This hotel is a jewel. It is just 10 min driving from Blaubeuren. It is probably not more than 3 years old so in great condition. The room (suite) is very spacious, has a separate sitting area and a balcony. It is sparkling clean and well equipped (a better looking carpet would have been fantastic). Staff is super friendly and efficient. Check-in took me literally 2 minutes. The food menu is limited but the food quality is VERY good (not to mention the beer). I am only passing bye so I only stayed one night. But the bed, pillows and sound proofing were great. Oh, and the AC... definitely a blessing when there’s 30-35 C° outside.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean, state-of-the-art, and very nice. We were only sorry we stayed here for just two days. The breakfast is very good, and the restaurant has very nice dishes for reasonable prices. It was very convenient and easy to get to Ulm from the hotel.

The hotel is nicely decorated located in a quiet residential area. Upon arrival the young lady at reception very rushingly went through the check in process so she could continue to talk and giggle with colleagues, I asked about the facilities available I.e restaurant and she replied in a very unhelpful manner.
Also I thought visa was a world wide payment method and could not pay for food.
At checkout they tried to charge me the full amount again and the lady had me waiting for 20min when I was in a rush to catch a flight.
I would not recommend this place.

The hotel is wonderful, it’s a small city and was there for business. Beds were extremely comfortable and hotel is very clean. They do not have staff on site past 10 pm and I received a call directly before my arrival with instructions for accessing my key card after hours. Wonderful service.

The small town has very good air and temperature. And MUST TRY their restaurant! It's very good. No need to go else where... The free breakfast is also some best I've ever tasted! I can not say enough good things about the staff and overall ammentities at this hotel. What a gem! Laundry was return same day! Meals including breakfast were fresh and well prepared. Atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I worked in Erbach during my stay and it was only a short drive. If you are staying in the area don’t miss the opportunity to relax at this hotel. Thanks to everyone for a great 2 weeks.

Clean, bright, modern hotel, just in the middle of a housing estate. Don't be put off, the hotel itself is really good. The rooms are spacious and modern, the restaurant and bar are excellent. You can't fault the hotel. Would go back.

Small expensive room. The positive side is a comfortable room and the kitchen staff was very helpful. They helped us more than the front desk. The ledge above the toilet was dirty. I should have booked a hotel in Heidenheim for the same amount...at least it had a swimming pool.

Dit is absoluut een top hotel. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Geweldig simpele check-in. Qua kamer ook top! Schoon, goed bed, schone badkamer, nette wc. Het ontbijt is compact, maar degene die het regelt is heel vriendelijk. Komt netjes vragen wat je graag wil drinken en of die nog iets voor je kan maken. Nog nooit gezien dit. Geen je betaald te veel voor gebakken lucht van der Valk maar gewoon goed, degelijk en optimaal. Iedereen op de Hotel school moet hier verplicht op stage!

Dejligt hotel, flink personale, god morgenmad og personale der stod for morgenmad gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at hjælpe og sørge for at der hele tiden var fyldt op med mad, der blev serveret kaffe og frisk presset juice ved bordet. Skønneste og reneste hotel i den roligste lille by. Service i top, og masser af hyggekroge og stemningsmiljøer på hotellet. Dejligt også med en laderstander, da vi ankom i el-bil.

Wir waren Geschäftlich in der Ecke. Das Hotel ist ein umgebautes Seniorenheim. Leider kann man nicht ungestört ins Bad, so dass man seinen Badezimmerbesuch im Bett noch genießen darf. Auch kann man die Zimmer nicht ordentlich abdunkeln, also Top für Frühaufsteher. In der Ortschaft gibt es fussläufig nichts zu Essen. Die Hotelbar war ok, wobei die Auswahl sehr begrenzt ist.

Schönes Hotel, alles neu und sehr sauber. Ein Erlebnis sind Toilette u. Dusche, diese sind nur durch eine Glaswand, die oben und unten durchsichtig ist, vom Bett getrennt. Sehr originel, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Beim Frühstück ist alles da was man so braucht, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Müsli, Eier, sogar Lachs. Nur den Kaffee muß man sich aus der Thermoskanne selber holen. Dies könnte durch eine Kaffeemaschine, oder kleinere Thermoskannen auf dem Tisch etwas besser gelöst werden.

Wunderbares Hotel, hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Bei den heissen Temperaturen draußen war die Klimaanlage ein warmer Segen. Das Personal on beim Einchecken oder beim Frühstück ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war perfekt. Da gibt es nicht eine Sache über die ich meckern könnte. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut mit leckeren Kaffee und frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Hier komme ich gerne wieder her!

Sehr schöne Junior-Suiten, aufmerksames Personal, gutes Frühstück am Tisch (corona-bedingt zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts kein Büffet), AlbCard-Gastgeber. Im Hotel-Bistro kann man auch abends gut essen, allerdings haben wir den anderen Restaurants in Schelklingen Lokale auf dem Rückweg von unseren Ausflügen in der Umgebung vorgezogen. Schelklingen ist dabei ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren zur Ost- und West-Alb gleichermaßen.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schon eingereicht. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist absolut Gold wert. Hotel und Zimmer waren absolut sauber. Service und angebotene essen waren am ersten Tag top (vielfältige Brötchen, omlet, Obstsalat usw.) aber leider am 2. Tag ein Stück schlechter (nur Tafelbrötchen, kein omlet, kein Obstsalat) (klagen auf hohem Niveau, ich weiß).

Great hospitality. We arrived late due to problems with our car. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Junior suite was wonderfull for our family with 2 children. Everthing was spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom with rainshower.

Sonntagsfrühstück war kurz vor 10 Uhr leergefegt. Freundlichkeit im Frühstücksraum war nicht anzutreffen, nur eine Person die anscheinend weder Deutsch noch Englisch richtig verstanden hat. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, WC nicht sauber und die Tische im Frühstücksraum nicht aufgeräumt und sauber gehalten. Für eine Übernachtung okay, muss allerdings nicht nochmals buchen.

We stayed there for one night. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The kettle in the room was a saver for us since we didn’t had dinner and only brought instant noodles. The room was really clean and I loved the bathroom. It was the brightest suite we had during our whole trip in Europe. The parking was also very convenient and it’s free. We’d definitely visit again.
