The rooms were average, but several maintenance issues were noticeable. There were broken tiles and a damaged health faucet in the bathroom. The room also lacked convenient features such as a USB charging port or an international power socket. Additionally, the water fountain and the surrounding area in the backyard were poorly maintained. Overall, it did not feel like good value for money.

The room was clean, spacious and consistently cool so I didn't need to use the fan at all. There was ample supply of hot water for bathing, and the meal promotion at the coffee house were very reasonable compared to other hotels of the same quality

Not too bad a stay, value for money

Location is not too bad, up in the hill with a short walk from the main street, shuttle bus is provided frequently. Breakfast is ok, I would say slightly above average. The room is a bit old and antique, well it is a Heritage hotel isn't it! I do find that the reception collect a deposit of RM$100 is meaningless, they will just return back to you anyway, and the refund process for my case took close to 10min, apparently the reception can't locate my deposit with my RM$100 bill. (Yes they found it somewhere)

The cleanses was a big issue upon arrival. There was a supper long golden hair on the bedsheets covered up by the blanket. The cups didn't look like being washed? Servicing was good, could make changes accordingly. Tks

- No real welcome when we got there to check in
- No gym as advertised. Machines mostly broken except for 2 exercise bikes and 1 cross trainer. This does not constitute a gym. When I flagged it with the reception I was told it would be fixed that evening; which it wasn’t, then the following day was told it would be done then which it wasn’t. I explained to the reception that we booked that hotel specifically as it had a gym and were unhappy with the situation and just got blank stares.
- Plates of food left in corridor for 24 hours plus; I believe this hotel is wildly understaffed
- Place was just in generally poor condition. Needs some investment soon or I don’t think it will be around for long with the ongoing development in the area.

The room was dirty and uncomfortable. We upgraded and the 1st room had a wet carpet and smelled. Finally, we got a satisfactory room.
The breakfast was poor and kept running out of food.

Our room was dirty and in poor condition, we paid for an upgrade and the new room had a wet smelly carpet. Finally we got a room that was acceptable.
Hotel is tired and needs work doing to it. The breakfast wasn’t very good and unfortunately we would not return to this hotel.

I don’t want to say this but the experience I had I don’t want anyone else to have so here it goes. It was awful- ruined my entire trip to the point I had to cut it short. The hotel is filthy. Our first room’s bathroom had black mold. I contacted the front desk and Expedia- they first said they would clean it and no one came. Then after a long time finally I contacted them again and they said that they would offer another room. The other two rooms we saw were also not great and one of the other ones also had black mold so I went with the one that seemed ok.

At night we noticed the headboard which had a layer of dirt. The pillows smelled like wet dog and we couldn’t handle it. Then to top it off it felt really eerie so we kept one of the lights on but were kind of scared, then went to sleep.

In the morning we decided that there was no way for us to continue and cut the whole trip short as these issues were too much for us and we really didn’t want to keep changing rooms or hotels as we had a lot of luggage.

Just beware- some of the staff is nice and some is just not. Hassle to try to talk them into refunding anything as I had paid for 3 days and Expedia said it was up to the hotel.

The facilities are abit old but functioning. I wished they provided better room slippers. The floor is really cold especially at night. Also, the ironing board is shared amongst the level/hotel, which is a first for me. Really wish that there were hooks in the toilet for me to hang my clothes. The hotel is on top of the hill, so please hail a taxi from the bus terminal especially if you have luggage! (Cost 15RM)

This hotel needs renovating & some new staff. Our first room had a lot of ants so we were moved to a room that had fewer ants. Service was not available in the lounge areas, the bar was closed & the "fitness centre" was just a few treadmills.

Most of the staff were rude, particularly to my wife. Only one woman at the front desk was pleasant.

