I booked this hotel as when I was searching for one by the airport this was one of the closest at 3 miles. Hmm, it might have been as the crow flies, but to get there was a 20+ min cab ride depending on time of day via Grab and cost SG$25-50. Prebook for early hours to airport due to remote-ness.
Hotel felt a little tired, but was fine for our 2 nights. We had 2 rooms and they were spacious, even if the decor felt a bit dated. Was very confused that there was a window between the bathroom and bedroom - but at least there was a blind! Shower was within the bath and it was one of the best I've ever stood under!
Reception were friendly and food looked nice in both restaurants although we didn't eat there apart from the iced gems they had out!
The rooftop infinity pool on floor 8 was great and heated and brilliant to watch the planes coming in to land. There was a bar up there too and think you could eat there too. Didn't use the pool on the ground floor but didn't look as big as the rooftop one.
Within walking distance was a hawker centre, lots of restaurants and a cool brewery bar and restaurant. You could walk to the beach and pick up the coastal path. Saw otters swimming but didn't go in due to the jellyfish warnings!
To get to the city you could take the bus to the MRT and head in from there. Probably took about an hour.
If I did it again I would have stayed nearer the MRT stations to be able to get to the city and airport easily, quickly and cheaply.

This was the perfect stay for a long layover. It included breakfast and shuttle service. The hotel itself is slightly dated but the cleanliness makes up for it. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. You must visit the infinity pool and watch the airplane fly overhead. Few recommendations, verify the shuttle pickup times, enjoy the free beer and eat at the rooftop restaurant. I view at sunset was amazing.

I liked its location away from everything but by the sea. If I’d stayed longer I would have taken the ferry to the island just across the water . The two pools was a plus , also all the local food restaurants and hawkers market nearby . Staff were very accommodating.

I thought this was an airport property. While on the map it looks very close but it is on the opposite end of the airport property from where you enter the airport. It was a surprisingly long ride from the hotel to the airport. This is not where I would stay if trying to be close to the airport.
The pools and grounds are not up to par.
The staff were very polite.
I was just there for the day for a long layover.
The room was fine. No complaints.
While waiting for my room I walked around in \"The village\" -the shops along the road outside. This was really nice. I had an early lunch at one of the restaurants and enjoyed. it.

This was the first time I tried a non-airport hotel. My room was five times as big and cost half as much compared to an airport hotel. I was on the 7th floor and had a good view out to the golf course. I used the buffet breakfast (great), the gym (also good) and the rooftop swimming pool (fantastic). All staff were very friendly, starting with a great check-in by Chiarra. The hotel also has a free airport shuttle service.
The only downsides I could see are: 1) It does take 20-30 mins to get to and from the airport to the hotel, so an airport hotel is clearly the fastest option (and the most expensive). 2) While the location is close to the airport, it is a long way from town. Having said that, Changi Village is authentically Singaporean with lots of food choices ranging from super cheap hawker centre food to proper sit-down restaurants. There is also a little Beach Park about 3 mins walk away and a golf course right next door. I would definitely stay here again. Great 28 hour stay over.

This hotel has everything to be a no brainer: clean, comfortable and decent sized rooms. A great location near a market, park and not too far from the airport. It's a decent value for money.

With that said, there were quite a few things that made me question whether I will return to the property on future visits. The first thing is the \"shuttle\" service to/from the airport. While there is a shuttle, the frequency and time of operation is quite limited. There's also a HUGE gap of no service for approximately three hours (only God knows why). Beyond that, the driver from the airport was coughing like there's no tomorrow. He sounded horrible and was non stop coughing from the moment of pick up to drop off. For the life of me I can't understand why he was working and more importantly, why wasn't he wearing a mask?!

The second thing that put me off in the property is that despite the signs showing one of the restaurants open until 22h, when I finally made it for dinner at 21h there was a song saying the restaurant was closed.......

Are these small things? Perhaps, but as we all know details matter and I think tha these are significant enough.

A really nice hotel used as an airport stopover for a night but certainly could be more.
Good welcome, immaculately clean nice room and better than expected standard of hotel. Nice bar area near reception and another rooftop. Similarly two pools, one rooftop. Did not try the breakfast and with easy walking distance to a waterside park and village eating places with very good food at low prices we also had dinner elsewhere.
Twenty minutes taxi to the airport, their shuttle bus not frequent enough and with stops at each terminal can take too long if yours is not the first one. Still a taxi was only 25S$.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for our overnight stop over. Although it was a little distant from the airport this was made easy with the free shuttle service. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and well priced. Thank you for looking after us!

The front desk staff during check in was a very kind, professional, mostly informative, and helpful gentleman.

I appreciated the room upgrade to the floor where there’s a lounge, though I found out that access to it is not included after attempting to enter (so a heads up would be helpful for future guests to avoid awkward moments).

The room and the hotel itself appeared very clean, organized and modern, matching the photos.

The free, airport shuttle service for arrival was easy to find while following directions and maps provided by the staff.

The shuttle driver was kind and helpful with the suitcases and bag, so gave him a tip.

There was no shuttle service available during departure to the airport, since it was early in the morning; but I was able to advance book a ride via Grab app.

Thank you to this hotel and staff for an overall pleasant experience.

