Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice.
Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was.

The hostess was very rude, loud and had a language barrier. It's advertised as a hotel Holiday inn and when you get there it's a old house with a couple of bedrooms downstairs, over the two days I stayed there I saw so many people walk in and out because it is not appropriate to stay in, it should be closed down. they don't get a refund, they can't. it's a trap, it is a scam. it should be taken off your website . We paid $518 for two nights we had no TV no microwave the room was disgusting we had to clean it on arrival. I can show photos,i have shown photos, I have more photos.

Massive hole in the door broken glass everywhere. The owner was very rude, arrogant, dismissive and unapologetic. Absolutely no care about a person’s safety or wellness due to safety issues. I can’t stop writing about this place. To list everything would take a while.

It was not clean, one bathroom is shared by 3 bed rooms, front door couldn't close, the wall insulation was terrible, I can hear next door bed movement noise clearly. There were trash bags left near the stair to 2nd floor. Some lights in the room were not working. The room is very small. There is no desk in the room. The back yard had very tall grasses. The property was not maintained well. It should not be served as a hotel. I don't recommend anyone to stay there.

This is quite a well equipped homestay. Its true that it has room for improvements, however, the owners are so lovely and helpful. I recommend the artists room. Very comfy bed and lovely outside bathroom. Lots of space for chilling out in the garden. Conveniently close to everything including the beach!
