I found this Hotel lacking in a reasonable amount of quality. Even though the hotel manager tells me that each room has hot water, my room did not have hot water. At best it was luke warm. As I was checking out of the hotel I asked to chat with the manager. The manager’s tone was clearly not friendly. In fact, she was somewhat rude and abrupt with me, which is not a positive sign for customer service and dealing with customer concern concerns. If you plan to stay at this hotel, beware it’s not going to be the most comfortable of stays.

We were very disappointed in the upkeep of the Hotel. The carpeted halls smelled wet and moldy. On the second floor, it smelled like a dog kennel. Then the room we were assigned to was at the very end of the hallway, and it was dark and scary. There was even a consistent barking dog. Then we were charged an extra $30 deposit, which I had never had to do before. The desk clerk informed that it was because of people smoking, staring at sheets, drinking, and smoking dope. The water fountain was rusted, and the carpet was dirty and smelly. Then, when we told the desk clerk we needed another room, we were charged another $20.00. I'm a handicapped person, and the desk clerk had no empathy or sympathy for my condition at all. Needless to say, we will not stay at this hotel again.

I always stay at this place when I’m in Beaumont because it is so unique, it’s like stepping outside of time, the room was modernized, very clean, wonderful maid service, outside of the room it was very clean and felt like stepping back decades. We booked the honeymoon suit because of the jacuzzi tub… When we first walked into the room (110/112) it smelt strongly of roach spray. One of the air conditioners didn’t work. We cleaned the tub first but after we filled it and turned the jets on this disgusting residue came out of the jets. We couldn’t even use it.

Hunny I stayed 4 days and would have stayed longer if my stay wasn't rudly interrupted by the so called top dog of the hotel whom seemed like she needed to prove a point made me and my ppl leave saying guest were complaining about me and my company coming in at all times of the night which was a bold face lie I was sick and ppl came to check on me and It was the same ppl no new ones I'll keep reporting this location until some type of reimbursement is given to me for being lied on and out out after I booked and paid for my room plus told family about it and they got them a room there too so who losing really the company

This place was bad!!!! Dont use this place. I was leaving the hotel and was pulled over by 3 cops. The tore apart my car had me in the back seat of the cruiser. They later let me go but i was infirmed that thaat hotel was known for prostitution and drugs. Dont go here horrible even the elevators scared my family they were rinky and felt like it was about to break with us in it

The hallways are dreary and dark with old carpeting. A nice lobby area, very inviting. The outside is very dated but it is an old hotel so that is to be expected.

The television wasn't working. The microwave was messed up inside , the wallpart was undone and hanging down.If I would 've used it , it would've blown up. I had to eat my food cold. The bathroom door was stuck opened, barely could close it. Towels in bathroom gave me a red rash on lower neck area. When you fush the toilet it comes up high , like its stopped up.

The rooms were bare, the carpet was dirty and very old and worn. They stated that it was two queen- sized beds- IT IS NOT. There are two double beds which makes a big difference when two grown adults are sharing a bed. I will definitely pick a different hotel next time.

Don't believe the pictures it is not what it looks like first they overcharged me and then treated me like I was stupid when I brought it to their attention they insisted I pay their which I was fine with but they charged normal rates when the hotels.com rate is guaranteed which is where I booked it. It wasn't until I threatened to report fraud that they came back in assured me I would receive my credit for the overcharged amount very apologetic at that point. That being said the building is falling apart the floor is flooded in the hallway I would really like to see a health inspector go through there but all in all not worth the money that you pay for the stay

Checked in Fri night when they had a wedding reception in their conference room...barely any parking for hotel customers. Shower drain was poor and did kill a roach or two. With that said, the bed was very comfortable. Price was right. I'd probably try another place if I came back to town, but would be willing to give it another try.

The room is clean and bedding are clean and comfortable. The environment was quiet. The only downside was that the first night of my stay the fire alarm went off at 5am waking me up and I couldn’t go back to sleep so it was a long tiring day for me at work. Overall it was a good experience.

I would have rated this place higher except for one major problem. Despite it being a no smoking area of the hotel, the Tennant next door was chain smoking and it was coming under our door. Was greeted by a beached cockroach at the elevator, in an ailing, unrenovated building stagnant with unconditioned air. The subpar bedding was at least clean and bug-free, but the amenities were barebones, and the hallways reeked of cigarette as the smoke-free rooms were not necessarily kept separate from others. Do not venture.
