This place is the best in the area. While we prefer our beds softer and these mattresses are very hard, that is the only complaint. Excellent customer service- they event mailed my laptop that I left behind. Would recommend.

There is no spa. It was a separate business-you have to pay extra and you can not charge it to your room. This establishment is simply a hotel masquerading as \"LePrince Hotel & Spa\" It's a lie and the manager brought up \"we offer parking, breakfast, and conference rooms\" when I said it was deceitful marketing. What do any of those things have to do with the lack of a spa? Book somewhere else, this place is a joke.

Lovely, well-located Hotel

Lovely hotel, recently refurbished and handy for shops, restaurants, bars and the cathedral and old town. Parking was available for a reasonable fee and staff were flexible and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was also very good. Would certainly stay here again when in Le Mans.

Quiet room though central and close to good food.

We had a room above the art place and thought that everyone opposite can see right in, but that whole side had reflective glass, so that was perfect, plus the room was so quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. What we loved the most was the central location (so an easy walk into town and over to the old city) but the courtyard next door had a wonderful buzz and filled with a selection of amazing food!

Great eating options just outside. Overall a fabulous location with wonderful staff. We were on the 4th floor so needed to go up a curved staircase which was difficult to carry heavy bags (we are on a 51 day tour!). Staff helped us on arrival but we were on our own for departure. If you stay on the 3rd floor or lower, it is elevator accessible.

This hotel was our last stop enroute home to the UK from The Algarve. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable but there are no dining options other than an Ubereats style app for food delivery. As it was Easter Sunday everywhere was closed so we struggled to find a delivery option. The surrounding are is full of bars and restaurants so I’m sure on any other day this would have been a bustling city with plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby.

Communication could be better!

Room 109 was dark, smaller than photos lead you to believe, bed was comfy. No hand washing basin in toilet which meant you had to leave toilet and walk to shower room. The bed is positioned directly in full view of the corridor when the door is opened not screened at all. Fire alarm went off and we left the building as expected. Not one staff member engaged with us about it, we had to ask if it was a false alarm.
On arrival I asked if there was a restaurant, told No. However the stay included breakfast for our 2 night stay. We were never informed of this so missed out on Breakfast both days. Good location and secure car park mane it a good spot. Should have been told about breakfast though.

The grounds are stunning. We were greeted by a peakcock and peahens. We saw swans and horses from our balcony as well as a view of Mont Saint Michel.

It’s not a hotel. It’s a family home and they request you don’t eat or drink in the rooms. They don’t have irons etc., but are very gracious and the breakfast is phenomenal.

Location was great, plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walk to the old town. Staff went out of their way to help. Our room was upgraded ,but we found it rather dark and found it difficult to get ready. All in all would recommend this hotel.

The Gem of Le Mans

Only stayed one night but good looking room, well appointed and in the center of the city. Easily walkable to everything and I noticed a part of the Porsche driving experience. Highly recommend for those going to Le Mans

Everything you want from a good hotel.
Good quality mattress and pillows, mood lightening, toilet separate from bathroom, nespresso coffee machine, good inexpensive breakfast, many restaurants outside the hotel, parking was cheap and onsite.
The hotel is inside an old convent. It has a romantic/historic ambience.

Stayed several times in this hotel. Sadly the most recent visit was not as positive. Arrived at 1pm and told our rooms would not be ready until 3pm which was fine but with torrential rain outside we were not offered refreshments or somewhere to change out of our soaked travelling clothes. Rooms overlooking the front of the hotel are fine but the rooms overlooking the rear light well are very dark as only limited lighting provided.

Fantastic stylish hotel

This hotel is a converted palace, but very contemporary. We had a suite, it was massive, and stylish with a superb bed - must be emporer size! The bathroom was an old chapel, it all had the wow factor. We slept better than we could imagine, the room was very dark and extremely quiet, we loved it! We didn't use the spa unfortunately, there was a charge for it which I think was a bit much to charge customers. It is right in the centre of Le Mans, next to a fabulous quare of restaurants, and also the tram

Le chambre était agréable et l'emplacement de l'hotel est son gros plus.
Hotel où je sejourne depuis plusieurs années, pour participer aux PEC et rouler sur le circuit Bugatti.
J'ai téléphoné pour reserver deux places de stationnement \"en haut\" qui m'ont été confirmées.
En arrivant surprise, les places \"en haut\" sont reservées aux véhicules éléctriques. Obligation de se stationner \"en bas\" alors que des vehicules non electriques sont stationnées \"en haut\". C'est l'anarchie. Le clou du spectacle est lors du départ à 7h20 de s'apercevoir que les vehicules ne sont meme pas branchés sur les bornes, la recharge se fait elle par bluetooth !?

Expérience très dégradée pour moi de devoir se stationner sur le parking en contre bas quand des places sont bloquées pour des véhicules non branchés !
