Room looks nothing like the photos on expedia. Tub was uncleaned, with stains everywhere. Generally dilapidated feel, neglected, like not enough staff to take care of the place. Overall, not a nice experience at all.

Location: good - there are many eateries nearby.

Familly room: quite spacious and can comfortably fit a family of 4
Bathroom: larger than average

Issues: The ceiling hole cover was not shut properly and wallpaper was peeling off in some areas. The room was very humid and no windows to let fresh air in. The air conditioner needed to be on really cold to combat the humidity. It got too cold in the middle of the night, so I turned up the temperature. In the morning, i almost slipped from the condensation accummulating all over the floor. It can't be good for people with respiratory issues. I would suggest to install a dehumidifier in the room.

Sadly, i will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Yes they are good but rooms are very small, the tv had a lot of defects due to perhaps bad antenna or internet not very good
Bed sheets were excellent, good matress, very clean but bathroom to compact design, i had never seen anything so compact that the shower, was in the toilet together
Price was only half worth it but i would think twice to stay in it again

Bad smell due to the poor air circulation as no windows. I wish I knew at the beginning that no windows.I’m very regretful of choosing this hotel as I have to hold to breathe at the entrance and hallway because of the bad smell. I wasted money in paying 2 rooms for the 8 of us.

The room was weirdly small without any ventilation. The washroom doors were opaque and kinda visible to everyone outside so super weird setup for a family room.

Not trustworthy. Their staff told us that we can refund the amount we paid for one of the rooms we booked for as long as Expedia will give them the cancellation voucher. We were repeatedly told that up to the time we checked out.

We did not use the room and they did not give the extra room we paid for either. Later, they reneged on their word and now we could not refund the amount for a room that we did not use.

Checked into the hotel late and had been given a room basically right next to the reception and lobby area. The room smelled of mould possibly due to lack of windows. The noise levels were very bad as you could hear everything happening in the lobby. As we had an early flight, the receptionist was kind enough to move us to another room upstairs, which was better in terms of the mould smell and noise, as it was no longer close to the lobby. Overall, only good for a quick transit, but don't count on getting any good rest if you are a light sleeper.

Otherwise, an overall pleasant experience, with very nice and courteous staff, and the hotel is in a great location close to many amazing F&B options. Good value for money

Our room (with window) was really small but clean and in good condition, and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is half way between downtown and the airport so a good option if you’re stopping over in Singapore. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and and also a 7 Eleven (very) conveniently located next door. Overall it was good value for money and we’d stay again.

Didn't receive housekeeping service

The first thing I noticed was the shower was not cleaned - there were old water/soap stains on the shower enclosure and fixtures.

We did not get new towels the next day (we left our towels on the floor indicating we need new ones), and we did not get ANY housekeeping service the 3rd day despite reminding them twice that morning.

Syed did apologize, and we were given towels, etc., but to not have any/minimal housekeeping service for our 3 night stay was more than disappointing as that was part of the payment for staying at a hotel.

The positive thing is the employees were friendly and polite

It is not a hotel, just a little cave. I don’t stay there again even if it is free next time. It is cheaper than many other hotels, however it doesn’t worth any dollar you spend. The first room was dirty, the bed has blood in it. I booked the room with windows and they gave me room without window. Second day they gave me a room with window, but not any better than first room.

Overall, good location with restaurants around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (Superior Double Room) was clean, small (expected). It’s more ideal for very short stays and 1 person, maximum two people. My wife and I had two small luggage’s and one big one. There wasn’t enough space to open the luggage AND walk around the room.
One (small) issue I had was, we got a room with a “window” but the window was sealed shut and we couldn’t even see outside the window. I booked it, paid the extra cost, with an expectation that I could open the window. If I knew I would not be able to open the window, I would have just paid less and gone with a windowless room.

I booked room (with windows). I got the rooms facing the street on the second floor. The windows are covered by louvres that cannot be opened. No light can come through. Obviously no view. The thermostat doesn't work. Too cold. Turn off the aircond to sleep else your face would be frozen. The noise from the streets are unbearable as it is along bus route.

The Lily is very close walking distance to the Geylang shopping area. Lots of food options. The front desk staff were the best thing about the hotel, friendly and always helpful.
Rooms were disappointing, smelled of mould and you could see it in the crevices of the bathroom. The lock on bathroom door was broken. Can also smell cigarette smoke coming in through the vents from another room, very strongly.
Housekeeping was really sloppy, never seen a bed made up so lazily like that before. They did the bare minimum in cleaning.

The hotel lobby always smells like really strong perfume, and the shower is literally space in the same as the toilet/restroom - no separate bath. A very weird setup. The only plus to this hotel was the location. Loved the streets and the walkability.

Nasty and moldy!!

The worst hotel i have ever been to in my life. Landed in Singapore at 2am and needed a place to stay in until I check in to my hotel at 2 pm, so I decided to go with this one. Oh my god, it s absolutely horrendous. When you get in, you smell mold and sewer. The check in was good, the employee was polite, we were given a suite. It was nasty, moldy and yuky, it didn’t look like I was in Singapore. Please stay away!!!

Not your typical “tiny, basic, but clean” stay for the night. There’s a strong cigarette smell upon entering the lobby, and the same smell lingers in the rooms too.

There’s an aircon outlet right above where your pillows are that keeps blowing air into your face while you sleep. There’s no way to hide from it as the double bed is quite small for two adults. Basic design mistake

The saff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very small. We could just about open our suitcases and there wasn't any room for maneuvering.The room was clean. Bathroom was a disaster. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. When we took a shower the entire place got wet as the \"wet room\" don't have a floor divider/slant between the toilet and shower. Very badly designed. Therefore once you take a shower the room was very damp.

Go-to place for a short getaway within Singapore. Hotel is clean and comes with SmartTV for you to watch Youtube or surf the browser. Nearby eateries are really good, especially Vietnamese and Thai coconut icecream. Pleasant stay! :)

Overall satisfied stay

The location is 15 min away from the airport as well as the local attractions like Universal and Marina Bay Sands. The hotel is located at a residential area not commercial so you see more of the local culture. There's a 7 eleven store just 2 stores away and a seafood restaurant across. The staff were great and quick to check us in and out of the hotel. There's free bottled waters which are a plus and wifi although wifi is a bit spotty at times.
