof !!ALSO IT TOOK OVER 4 hours and 3 phone calls to get ONE TOWEL since the room had ONLY ONE TOWEL !! Upon checkout when I mentioned all these above issues….ALL I GOT WAS..”We are very sorry”…..I WILL STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP that they call a Hotel !!

After having traveled 24 hrs from the USA and looking forward to few hours of rest before flying.

We encountered an excessive amount of noise from neighbors rooms repeated complaints lead to no rest no sleep.

We had a flight to catch so we were up at 3am

The assistant manager didn't offer any reasonable compensation towards our cost of accommodation which was the least I would have expected.

The hotel is certainly a budget hotel. But it has a lot of nice amenities like a food hall. The rooms are really quiet, even though they’re right next to the airport and the highway. The floor was a bit dirty, but the beds were comfortable. They advertise an airport shuttle, but when I went downstairs, they said they would call me a taxi. Overall, a good value for a short stay.

Ginger is a nice clean property within a reasonable price.
Staff is helpful and accommodating. Normal check in time is 3 pm but Mitali Anil Singh gave us an early check in at 10 am which was very helpful as we were dealing with a heavy jet lag due to 10:30 hrs time difference which helped us to feel better and made our overall experience more pleasant and comfortable. Keep up the good work Mitali.

Room was on a okay condition. In the bathroom the toilet is separated from the shower area by a door. The door opens into the sink area and there is only about 12 inch gap between the sink and door. Very tight squeeze to use the toilet. Your rear end will rub up against sink when you try to squeeze through. If are overweight you fill not fit. Very poor design.

As soon as we entered in our room, we realized that the staff was trying to overcompensate for a foul odor by pumping in artificial scent. After a few hours of being there it was evident that the room smelled like urine. Stains on bedsheet and cover. Bathroom was too small and hit myself many a times in the shower. Also, road leading to the property had more potholes than road. Overall, an unpleasant experience and I don't plan to ever stay here again. Didn't have breakfast and staff of okay.

Since we arrived early, they allowed us early check-in at 12:00 instead of the regular 2:00pm which is great. But no hand towels in the bathroom and we didn't ask either as we had to leave early morning next day.

The bathroom was flooded in the first bath itself. Bathrooms are so tiny. You can't walk from the Shower to the toilet without closing the door. You can't go to your friend's floor because you get access to your floor only through the lift or the staircase. The nearby area is currently under construction, so be prepared for potential traffic congestion.

My stay was ok. The lighting didn’t make sense, no bed side lamps. Either really bright full lights on or had to keep everything off. The washroom was really small, I had to close the door if I wanted to use the shower or toilet because of the tight space.
Staff wasn’t too friendly when I checked in. I also was bedridden with food poisoning one of the days and they wouldn’t help me bring down my luggage the next day and said it was self service only.
Gym was amazing though, really developed.
