What a lovely stay at Newberry Beach Lodge. The property itself is lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Christopher was an outstanding host, great communication and very helpful as well as cooking a great breakfast! The location and surrounding area are also wonderful and my walking boots got a good outing. I fully intend to come back for a longer stay!

Great location, the South West Coast Path goes right past the entrance. Nicely styled room and a good sized bed (King). The matress wasn't very comfortable for me, although my (much lighter) companion thought it was fine. The shower was great; hot and a good flow. The bathroom was small and needs redecorating. Breakfast was excellent.

Wholly recommend this B&B. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the accommodation is incredibly comfortable and it feels like staying with family. The breakfast is delish too. Lovely room with a lovely view. Would love to come back!

a great location, the room was a good size with a really comfy bed, the bathroom was amazing with a claw foot roll top bath big enough for two, the views from the window are amazing and listening to the water made a really easy time to sleep. We slept so well we barely made it to breakfast then to our next destination. Christopher was great, giving us lots of really good information.

What a beautifully well loved eclectic find. So much to see, the b n b is a complete treat to the eyes. Chris was an absolute gentleman and couldn't do enough for us. I had theeeee most fabulous time at Newberry Beach Lodge. I was in the area to attend a friend’s wedding and we had driven for 6 or so hours to get there...the hosts could not have made us feel more welcome, offering us wine after the long drive, lifts to the wedding venue and also to iron anything we might need. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I would absolutely love to go back if we’re ever in Devon again. Not forgetting to mention the roll top bath, the views and the breakfast!
