Friendly reception, clean and spacious room. I didn't realise they were renovating, but there was no noticable noise. The only negative was no cups for beverages and I was supplied with paper cups when I asked for one - and only single use plastic cups for water.

I am completely unimpressed with my stay here. I booked for a few days RnR only to find there was renovations. The restaurant was impacted as was room service. Reduced menu and loud noise in rhe Cafe. I was shocked awake to a horrendously loud jack hammer which sounded like it was coming through my wall at 7.15am which continued til 8.15. Management was unable to be located. The receptionist saved me leaving and asking for a refund by moving me to another room for my last night. No where on booking material did it say there was renovation work happening. Unimpressed.

I love this hotel. Great value for money and tucked away for a quiet stay. There are renovations underway but it didn’t interfere with the running of the hotel. The pools are excellent, wonderful new gym, the restaurant is open from morning till night fur breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cocktail bar. Games room on the patio. Very spacious foyer with a large leather couch for relaxing. I chose a studio apartment overlooking the pools/golf course. Such a beautiful view to watch the golfers and bird life on the canal. Very very relaxing to sit with a glass of wine. There is a reading chair and footstool in the room aswell as 2 double beds and a bistro table/2 chairs. Kettle/toaster/fridge/bowls/plates/cutlery/wine glasses and a very well stocked tea caddy. I shall be revisiting real soon.

I loved the staff and their customer service but the place was under maintenance. First room had a very strong moldy smell and damp carpet. Second room that we were shifted too was quite nice but someone was smoking Marijuana in the room next or above so we could smell it through the doors even though there is a sign saying no smoking allowed. Shower pressure was very weak and dribbling. However the customer service was excellent

We used the room with the 2 double beds and they were so comfortable. Great views over the pool and golf course. The room was clean, but a little dated. My only criticism is around the use of the jug. It was housed on top of the microwave. Obvious electrical risk should water spill. And the only tap to fill the jug is in the bathroom. That’s not normally a problem but the shape of the spout makes it very difficult. We’ll be back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, with our 2 young children.
Apartment was larger then excepted, with a full kitchen, dinning room, lounge and laundry. Apartment is in need of some minor repairs and feels dated and needing of a revamp.
Pool over looking the golf was great
Free onsite undercover parking included in our booking was a bonus

If we are staying in the area again we would look to book here again

My room was in good condition, looked just like the photos on Expedia and overall is a comfortable and good value accommodation option as a good base to come back to after your sunshine coast adventures. Only real issue I had was not having a cooking vent above the stove, was a bit worried to even cook in the room because of the $1400 callout fee for emergency response. Didn't actually have any problems with it, just be careful and put aircon on full to vent smoke and vapours as best as possible.

The lady at the front counter that checked me in absolutely hates her job with a passion , the place was clean , car park was a but weird had birds flying around everywere lucky the car was a rental. My neighbours kept me up all night drinking and loud music , there is no one at the reception desk so dont even bother with that your on your own if you need to talk to anyone its pointless. I just cant beleive people can be so rude , i walked in from the longest drive from penrith to be greeted by the lady there she just looked at me , not can i help you nothing .. i say hey how ya going im here to check in still nothing come out of her mouth , then she says ID , no hello no anything .. i handed her my licence she checked me in. I said thisbis a beautiful place here , still no word from here. She says to me whats your licence plate number , i said i dont know its a rental ill go out and check she says it should be on your key ring , i couldnt read it on the key ring was smudged .. i said can you read that she says easy 146 qbt what ever it was , i said ok i cant read that .. she hands me the keys says level 4 and hands me 2 cookies . Cookies tasted like crap . Anyways i get down to my car was the wrong number plate but im not gunna say anything she had a massive chip on her shoulder . Glad to be at home to be honest worst experience ive ever had at a place . Only good thing is place was clean

Nothing was pleasant at this property. Staff at reception were rude & unfriendly from the start. Our room (No.0228) was very unpleasant - dirty, badly maintained, the side balcony door was unsafe as it locked you out if you didn't wedge it open, it also had no blind to block street night lights so room was always bright & draughty.The bed was ancient & uncomfortable. Bathroom door was 50mm/2\" to short, microwave was disgusting, window gullies were caked in grime, partition doors to bedroom were broken & also caked in grime. The hallway to our room burst a pipe which we reported so the carpet was soggy & slippery to walk on while there. We asked to change rooms after the first night & was told there were no other rooms until 2 days time & if we did we would have to pay $70 to have ours cleaned, taking in mind we had done a lot of the cleaning.
Some areas are under construction & some under demolition. The hotel is used for these workers - dirty boots & clothing.
The restaurant staff were continuously understaffed & run off their feet having to stand in for reception staff as well during evening hours, rushing back & forth to check people in & serve meals & run the bar. Those staff were gems. The regular reception staff were lazy & uninterested.

Worst place I have ever stayed

Room 510. Freezing room. no heating. had to get 2 heaters from staff on 2nd night. They have sign asking to open sliding doors when cooking in the middle of winter, so you dont set off smoke alarm. they brought blankets as the rooms only had 2 blankets in 2 bed apartment.TV remote for foxtell only worked if you sat close to TV and pointed it at little box on the side, we did not know this and there was no info about this. staff told us. WI-FI did not work at all & the repair guy said he would come back and fix it next day when we were out, he did not fix it no one at reception after 4 and after hours number says for emergency only, which is why we didnt call on the first night. The booking did not say no heaters and did not say you need to open sliding doors in middle of winter to cook. if we had known this we never would have booked. ....no power point in one of the bathrooms at all. single bedroom had 2 lamps but only one plugged in and no whereto go within reach of the bed. ........... hole in the laundry ceiling............ manhole/ vent cover falling down into kitchen about 2 cm down from ceiling..... tape on the wall next to fridge on plaster peeling off. looks gross. dishwasher leaked onto kitchen floor und under carpet in living area. curtain missing in main deb sm window. gave this full list to staff on leaving.

Our stay was comfortable. Amenities and utensils were adequate. I enjoyed the gym, thank you but I did not enjoy the women using the gym who spoke on her phone loudly for over an hour about her relationship break down and included swearwords. Not nice, not appreciated. I love that the gym is clean and cleaning materials are maintained regularly during the day.
Lastly: We brought coffee making ingredients but somehow when mixed with hot water from your kettle it didn't taste the same. Just a little thing. We enjoyed the loose parking arrangements, nice.
In summary, we enjoyed our stay at your place. Thank you kindly for having us.

The staff were clearly disinterested in their jobs, we experienced plumbing issues that we had to deal with ourselves before being moved to another room. At least when I requested the cancellation of the remainder of our stay with a refund, this was granted. Still waiting for the refund though.

Our overall opinion is that it was Okay, but the resort is beginning to show its age and some areas are showing signs of neglect .
We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and had quite a few pleasant experiences there. My one comment regarding the Restaurant is the appearance of the wait staff. Why do they wear such tight, short skirts? It does not look professional!
We were extremely disappointed that we were given a room on the second floor with no view- in fact we were located over a large \"roof\" with the sounds of machinery going most of the day.
We found the front of house staff very unfriendly and at times not willing to follow through with our requests.
We were in the unit for almost 2 weeks and in that time we did not have a full clean nor did we have a change of bed linen even though we made several requests.
The floor in the unit was vacuumed only once and only done when we were in the unit and requested it from the maid. Because we didn't have regular service we ran out of toilet paper, tissues and clean towels and had to find a maid to supply them.
I personally have owned time shares in the past and have never experienced such a lack of diligence before, so I obviously have something to refer to.
