Im großen und ganzen ein schönes Hotel,die Zimmer sind schön und alles war sauber.Für eine Nacht war das Zimmer groß genug für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollte man sich ein größeres Zimmer buchen.Leider ist es in der Nacht nicht so ruhig da es an der Hauptstraße liegt.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich .
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für das Frühstück,man muss einen Tag vorher ankreuzen was man möchte und gleichzeitig mitteilen um wie viel Uhr man frühstücken kommt.Ich finde wenn man ein Frühstück anbietet als Buffetform ,dann sollte man es auch tun.Tipp von mir machen Sie eine kleine Karte wo drei verschiedene Frühstück drauf stehn und davon kann man sich eins auswählen.Somit haben Sie eine Übersicht ,ihrer Frühstückskosten.
Sonst kann man das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen.

Schickes kleines Hotel im Zentrum vom Baesweiler mit sauberen Zimmern, Standardmäßig ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist einerseits super, da man vieles in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann aber Spätnachts ist es im Umkreis eben auch sehr laut.

Très bel établissement. J’ai séjourné dans la bâtisse devant l’hôtel et la chambre était moderne et confortable. Le service au chambre est impeccable et la chambre était nettoyée nickel sans reproche à chaque jour. L’hôtel dispose d’un restaurant avec une belle variété de plats aux saveurs locales et autres. Malheureusement la chambre n’étant pas climatisée et se situant au 3e étage, c’était plutôt invivable avec les 30 quelques degrés à l’extérieur. Je l’ai mentionné à la personne au comptoir qui me disait être au courant de la situation puisque je n’était pas le premier qui en faisait mention. Hors il serait bien que l’hôtel fassse soit l’installation de la climatisation... soit l’achat de ventilateurs qui coutent à peine quelques euros. Bref je n’ai pas bien dormi en raison de la chaleur accablante. De plus l’hôtel possède 6 places de stationnement seulement. Dont 2 pour voitures électriques (qui sont toujours utilisés par des voitures non-électrique). Faites vite lorsqu’une place se libère. Faute de quoi vous devrez vous trouver du stationnement ailleurs et vivre avec les heures de stationnement autorisé en déplaçant votre véhicule lorsque le temps est expiré. Cela dit, je recommande l’établissement puisque le problème de clim est facilement rectifiable.

Das Zimmer war in einem sehr guten und sehr sauberen Zustand und modern eingerichtet.
Wir waren mit dem Service weitestgehend zufrieden, haben uns aber am Morgen sehr geärgert, als man uns um 10:40 Uhr das Frühstück verweigerte, welches es bis 11:00 Uhr geben sollte.
