The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc.

I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.

But if you don't have an e-bike or anything similar no issues with the apartment.

No aircon in main area only a small aircon in bedroom which was noisy very very hot until about 4pm each day. Had two ceiling fans with noisy bearings. Bed pillows were huge and hard and bed had no bedspread just cheap polyester blanket. Was above restaurant and street noise was bad until late each night. Staff wete friendly

Overall, it was good, bit tired looking. Kitchen wasn't brilliant, unfortunately no dishwasher and not well stocked. It was only a 3 night stay, so didn't really impact us, but I wouldn't chose here for a longer stay.

The apartment we were given, 501 was on the top floor overlooking the beach area. A balcony provided outside space with the great view to people watch. Dinning options were wide entailing only a few minutes walk. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Caloundra. Well done to the Belaire team

Fantastic rooms, very spacious and clean. There are everal streaming services available on TV and ability to log into your personal account on a couple of other platforms (ideal for us as weather was very wet during our stay). Free to air channels are all available as well. Very close to restaurants, coffee and beach. Shopping precinct is very handy as well. Major supermarkets are probably 2 to 3 km away. Check in and departure were very easy.

This is the second time we have stayed at Belaire place. The staff are great, it is beautifully clean, and the apartments are very spacious. The kitchen appliances in our unit were older than I would have liked, but the overall experience offers great value, in a superb location. Recommended.

Great choice in Caloundra.

We had a top floor apartment with great views. Checkin was easy and the apartment was very spacious and in perfect condition. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided and cleanliness could not be faulted. We particularly enjoyed the spacious deck with it's views over the ocean. Would stay here again.

Good location

Property is older style but in pretty good condition. It is very close to waterfront, shopping area and walking distance to other beaches eg Kings, Moffat, Shelly, Golden (if you like a nice stroll).

Kitchen has basic equipment, enough for a few days, with bar fridge, microwave, hot plates and oven. No instructions or information book provided, so needed to use prior knowledge to work out the hot plates/oven/grill only worked if stove timer was on!

Bed was comfortable but only made up with sheets on, so had to use blankets in cupboard, which were on the small side for a king size bed. No doona provided. Widows do not have screens so would need to use heating/cooling more than necessary as you couldn’t open them very far (they had locks set only a few inches from closed position). Likewise sliding doors did not have screens, so could not be left open and not very eco-friendly.

Excellent location. Older style unit. It was clean and tidy though.
No insect screens on the windows or doors so had to close up at night to keep the bugs out.
It could do with a new comfortable lounge.

Great location. Easy to walk and easy parking for driving further out into Sunshine Coast. Unit had everything we needed and was fine. Only bad point was the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t very good and there wasn’t the option for new towels so your bathroom towels didn’t dry and had to keep using wet towels.

Lots of space in a great spot

Spacious apartment in brilliant location with beautiful ocean views. Aircon in loungeroom only, so need to keep bedroom door open to cool room on hot nights. Building is old but clean and tidy. As is the case with older buildings, the acoustics are not great, you can easily hear people on the street below and walking around on the floor above. On-site parking and helpful staff made for an easy stay.

The property is old style but beautifully kept. Staff very friendly. The only thing I was concerned about was the fact there was no security on the windows as in a child could easily fall out. My 4y.o. grandson visited and before I realised he had the window opened and was trying to hang out. It certainly scared me. Maybe some sort of lock on them would be good.

The location was excellent only a stones throw away from the beautiful Bulcock Beach. We were greeted warmly and given useful information. Unfortunately we found the accommodation very dated. The bedroom curtains had holes the lighting especially at night is very poor in the bathroom/bedroom for applying make-up. We could hear other guests use the toilet in the middle of the night. And being asked to remove rubbish and wash dishes was the last thing we expected especially as we were on holiday and had an early morning flight out of Brisbane.
We won’t return to Belaire Place in the future.

The apartment is an older style apartment with plenty of room in the living areas and bedroom. Well equipped and very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with plenty of storage. Great location right next door to Tides Restaurant and lovely views over Bulcock Beach. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Close to many cafes and restaurants. The food and drink voucher for the RSL Club was a great bonus which we used. Food was good there.

It was a good place to stay. However we felt hastled by the duty manager ringing us to ask what time we would be arriving. He was told the first time it would be 5pm and he then rang again to ask what time we would be arriving. We thought this was a reasonable time to arrive - office hours. An update is needed to their information on WOTIF as they are definitely not available until 7pm at night.

Might suggest changing the carpets in the common areas like hallways as they are quite worn.

The hotel staff were lovely and so helpful. Providing information about the local restaurants etc. The view was wonderful and so close to shops and restaurants. The car park was secure and undercover . The room was clean and the linen and towels were good quality . We had a little issue with the overnight temperature in the bedroom. The air conditioner works well in the main area but the overhead fan in the bedroom did nothing on the hot night and the air conditioner wasn’t strong enough to cool the bedroom as well as the main area. I am not sure there is a solution but worth mentioning. Overall very happy with the accomodation .
