Beautiful spacious and bright condo, from ground floor we walked right to the pool and across the street to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed to cook. Beach under some erosion mitigation right now so some machinery noise and obstruction of view, hopefully done soon. Great walkways, to lovely bakery and grocery store, restaurants across the street. We would definitely come again!

Not a terribly bad property, but I booked an \"Ocean View Upper Level Apartment\" and they stuck me on level 2 right outside the pool and all the screaming little people. Definitely not the relaxing stay I had hoped for.

One of the best views I’ve ever had in QLD. The property is in a great location. Opposite beach and parks and cafes. Pool was lovely, clean and warm!!! Unit was a little dated and showed some wear and tear. Kitchen utensils and some cookware was a little dirty. Property value for money and location trumped any negatives :) also staff were lovely and helpful.

Was really impressed that I got a phone call to say the apartment was ready early for use. Great location with view of Moffat Beach and walk across the road to nice restaurants, y patrolled beach and park. The apartment was spacious, tastefully furnished and had plenty of crockery and cooking utensils so didn’t have to put the dishwasher on after every meal. I stayed with my Mother and it was easy access to the unit and the shower didn’t have any steps or high ledges to negotiate which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

It was the perfect family getaway for us. The unit was absolutely stunning, very clean and spacious. Family of four and felt that there was heaps of space that we weren’t invading each others space. The veranda was huge and created another living area, and we enjoyed dinner out on it every night. The pool and the grounds of the property were emaculate.

We had 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apt on ground floor. apt 2 was in a great spot, good views of ocean, close to BBQ and pool. well equipted kitchen for longer stays. A few small items that could be upgraded (like replacing rusted bins in bathrooms and using non scratchy sheets) but overall a great location and apartment. We went for walks to kings and dickie beaches and spotted whales. we will definately be back.

Only downside was pram access to the pool and bbq area. You had to walk outside and around the property to be able to push a pram into the area as access from the room was only possible using stairs.

The position of this property is a major drawcard. Right next to the beach it has views directly over the ocean and you can hear the waves. The apartment is large and overall very well fitted out with high class fixtures and fittings. The only drawbacks are that the maintenance and cleanliness could be improved a little. Great spot nice and close to the beach along with good food and coffee shops close by the only real positives out of our stay here, Our room was not cleaned real well and very run down. The master bed had been broken before we arrived and had to stay in another room for the night as it couldn’t be fixed that evening when we noticed it unfortunately. The pool was way to hot to swim in set at 30 deg water temps. Would be ok in the cooler months but not 35 deg summer days. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, just needs some care/tiding up and good cleaning and it would be a cracker of a place. Hesitant to stay here again even if the location is perfect.

Very disappointing response to the lockdown. Stayed Friday night (booked for two nights) before the lockdown was announced on Saturday morning. Found out at midday about the lockdown and checked out by 1pm. Property Manager not interested in giving a credit for the second night or even a discount to come back. Charged for two nights but only stayed 19 hours.

Norfolks on Moffat is one of the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. The balcony was huge. The view was beautiful and very calming. So close to the beach. The pool was above average and a highlight each night for a night time swim. Plenty of food close by. Cafes across the road were very expensive. Kitchen was great and well equipped for me to cook a 3 course meal for four. The overall feel was so relaxing. Had a wonderful time. Would like to go back but already booking out.
