Such an unexpected delight to stay here in Weston-super-Mare. Smart property, super-clean. The attention to detail in the public areas was perfectly matched by the bedrooms. Truly excellent. According to Expedia I’m in the top 10 of travellers in the UK and I’ve gotta say for a small hotel. My room was spacious. Warm clean breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent. I would 100% stop here again. Wi-Fi works well. Phone reception is good. Parking can be a little bit tight that is the only complaint.

What a delightful hotel! From the welcoming emails sent before our stay to the warm welcome on our arrival I have nothing but praise. Our room was at the very top of the hotel with a spectacular view of the bay below. There was a variety of tasty treats with the tea and coffee, the bed was very comfortable and the shower room was bright and spacious. Breakfast was delicious...cooked to order and everything personalised. Perfect poached eggs and bacon served with a smile. The decor of the whole hotel was quirky with special touches such as traditional board games and interesting ornaments. On warmer days there is a little balcony. A bar is also available. Throughout our stay in all areas there was the attention to detail which makes a stay special. The location is perfect with both the sea and town within easy reach and free parking is available in both the hotel and on the street. Would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who really seemed to care about giving us the best time.

Hotel is located top of a slight hill but is central to access beach, town, walks. Really lovely decor with an unusual vibe if you look. Friendly owner, staff, great breakfast, filter coffee and more.

Booked a sea view room but on arrival the owner gave us the option of going to another room as the original one had just had a window replaced. In fairness we were able to look at other rooms first but wouldn’t have stayed in the original one anyway as it smelled strongly of putty and was cold. However we were charged an extra £25 to move, and there was damp on two walls when the curtains were pulled back in the room we stayed in. The water pressure on the electric shower was also very low.
Breakfast was nice, but not worth the £25 charge.
Overall its a nice hotel and 5 minutes from the front, but overpriced for what you get.

We had a nice sized room (number11) which was let down by the bathroom. This was situated in the eaves with a sloping roof which meant that we had to be careful not to hit our heads when using the toilet.
There was a weird bath configuration which meant that it was impossible to use the shower.
We had a good welcome and there were extras such as a well stocked hospitality tray, including biscuits and bottles of water.
The breakfasts were excellent with table service but we were offered top ups of toast and coffee.
There was good communication prior to our stay.
Car parking is virtually non existent if the hotel is full with space for three cars only and the surrounding roads were quite congested.
There was a weird bath configuration which meant that it was impossible to use the shower.

We wanted a quiet hotel, comfortable, close to the centre so we could walk in, and with parking (there isn't much parking but on road free parking is also close by). It ticked all those boxes. Breakfast was good (I'm writing as a vegetarian - but I'm sure meat eaters were well catered for), and the hotel owners and staff were lovely and helpful. Thank you, Andrew and Sara. Our room was extremely comfortable and had a place to sit and admire the sea views. A+++++

Excellent value! A friendly, welcoming, traditional hotel. Nice rooms, superb shower and a sea view (though oblique). Excellent breakfast, I recommend their poached haddock but the \"full English\" is very filling.

Queenswood hotel was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. We Enjoyed our time at the Queenswood Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a lovely room with a Seaview and and an extra sitting room. The host was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble we were very fortunate to also have some very friendly guests. Weston-super-Mare was a really wonderful and pleasant experience there was so much to do we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we had the perfect weather to match. We will most definitely be returning to stay at the Queenswood Hotel.

The hotel is characterful and attractive, clean and contemporary in its decor, with large comfortable rooms and professionally run. The breakfasts are generous and freshly cooked to order. The rooms with a sea view really do have great views over the town, pier and beach.
There is a small forecourt and free parking on the adjacent steep road, but parking wasn't a problem when we stayed there.

This property was perfect when I visited it 18 months ago. Upon my visit in the last few days, I discovered it has been re-furbished to an exceptionally high standard. The building is glorious, and the interior is very tastefully decorated. Bathrooms are very spacious. More than that is the welcome everyone gets from the owner. I previously travelled on my own, and was made to feel at ease. This time I took my 85 year old Dad, and we both felt very comfortable at this truly amazing hotel. The breakfast alone is worth a second visit!

This hotel has been refurbished and offers a lovely, quiet and safe place to enjoy the seasisde. Though not on the front but in a residential area, it is no distance to walk to the beach and the town. here is a smll car park which we used each day of our stay. The personal service by the family was good, and created a friendly environment, including free little hotel 'rock' sweets with the name through!

Great hotel, we will definitely visit again. Location, views, room, friendly staff and the filling breakfast all cannot be faulted. Only things to be aware of, but not wary of.... The hill down to the seafront, not especially steep, but just know to expect it and minimal parking at the hotel..but on street parking is plentiful and free, we parked right outside both days, so don't let that put you off staying in this wonderful hotel.
