We had a good stay overall, we started on the wrong foot by sleeping on the 4th floor, renovation going on,painting smell. Our mattress was badly stain, but the rest of the room was clean.

Very basic room, but good location as literally 5 minutes walk to the shops / bars. Pebble dashed walls inside the room, toilet making a noise. Had to ask for 2 extra pillows as so thin. Stopped here after a long drive and disappointed but it is a great price

Main entrance lets the property down. But once upstairs, the aesthetic improves and the rooms are compact but modern, clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Not much in the immediate area. Limited parking available along adjacent streets. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Good value.

A quick overnight stay in central Le Mans. Ibis was easy to navigate to, nice building, clean and quiet room with decent bathroom & very helpful and polite reception staff. On-street parking was available even though its right in the City centre. Amazing value (below €40) for a quick visit. I'll use it again for sure. Recommended.

We arrived very late, we knew what to expect as we had previously stayed. In an ibis budget. The gentleman on reception was very polite, the building was quite shabby but easy find. Lack of parking but that may be because we didn't park in the right place maybe. The room was basic but clean and comfy. The desk was manned 24hours so no issue with check in. We paid the extra 6.60€ for breakfast, again basic but fresh and filling. I would use ibis budget again. Espe ially after a long day driving. The bathroom was clean, the shower was hot, no insects. We had room 402. Double bed with bunk bed over the top. It's fine fir a quick stop over. The room had a TV, it was 2am when we arrived so don't know if it worked or not. Easy key drop at check out and slept like a baby

Ok hotel it was budget for sure but at E54 what more can you ask. The room had a double bed with a bunk over it. I ended up sleeping in the bunk as my child wasn’t happy.... if you have ever slept in a Scania truck you will at home here. The air con unit was next to the bunk and reminded me of nights in sleeper cabs with refrigerated trailers attached!!!!

Good sized room, clean and functional shower room. Aircon & double glazed. We had a room for 2adults and a child and the bunk bed over the top of the double bed was perfectly adequate for a 1 night stopover. The only disappointment was no kettle in the room.

We were in the middle of a road trip so we stopped our car near the entrance of the hotel. There were stairs right after the entrance no matter you want to go up or down. We took our 4 big luggage down a flight of stairs to their reception, which was next to an elevator. It was better when we left as we were then able to park inside the gated parking where we didn't need to lift luggage across stairs.
We were assigned two rooms next to each other. One of them was an accessible room which double if the size of the other room.
In the smaller room, there was a shower area with a glass door which couldn't be closed completely. It means that when showering, water spilled outside easily. It's just one night so we didn't bother to change and we don't think it's gonna be any difference in another room.
And since we needed some fresh air in a stuffy room, we tried to open the window. However, it has a very smooth hinge that it wouldn't just stay at the position we desired but instead just swung wide open. We didn't need to open it this big because on the 1/F, our windows actually faced right at the pathway outside where we could hear people chatting loudly or even smell the cigarette they smoked.
Nonetheless, we appreciated that the hotel assigned us a bigger room especially when we have a small kid. And that the rooms are much better lit than the other ibis we stayed in Avranches.

FD closes at 9pm. They have closed parking but upon arrival is not inmedeately visible; so I parked on the street and then have to go and move my car. Fortunately I got there 30 min before the FD clerk left so someone could explain me all the details about the Hotel. Room was small but clean. I could had used more electrical plugs to charge my devices. In all honesty; I cant complain; you get what you pay for!

Sinon on voit que l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation mais c'est très correct pour le prix. Il manque cependant un peu coin pour fumeurs à l'extérieur ..

Expérience très désagréable : la chambre est froide car la fenêtre est restée ouverte (il fait 0°C dehors), le chauffage est en panne. A la réception, la personne présente (elle même emmitouflée sous un plaid et avec un chauffage d'appoint) nous dit que c'est normal, que les femmes de ménage ne ferment pas les fenêtres, et que le chauffage est en panne… Elle fait ce qu'elle peut pour trouver 2 pauvres couvertures d'une propreté discutable ! Idem pour la salle de bain, on a réservé pour 3 personnes, mais seulement une serviette dans la salle de bain… Petit déjeuner gratuit mais plus que basique, et télé à fond et sur CNEWS pour mal commencer la journée ! Hôtel à éviter !

Nous avons apprécié notre passage dans cet hôtel. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans les alentours de l’hôtel. Le personnel est à l’écoute. Seul probleme est le petit déjeuner !!! Nous ne parlons pas ici du choix offert car nous savions a quoi nous attendre mais sur le fait qu’il n’y en a pas eu 3 fois sur nos 5 nuits avec comme excuse qu’ils n’avaient pas été livré. 1 fois ok mais pas 3 matins de suite. Cependant nous reviendrons volontiers (avec nos croisants et notre pain) car l’hôtel est pratique pour visiter Le Mans.
