The MDM Hotel is our \"go to\" in Warsaw. We often book rooms when we bring groups from the States. We love the location near the city center with plenty of nearby restaurants and good transportation options. Every time we stay, our room is a different shape or size - but always accommodating. This time, the room was quite large with views of the main plaza. The staff is always so helpful. We highly recommend the MDM Hotel.

Номер чистый, уютный, с прекрасным видом из окна, особенно в когда , В номере всё очень удобно расположено, чувствуется грамотный и профессиональный подход к организации интерьера. Особенно понравился отдельный столик-консоль для чаепития. Очень удобно, что есть питьевая, газированная и ледяная вода на выбор. Завтраки тоже очень хорошие — большой выбор блюд, фрукты и десерты -- все свежее и вкусное. Хорошее обслуживание, администраторы и персонал очень вежливые и всегда готовы помочь. Отель в центре города, много магазинов и кафе в близком доступе . Отдых удался, рекомендую!

Loved the restaurant next to the hotel:) The hotel was a good 3 star hotel, and that is all one should expect! Breakfast was good. Cocktail service was very slow. Front desk was OK. When I arrives I couldn't find the reception area... several other people had the same problem... that was a big negative!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick.

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, both hot and cold. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly, making the mornings a real treat.

My room was spotless and very comfortable. It was very quiet, the bed was great, and there was a large desk. The bathroom had a roomy shower enclosure, and there was a hair dryer over the sink. AC worked very well, as well as Wifi. The hotel looks modern and newly remodeled inside. Nice Lengren prints everywhere. There is filtered water station by the elevator, so you can fill the provided carafe and avoid using plastic bottles. One can also make tea or instant coffee in the room. The staff is super attentive and friendly. An extensive breakfast buffet for an extra charge. The location is wonderful - very close to all kinds of public transportation and restaurants, very walkable. A nice coffee shop next door, as well as a restaurant that I haven't tried. However, I can recommend WiTaj a few steps away (Vietnamese/Thai), and Groole under the gate (with filled baked potatoes).

Much nicer in real life than in pictures!

What a wonderful hotel! I would absolutely recommend staying at this place, the location is central, public transport, shops, restaurants… everything is walkable. The room was quiet, bed comfy, AC efficient.
I really liked now the decor was comfortable and unique in a good sense, the offering at breakfast was lovely as well and included Polish food, which I always look for, when travelling abroad.
My only criticism would be that at breakfast there were only wooden teaspons, like those you het with your ice-cream.

We only stayed for one night but everything about our stay was perfect. We booked at the very last minute because our Airbnb was subpar and we were very satisfied with this hotel. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, very central location downtown Warsaw, and continental buffet breakfast is included. Highly recommend.

Another stay and another great time (service is great, rooms are very clean, the beds are particularly comfortable).
The hotel was refurbished in the last few months and the bar area has a gorgeous view on Constitution Square.

Lovely hotel. So clean and feels very new. Very fair price. It's in a great location in the city center, close to shopping, transportation, and restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel is terrific and the bar area is cozy. We will book this hotel again.

p.s. you may note that I didnt say the hotel is quiet. It actually is not bad at all but it IS in the city center. You'll hear cars and trains all night long. Book your room on the back side if this is a problem. It wasn't for us.

City centre hotel with good transport links

The hotel is under going renovation and I have previously stayed there. There was some building noise in the morning. The room I stayed in was excellent very roomy. The only thing that marred my stay was a fire alarm during the night which was a false alarm due to a sensor. I would stay again but would check if renovation works had finished.

Nice hotel but not worth the price.

Lovely hotel which was very central and clean. Unfortunately the rooms were big and the heating didn't keep the rooms warm enough and they didn't have extra heaters. There was also a vile smell coming from the bathroom into the room. I presume this is why they spray that heavy perfume before you check in. Not sure if they doing some sort of cooking up on the 5th floor but everytime you walked out into the hallway you can smell food being made so was quite off putting. Personally don't think i would stay here again.

The hotel is in a remodeled old building. High ceilings, thick walls and more room than usual. The single room was very comfortable, with a desk, a fridge, and a bathroom with a large shower stall. My room was on the 2nd floor (American 3rd), and was surprisingly quiet. The location is great, just a few steps from metro station Politechnika, and in a much nicer area than the city center by the Palace of Culture. A short walk to many restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The hotel itself has a good coffee shop and there is a popular restaurant in the same building.
The only problem I experienced was the morning of the check-out. After I had coffee downstairs, I was locked out of my room even though it was 3 hours before check-out time. It took a while to get the problem solved.

Everything about this hotel met and exceeded my expectations. The Deluxe room was amazing, spacious, clean, comfortable with a great view of the city. the room had a living room with a couch and a work desk, which was very convenient. The hotel staff was courteous, polite and helpful during check in and during our stay. Location was the best with great access to public transportation as well as walking distance to key attractions. It is a very convenient location. Great breakfast buffet. Few rooms on my floor were undergoing a small wc renovation. What was ok. However, I was very unhappy with my breakfast to go. Twice a day before my morning flight, I have asked for breakfast to go without drinks and fruits but for sandwiches on DARK bread. What I got, sandwiches on WHITE BREAD.

Excellent location in the city center, right on the opposite side of Constitution square ! Good breakfast and staffs ,. Minutes to get bus to everywhere, can't find better value for the room price in nowhere with the spotless clearness condition of the hotel. Will highly recommend to families and friends for sure !
