The hotel and was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The desk staff and housekeeping were excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly providing great guest services with a smile. This hotel is no-frills but a very good value if you just want a clean, safe and comfortable place to lay your head. The biggest perk for us was the MRT station (Parade Marina) being just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Located across the road from a shopping mall and a few hundred meters from the MRT, the hotel is well situated. The room was large enough with a comfortable bed, pumping AC, fantastic TV reception, and complimentary minibar which was a nice welcome. The staff were pleasant and it was an overall positive experience.

It's good. Pool is fine and has a neighborhood view. Area is a plus, with much shopping about and a few bars and restaurants about. Subway stop is a 7 minute walk. Many pet care service businesses in the area. Also a bunch of tutoring service places for your children. If it rains and you're mobile, the Parkway Parade Shopping Mall is worth visiting along with the hawker area just next door. Then again there are many food options on the basement level of the Parkway Parade building. No excuse for staying at the Santa Grand and not eating well.

The amenities were aplenty, from cappuccinos & cookies, to bottled waters & mini bar snacks. The hotel is surrounded by some of the best dining in Singapore (just beware of the \"tourist pricing\" at the open cafe restaurants), otherwise it was an amazing & refreshing comfortable stay. Staff was super friendly & accommodating with all of our needs.

The hotel staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. It was always nice to interact with them. The pool area was nice and the hotel is in fairly good condition. The room was modern and clean, but it was quite small which may bother some people. I didn't mind since I went out most of the day. However, the bathroom in the room did NOT have a door that locks (for safety reasons) and when the door was closed, there was a gap on the side where the hinges are so it wasn't completely closed off from the rest of the room. That could be awkward if you're sharing with someone so keep that in mind.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot. It's close to an MRT station and about 15-20min from Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. There are a lot of great restaurants and a couple of convenience stores on the same street as the hotel, and there's also a shopping centre nearby. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel that is easy to access and in a cool place of the city. Check-in was easy and they let us check-in a couple of hours early. The room was good, clean, and quiet. Air conditioning was fully adjustable. The only issue was that the water leaked all over the bathroom floor when showering.

There are great dining options in the streets around the hotel and its incredibly convenient for the airport and ferry terminal being only 15 mins away. This is an exceptional place to stay with some excellent eateries near by. It was the most comfortable bed we slept in our entire 10 day trip. The service was incredible and the rooftop pool was so refreshing and lovely. It was everything we needed to wrap up our stay in Singapore. When we come back we will stay here the entire time.

Acceptable stay !

Front desk staff were friendly and warm with their services, check-in was a breeze. Hygiene was visibly strict and commendable as there’s some folks on quarantine sharing the same building on different levels. Nothing to worry about. The slight issue was thin walls/window surrounding the room so some work can be done on sound proofing. Overall decent experience.

The pillows were way too soft and the room's walls are paper thin so I could hear anything and everything. What made it worse is that the hotel is located in a noisy area. The combination of these two things made it impossible to fall asleep.

Also I requested that they have an iphone charger so I could charge my phone. The hotel had an adapter but no lightning cable to connect the phone to. The hotel should invest in some spare cables for situations like mine instead of leaving us to scramble to find a way to charge our devices (because we forgot to bring out charger with us). Also there was no ice machine and I was told to use the ice tray in the freezer but because the ice tray was emptied before check in there was no way for me to have ice when I needed it.

Also final note: The bathroom needs to be better cleaned I discovered mold on the glass shower wall after steam had built up from showering and it was disgusting and frightening to behold.

Good value for money. Only downside was the distance to the nearest MRT station and although the room had a window it looked out onto a side wall. However over all the staff we very helpful,the place was clean,wifi very good and the pool on top was great, i will stay here again

This property is ideally located close to everything. There is a shopping mall and plaza across the street and plenty of dining options on the same stretch.
The staff is extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Special mention to Mery who took exceptional care of me while I was there.

The hotel is good value for money and suited me as it has a bus connection to where relatives we were visiting live. Though the room we stayed in was dated and not particularly large, it was comfortable and clean. There are good local restaurants, both cheap and more upmarket, and a fabulous ice cream shop called Birds of Paradise a few minutes walk away. There is a frequent bus service to the city via a number of routes with stops close to the hotel. The taxi ride to the airport is relatively short. I will stay here again on my next visit.

I like the East Coast location, halfway between the city and airport. It's a short walk to the beach and shopping complexes with bus services across the road to most major destinaions. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate if a bit small. Whilst breakfast is not of International hotel buffet standard it was adequate too.

The location is very good for us .. eateries , groceries,711, Catholic Church/ holy family church is few steps away, Bus stop is just across the street , far from mrt station but can catch the bus across the street to get there.and best of all we like our room , a corner room away from the rest of the rooms ,no noise , it’s small and clean , good size bathroom with window, a mini fridge, just what we needed .The area is quite more like of residential areas. A little far from Changi airport cost you 20 sgd / around 15-20 min taxi ride but it’s worth it. They have nice staff Hong Yi, Chew, Sam, Mery, janelle and Deson , I hope I got it right.
Anyway.. would love to comeback and recommend this hotel based on our experience , standard and affordability.. there’s a pool at the roof top ,
