The bathroom was not clean. The shower is right next to the toilet and the shower had no shower curtain or anything around it. When you take a shower, the water will wet the entire bathroom. The bathroom itself was not very clean. Will not stay here again.

It’s a basic hotel with everything you need ( and except fridge)
The checkin man was friendly and stated his name and if I wanted anything her could be reached . The checkout time is a bit early 11.00 am but they will store bags until departure . The staff at checkout was friendly too
It is in red light area but many restaurants and bars nearby . About 20-30 minutes walk to shopping malls, cinemas , and the MRT

Extremely dirty room, I’d even say it’s never been cleaned. I noticed the filth as soon as we checked in. I went to speak to the staff about the cleanliness of the room and asked if it could be cleaned whilst I went out to explore Singapore. I was told I would have to wait until tomorrow for the cleaners to clean the room.I didn’t think this was acceptable however as we were short on on time in Singapore I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to explore the city hoping I would only have to deal with the dirty room for one night. The next day I went out again for the whole day, came back pretty late and the room was exactly the same apart from the bed sheets had been changed. Very poor service. Thankfully we only had a short stay so I didn’t see the point in complaining again as by the time the room would have been “cleaned” again we would have been leaving. Many other places in Singapore, avoid this place.

Terrible Experience

We were looking for a cheap hotel to stay in while waiting for the renovation work to be done at home. This hotel was near our work place, and had food nearby which was perfect for us.

However, the first room given to us had a leaking aircon right next to the bed. We could hear the sounds the entire night, but we were tired after shifting furnitures at home so we went to sleep after shoving the aircon with towels. Got shifted to a level 4 room next. Corridors reeked of cigarette smell and it was not a one-off matter. Bedsheets had a hole, and there was even a cockroach.

Food around the area was good. Saved for that one instance where a dodgy man looked me up and down at 10am in the morning at a coffeeshop and made me feel objectified since he had been loudly making comments about the table of prostitutes seated in the coffeeshop.

Hotel staff members were polite and helpful. Only saving grace for our stay. We have since moved out to stay at another hotel. Thank goodness.

Don’t expect much from the cheap room

There’s a lot of small cockroaches inside the toilet! And the bed is hard. well couldn’t expect much from a cheap hotel but the hygiene can be improve. Please atleast get RID OF THE SMALL COCKROACHES! It’s Super uncomfortable to be in the same room as insects crawling around the place you want to clean yourself

Did not realise we were in a red light district.
While the room was clean, small cockroaches were seen in the bathroom. Corridor also smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel and rooms musty but yet again we were unable to air out rooms as windows were sealed from opening.

Reception however was very friendly, professional and accommodating.

If you're landing in Singapore one day and flying out the next, this is a perfectly good place to stay; it's convenient to the airport and to the Old Airport Road hawker centre where you can get a good meal, and the price is right. For any longer stay I would suggest going elsewhere.

You Get What You Paid For!

Checkout time at 11am rather early. Most other hotels checkout is 12noon. Also,pillows though soft are rather low. Not adequate in supporting head for proper sleeping. Extra pillows which not provided could have been useful. Must compliment bed-sheets,pillow-cases & towels are clean. Other than that,everything else is ok. Room is clean & comfortable.

Comfort level - careful!

The smell of tobacco made it uncomfortable. Do the walls need painting to get rid of the tobacco stench?
We pulled the showerhead from the wall and reattached it so that the shower water was more directed towards the floor, and not out to the wall.
Apart from these two issues the hotel was satisfactory. Quite close to the MRT station.

Polyester Sheets....No no...! Also no fresh air..

Ok for the price....however the bed sheets are polyester...not cotton! and do not properly fit the bed ! Also the indoor air quality is very poor...cannot open any window anywhere in the hotel....poor stale air smell in all the rooms...and still allow smoking !!! Also the elevator was temp. out of service...

The staff was so friendly and cooperative. However, there is no breakfast in this hotel, so we had to looked for our breakfast outside near the hotel. The hotel location is walking distance from Aljunied MRT station, and there are many restaurant if you are craving in the night.

This hotel is good if you spent most of your time outside, since there is no satellite TV as well.

After all, my experience toward this hotel was so good :)

The good, the bad, and the Red Light District

You need to make sure first of all that your okay staying in the red Light district. There are many places to eat, and most will be expensive. Luckily most people speak English so getting around is not a problem. The front desk was very helpful in suggesting places to go as l only had a couple of days to see Singapore. Hotels.com is a great way to check out things to do but make sure you book your activities before getting there as most will be taken. The room is quite small and you will not be able to open up the window. But then again, there isn't much to see in the red district. Cabs are everywhere so if you want to stay in a no frills Red Light District area it's not a bad place.

It's quite easy to walk from the hotel to many mode of transportation. Only 2 mins to the nearest 7-11 and Bus Stop. 10 mins walk to Aljunied MRT Station. With many food court surrounded by. The lobby looks so nice while the real room is a bit difference from what we expected. Front reception is very kind and helpful, However, the overall is still great for budget stay. Tips** If you don't want to walk across 2 intersection, you may catch a bus no. 2 for 5 stops and drop of at MRT Lavender station.

THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE ON YOUR WEBSITE

This hotel should not be on your list as it is a dump! It is in a slummy area of Singapore - not even authentic Singapore - and can only do damage to your brand. I would never recommend it to anyone and quite honestly would request my money back. it is only as I arrived at 4am that there was no possible way to go somewhere else.
Please let me know if you will refund my money. You should visit the hotels on your website and not take it as at face value that they are good enough (even the budget ones) for your website!

Staff-friendly. Room is decent. TV is fairly clear and I love watching the real football on the sports channel. Bathroom is all in one without curtains but very strong shower. Bedsheets seem a bit short and there's plastic/vinyl covering on the mattress. In red light district and try not to make eye contact with the ladies of the first profession and you'll be fine. Lots of food around 24/7. Short 10mins walk to the MRT. Stay is goo.

Was like a prison. security cameras everywhere. I wanted to have my friends over and was not allowed to bring anyone to my room after 11pm, what are we children!!! when my visitors came to my room I was bussed all the time by reception, they spy on me all time I had no peace or privacy , had camera right outside my hotel room. I will not stay here again

Room was about average, except the bathroom was a disaster. The shower head wasn't attached to the wall so bathing was a nightmare. Bathroom generally moldy and gross. Would stay here again if I had to, but would try any other hotel in the area first. Area has a bad reputation, but we found it full of food and very livable.