Great place for a one night stopover, close to airport. Spacious room, clean, comfy bed. Free shuttle to and from the airport, but doesn't run between 2 and 5pm approx. If you take a regular taxi, cost is 20sgd. Staff very helpful, and huge thanks to Ashraf who helped me connect to my eSim. Walk to food hawker centre and Changi beach. I highly recommend this hotel. Fairly far from changi airport. Hotel is dated and room was not clean. Not even a bottle of water offered inside the room. Airport shuttle hours start at 8 am so if you have an earlier flight you will be out of luck. Hard to hire Grab, it took a long time to get one. Staff was not very friendly. Will not stay again!

Hotel is not at the airport and the shuttle runs every 2 hours or so and is first come first serve only. It only starts at 8am too. Shared a room with a family member and we were given a room that had a clear window between the bedroom and bathroom with a blind that didn't hide everything. Absolutely ridiculous. Hotel is in bad need of an upgrade and a deep clean. However the staff were all lovely

Check-in was easy, the room was large and clean overall. Certain things were not well maintained such as the bathroom sink which had large stains and cracks in the paint. One of the bath towels was also stained. The rooftop infinity pool was very nice and perfect for an evening swim. It is very close to many local restaurants and a hawker centre, which was very convenient. Overall, I would recommend for the price.

4/5 stars overall. Loved the room, loved the space, loved the location, loved the cleanliness. Everything was amazing. My only gripe is there is no Bidet. For a somewhat high class hotel that normally houses muslim wedding guests and their family, a lack of bidet is very unsettling and somewhat uncomfortable. I hope the hotel considers adding a bidet, either manual or technology based is fine.

We arrived very late at night, but were given a warm welcome and a fast check-in. Beds were very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The hotel is conveniently located by the river in Changi Village, a really lovely area worthy of a standalone visit, with a good Hawker Centre within 3 minutes walk.
Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient, with nice little touches like snacks in the foyer and a free drink on arrival.
We were also impressed by the environmental efforts being made by management.

I booked this hotel specifically because of its location to the airport and lots of food areas. (And a bike rental) plans changed and I only had a room for one night along with 2 friends whose flight plans changed too. The hotel was able to get us a roll away bed and was thoughtful enough to bring extra towels with out being asked. Everyone was very helpful with adjusting to our change in plans. My only complaint was the bar on the top floor by the pool. My drink order was screwed up twice (I ordered a double gin and tonic in a tall glass with lime), I got two glasses, with lemons. I ordered a refill of just a single, with extra lime. Got a tall glass with lemon… and it came to over $50! If you are going to charge outrageous prices for a simple drink… you should get it right.

Just what the weary traveller needs - close to a quiet beach and two lovely pools. Room big and comfy. The hotel would have had the ‘wow factor’ in its day but now elements are a little tired. Breakfast didn’t have much British stuff and the tea cups were like eye baths. I accept that on one level but for an international hotel I’d hope there would be a bit more available for an old pom like me. When I requested fresh milk for the room for my tea coffee was told ‘only do creamer’ pity

I often stay at this hotel on trips to Singapore. It is a quiet area with a pleasant beach and picturesque walking trail. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee shop in the hotel. Good hawker centre (food court) and restaurants nearby. Several buses. No MRT. I do not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Near Changi airport and there is a free hotel shuttle bus, although I've never used it. If your purpose is to be near the main attractions you may want to choose something closer to the Singapore River.

I stayed here for a short layover. Overall, the stay was decent.

Positives:
The room was quite spacious and the basic amenities were fine. The property is a bit dated, but reasonably well maintained. Cleanliness was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Things to be aware of:
The biggest issue is the location. It is often advertised as being 3–5 km from Changi Airport, but it’s actually around 15–16 km away. Travel time can be 40–45 minutes during the day, so don’t rely on it being “close” to the airport.

The hotel is also not centrally located. There are a few local food options nearby, but not much if you’re looking to explore Singapore or enjoy a wider variety of restaurants. This is more about the area than the hotel itself.

Getting a Grab during off hours can also take some time, so plan accordingly.

I didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Overall: Good for a quiet stay, but not ideal if you want quick airport access or a central location.

The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful. The pool looked enjoyable. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful, especially Seri who gave extra effort regarding transportation to the airport before the 0800 first shuttle. For those of us whose scheduled flight was early, the 0800 shuttle would not get us to the airport in time.

While the hotel is located near the airport, the shuttle service is quite inconvenient. It only runs every two hours, which results in significant waiting time. Additionally, at Terminal 2, there is a lack of clear signage or directions for locating the shuttle pickup point, making the process confusing for guests. Due to these issues, we ended up taking a taxi instead, as the shuttle was not practical.

The hotel is also situated far from major attractions, meaning you’ll need to rely on taxis or trains to get around, adding both time and extra cost to your trip. During peak hours, taxis can be difficult to find, and we even had to take a separate shuttle just to reach a train station.

Overall, this hotel may not be the best choice if you have limited time and plan to explore Singapore, as the transportation challenges can significantly impact your experience.

Fabulous resort near the beach, golf, shopping, Ferry to island for biking and with excellent workout room and 2 pools. Great ambiance, wonderful breakfast and free shuttle to Pasar Ris malll (30 min away). There is a shuttle bus from the airport but it only comes every hour. I came from terminal 2 and the map and info were a bit off — the coach ba y pick up area is just next to car park 2A and not across the walkway. I will try to post a photo of the layout. The Jewell indoor waterfall at the airport is worth seeing. Great hotel for families as there is something for everyone.

The hotel was clean, but the property is a little worn. Staff were accomodating and polite. It has all the basics for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, it is located at a convenient location as it took us only 17 minutes to get to the airport, no traffic that night.
