Hotel is nice, staff not so much

The hotel itself is nice, the rates are good and the location is good. It takes a long time to get served for a drink at the bar, even when there are no other customers and the bar staff are just stood doing nothing. The reception staff are also rude. However the hotel was clean and very comfortable. We would stay again but only due to the ibis brand.

Hotel for one night in Warsaw, we had a car & was easy to find, we didn’t eat here, we ate breakfast 5 mins away at McDonald’s for half the price.
Another hotel that thinks it’s ok to charge high prices to park outside, 55 pln this time, we parked across the road to avoid this charge.

The lady receptionist had attitude issue. She was talking to me like I've been at this hotel before and knew all about it. The car park is 80zł a night,which I find very expensive cause the hotel is not even in city center. 2 bottles of water in a room. No hot drinks. Basic

We stayed in the hotel for almost 2 weeks and like this place. It is very convenient for someone new to Warsaw: closer to bus routes, grocery store, parking is available for residents too. Building, outside area, cafe zone and corridors are clean and look nice. Room is simple but cozy. There was some issue with the sewer in the shower, but generally for this price and fully booked Warsaw right now it was not too bad.
Staff is amazing!
Especially Hania (housekeeper) and Zlata (cafe area). They made our staying in this hotel feels like home. Very friendly and hardworking ladies!

Tired but value for money

Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, it’s just looking a little bit tired and the rooms are very basic. It’s a good base for me in Warsaw when in business so will continue to use it.

Ok for business in the area

When in Warsaw I always stay at this hotel as it is close to the offices. It is quite a basic hotel but very clean and comfortable bedding. I would recommend it for business staying if you need to be around this area. Otherwise you could be better off looking at another hotel closer to the centre.

Warsaw is a great city with history in abundance. Book into this hotel and meet the friendly staff, have a clean room and use the fantastic transport links to see both the tourist areas and those not in the guides.

Brilliant stay

An excellent hotel with multilingual staff who are friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Now, this isn't in the town centre of Warsaw, but this actually makes your stay even better as you get to see more the the surrounding area when travelling on the uber punctual and quite frankly spoilt for choice public transport - make the most of by buying a 72 hour public transport ticket for the princely sum of 36 zloty. I say 72 hour as it does not start until you validate it on first use. So get your bags packed and experience this wonderful country and the culture, history, sights etc it has to offer. Then go home and plan the next trip!

Good if you need to be in the area

I use this hotel every time I visit Warsaw because it is in the proximity of the office. It does the work for me, clean, quite comfortable, nice staff (EN is not so popular apart from front desk), restaurant downstairs and 2min away from shopping mall. Apart from this, the area is "poor", nothing to do/visit and far away from city centre and airport.

Hotel is off the beaten track but the local public transit is great and there is an auchon hypermarket 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel has a good restaurant. It's really a 4 star hotel at a 2 star price.

Simple pleasure at this OK hotel.

an ok hotel with few special features but that's fine as long as the bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the room pleasantly cool to sleep in. Towels were overlooked for my room one night so I ended up using pillow covers to dry myself when I realised I had no alternatives!! Food simple and tasty and good value - the staff friendly and helpful. Take a room not overlooking the very busy main road into Warsaw city centre if you want to open your window at night.

Nice hotel for short time stay on the way. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean and with nice beds. Location near the highway, so easy to reach if you enter Warsaw and want top leave next day. Parking is available on site, but for extra charge.
Breakfast offer is quite limited.

Everything you need

Good enough Budget hotel

Happy with it for time stayed apart from a bad smell that appeared daily when you returned to the room. Possibly the drain pipes causing the bad smell!

Family Vacation to Warsaw

Hotel location was about 30 min bus ride to the center of the city, there were plenty of buses coming every few minutes, and at the cost of 4.4 zt, you could say it was very cost effective.

IBIS Experience

We have stayed several times for quite a few days and each time have grown fonder of the Hotel. The only drawback is the food menu - restrictive and quite expensive - eg Coffee 14ZL

5 days in warsaw

i stayed in that hotel for 5 days. check in and out were very fast. the working staff are bilingual all speaking english very well. the bad thing is that they don't care at all to help you. if you know warsaw, then it is not a problem and the hotel is considered average. but if not, don't expect a real support. i asked once from where i may buy bus tickets and they didn't care to show and tell me. just in no concern, they said go to the mall and ask there. in the mall they were not selling bus tickets and i had to walk to other hotel where my friend was staying and we bought the tickets from the helpful persons in the reception of the hotel.

Der Aufenthalt für 2 Tage war ok. Die Zummer waren zwar frisch gestrichen ( hatte noch Malerkrepp am Schrank), aber der Boden hatte starke Gebrauchsspuren und der Türrahmen vom Bad war aufgequollen. Das Bett war hart. Da ich noch ein zweites Bett hatte, hab ich dann beide Matratzen übereinander gelegt, dann war es gut. Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch.

Personal spricht nicht sehr viel mit Kunden, Licht in der Lobby wurde einfach ausgeschaltet, obwohl man mit Getränk noch da sitzt, Barservice quasi nicht vorhanden. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig sauber, zum Schlafen ok, Familienurlaub würde ich hier nicht verbringen. Lage eher unspektakulär, aber das ist hier auch nicht entscheidend.

Even below average. They charge extra fees even though they do not write, warn or inform anywhere. They took money as parking fee. When I asked why there is no such information for parking even though there is extra payment information for things like breakfast, they did not care at all. The rooms are extremely small, it is very difficult to even walk inside. They did not make the beds. They left the duvet covers and we made our own bed. There is no trace of ibis quality. It is like a knock-off of ibis. Breakfast is ok. Never again.

Pidin tästä hotellista ja voin suositella muillekin. Monipuolinen aamiainen, henkilökunta todella palvelualtista, huoneet siistejä ja on hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä.

Ainoa miinus oli meluisuus, joka vähän häiritsi etenkin nukkumaan mentäessä. Silti muihin hyviin puoliin nähden on hyvä hotelli.

С заботой о вашем комфорте

Отель очень понравился, обслуживание на рецепции и кухне на высшем уровне. Мы прилетели с котом, поэтому обычный график уборки нам не был удобен, на рецепции нам предложили удобный для нас график, чтоб мы могли на 15 мин закрыть кота в переноске. Горничные очень приветливые. Отдельно стоит сказать про качество уборки номеров. Убирают ежедневно:меняют постель, ванные принадлежности(по вашему желанию), очень хорошо вымывают весь номер. В общем, уборка, тоже, на высшем уровне. Сам номер очень удобный. По всему отелю есть WiFi - работает отлично. Так же, удобный холл и двор отеля. Можно поставить машину на парковку. Рядом с отелем 2 торговых центра, Ашан.

Из минусов только то, что к нашему приезду, на климат-контроле было выставлено 16градусов, дня 2 было холодно в комнате.

В общем, впечатления от отеля замечательные, мы и наш четвероногий любимец, чувствовали себя как дома :)

Bekvämt men långt från city

Bodde här som synskadad. Lite långt ifrån centrum, det tog ca 30min att ta sig in med spårvagn. Bekvämt rum men obekväm säng - förlorade mycket sömn. Motorvägar utanför, men lite brus. Personalen var hjälpsam men lite fientlig. Mycket bra frukost med både varma och kalla rätter. Tycker på det hela att hotellet var bra.