We had a great stay in this hotel and we upgraded our room that had a fantastic view of the hills and the village. The room simply massive and it was so relaxing just sitting in the balcony enjoying the wonderful view. The only problem we had was the television being too loud and we could not adjust the volume of the sound and the cover for the handset of the tv conrol was missing. We informed the front desk but they did not do anything about it. We had not attempted to turn the tv on again. The food in the restaurant not good. We had wonderful Tandoori chicken meals down in a restaurant in he village. We were able to buy fruits from the fruit stalls next to the car park which is on the way to the hotel up the hill.

Hotel all the carpet is dirty including the public area and rooms. Coffee Stain in the room carpet not remove or clean.

Very bad impression about the cleanliness. Must have big improvement cleaning change all new carpet.

Breakfast choice not much too few options. Not recommend people come to stay again.

I was quite shocked and disappointed upon first walking into the room but it could be because I was used to the standard of 4-star hotels. The room was fairly large but without many furniture so it looked quite empty and eerie especially at night. The lift looked like a factory lift. The tap in the bathtub first released yellowish water but the water was clean afterwards. The room cleaning service do not clean the toilet thoroughly enough, especially the bathtub. There were stains that I had to rub away myself. However, for its price, it was alright. It was still overall pretty comfortable and livable but just don’t expect too much like I did. The balcony and view were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. It was overall still a good experience. Also, it was within walking distance to many shops. It wasn’t necessarily in the town center of Cameron Highlands but a good location nevertheless.

Property is in a good location with good reviews. It could be really nice if it was kept up. Malaysian definition of clean is a bit lower than Europe/American. Old and dinggy Hotel in need of refurbishment

Condition of hotel was old and dinggy, electrical MCB in the room was expose / plastic casing fallen off. Although it's in the closet, there is still Risk of electrocution.

Carpet on floor was stained and smells. Bed linen was clean, however can smell the old / diggy pillow beneath it.

The hotel seriously needs a make over / refurbishment.

this hotel really good in terms of friendly staff, food, and the room.
BUT one thing that I want to highlight is when we enter the room suddenly got sound from outside. This sound really disturbs our rest time since we drive all the way from KL. Got staff from maintenance to some work drill outside. Do you know right how drill sound like?
Hope management hotel please alert on this issue, especially during guest check-in time.

The property location is lovely. Off the main road. Quite and nice balcony view. Easy check in and checkout. Fantastic breakfast. Pleasant and friendly staff.
Housekeeping, however, needs some help. The rooms were okay after cleaning but never any towels. Had to call to get them both days. Also, second room for our tour driver had a dirty top bedsheet. Our full-length mirror had dried dripping goo on it. Having interacted with the housekeeping staff, they are pleasant, willing, and able. I blame management for poor skills training and/or supervision.

The name says a bit too much about this place. It is really old and not well maintained! The rooms are old, not suited with many plugs and with furniture from the middle of the last century. The cleanliness of the place was really poor. The carpet flooring felt gross at times and the sheets when we arrived had stains on them. In the bathroom we spited many hairs and the walls were a bit moldy as well. All in all a really run down place in a good location with friendly staff.

We enjoyed our short visit to Cameron Highlands. The hotel unfortunately did not live totally up to the standards we expected on our special holiday. We could have stayed elsewhere and had a better time. The manager on duty made it a little better. But we shouldnt have had to jump through hoops. Great location but the staff was less than perfect for our special occasion.

I spent 2 nights here with my bf and hoped it would be the great vacation in cameron during holiday. But it was not. The We chose King bed instead of 2 single beds but hotel said the special request is based on actually condition and we need to pay extra rm80 per night if want to upgrade to King bed 🙄. If that then dont put option in your advertisement lah.
Then, when we took room, no towers at all. At night went back with super cold weather, i showered at 2:30am and ... half way no hot water ...
next day wake up, it was super noisy as outside Kids running n screaming for the whole morning. And no any hotel staffs go n remind their parents.
Location is so so as need to drive out to town, cant walk. Only thing is it close to jungle, nature Scene.
