I can honestly say the only thing about this place was the proximity to our event. The place is run down and decapitated. We couldn't sleep. We almost just stayed in our car. Strange people roaming about the parking lot at night. Every noise we heard made us look out the window to make sure nothing was happening to our car. To top it off the door to our room appeared to have been broken into on more than one occasion. Would not recommend staying there.

The day is very nice. They are always nice to me. Very good customer service only issue I ever had there was that my TV didn’t work. They came right after I was leaving the they cleaned the room out but again no one came to make sure I was ok and make sure I needed any extra blankets, wash clothes or towels. When I drop something behind the bed, I want to pull a bit out and it was very dirty like they was half cleaning things I have wipe and stuff down. I think they need to get better with the cleaning crew behind the little dresser with a TV is, it was nothing but trash back there it was very nasty. It’s a good place to go if there’s only a one nice day nothing to go to for like a vacation type thing.

I recently stayed at this Knights Inn due to a plumbing issue at home. The cost was $80/night, $88 with taxes. I was able to park right at my room.

Like most budget hotels/motels, this inn is a bit “tired” and in need of “touch-ups” – paint, molding, some furniture.

Would I stay here again? YES!
Paint and door trims are not that important if the room is clean and my room was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS! I often spill a little water on a hotel floor and wipe it up to test cleanliness. They passed. I even walked around in light colored socks which stayed clean!

My room was warm and relatively quiet despite being on a busy road (PA 309). Hot water was plentiful. My stay was during a deep-freeze with single digit and minus degree temps so a warm room and hot water were priorities!

The bed was high – always an issue for me as I am short – but wow, was it comfortable! I suspect it had a pillow top of some sort.
The bedding was spotless as well. The double blankets allow for warmth control although I only needed one. The sheets were some sort of rippled/seersucker cotton – I mention that as I have never seen that before. They were soft and comfortable unlike many scratchy hotel sheets.

Finally, the staff – I met three people and ALL were friendly and gracious.

FYI: They are pet-friendly ($25 per night). I’ve stayed in several noisy pet-friendly motels/hotels but that was not the case here even though there were dogs present.

I had mice in my room. I kept hearing noise in the middle of the night, then I decided to stay awake and saw the mouse eating my snacks!! I was transferred to another room, but it smelled like smoke and there were stains. The TV did not work, I called the front desk to ask for assistance, the receptionist came up to check on the tv, he stated he would get maintenance, but maintenance never arrived!

We checked in for less than half an hour. There was mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall, the room reeked of cigarettes, and the main door wouldn't open at first, and then it wouldn't lock, so the door would open on the outside without needing a key card. We checked out immediately afterward. Do not be fooled by their false advertising. There is no 'mountain view' either.

Title: Disappointing Stay - Unclean Room and Poor Service**

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, which was a big disappointment. Additionally, the toilet was clogged the entire time, and despite asking for maintenance, the issue was never fully resolved.

To make matters worse, the service at the front desk was poor. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the staff was unhelpful in addressing the issues I raised during my stay.

Given the condition of the room and the lack of proper service, I’m reaching Expedia to requesting a refund. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve for future guests, as my experience did not meet the standard.

probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. Room smelled like cigarettes and had bed bugs. one of my items was left at the desk and almost withheld from me. clearly saying “long black stuffed animal” and you showing me a pillow at the desk is raunchy.

if I didn’t spot it in a BOX hidden, then I would have never gotten it back. never again. Couldn’t pay to have me sleep here again.

There is peeling ceiling paint, dirt on the walls, rust stains in the shower and lack of cleanliness in the room overall. Reserved a king bed, non smoking. when arrived only had smoking. Had 2 beds on 2nd floor, both were full size.
However the peeling wallpaper did match the peeling popcorn ceiling. If that one room is an indication of the condition of the remaining rooms then they are in need of renovation. Would not stay again.

Absolutely horrible. Nowhere in their Expedia booking process does it say anything about a \"Smoking\" nor \"Non-Smoking\" room. Yet when I showed up, the staff claimed that is what I booked. I didn't fight him on it, because I couldn't recall if I missed it in the description during booking. Skip forward: I went back and tried to book the same 2-bed, \"Mountain View\" room again, and there is nothing noting anything about it. There IS an option to manually type a request (which I never did). I'm convinced that the staff on property edited the booking to assign me a smoking room, because all of these rooms are \"Smoking\" and gross.

Regardless of the \"Smoking\" vs \"Non-Smoking\" (which is honestly a big deal, since we stunk like the room and so did the entire contents of our suitcases) - the place was absolutely gross. Our first room had black mold in the bathroom. I had to request a different room. The guy said nothing to me to dispute it. Didn't ask for photos, didn't want to go inspect it, didn't check the housekeeping logs - nothing. He knew. And he knew when he assigned me that room, that it was disgusting. The carpet was sticky. We didn't want to walk around without shoes. None of the outlets above the nightstand between the beds worked. Those are pretty important for phones and medical devices.

Our second room was the same, with less black mold.

There was no working ice machine on the property.

Both rooms had doors with locks that were not fully cooperating. Shady place.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in a while

The staff was very polite and check-in was a breeze so I was expecting a great stay but the room was so unbelievably disgusting. Black mold all over the place and the bathroom. General wear and tear all throughout the place. Just gives a bad vibe. Water was hot and bed was comfortable enough and I was exhausted and checked in at midnight so I just slept and got out as soon as possible. Place wreaked of cigarette smoke as well.

Overall very good experience improvement necessary with the door lock in the room I stayed.
This property has option for smoking or non smoking rooms. Smoking should not be permitted in the rooms. This should be a thing of the past, most properties are eliminating smoking option rooms.
Otherwise pleasant staff, check in was seamless. A good experience.

Was overall not a bad place to stay. However you only get 2 pillows per bed and they are very poor condition to sleep with support but the beds are comfy and showers are nice and did fit our price range! However we also were woken up during the night with a baby RAT/ MOUSE running around our room in the trash. We told the guy at the front desk, he stated he would talk to the manager and call us because we had to check out and leave to be to an event but we have not and most likely still won’t. We took pics of what the rat did but the thing ran before we could catch it and it ran under the bed and were unable to find it.

I checked in on November 25 at about 3 PM. Clerk at the desk was very polite expedited my order and gave me room key to room 115. Everything was fine.
The next day before checkout, I decided to extend my stay for another 10 days paid in advance on the credit card .During the next few days the maid service came in cleaned, emptied the trash, but did not make the bed. In fact that happened several times during my 10 day stay. On Thursday, December 5 ,I was out all day. Came home to the room about 8 o’clock in the evening bed was made trash cans were emptied room was clean but there was a terrible cigar smoke smell in the room so I went to the front desk talked to the clerk.He had his maintenance guy go out and take a look immediately to my room I stayed in the office waiting Maintenance man came back to the office and said that he didn’t smell nothing. I said you gotta be kidding me I can smell the odor of cigar smoke. I said I’d rather not argue. I Turned to the clerk and said I’m checking out early. They would like a refund for the days not used. The clerk issued a refund for a total one night stay and I was I was happy with that. There was also one other thing that I recall that I mentioned to the clerk before leaving that I heard a scratching noise in the middle of the night a few nights wasn’t sure what that was. He informed me that the adjacent room behind me the tenant had pets. I replied oh that makes sense that explains it.

Exactly what we needed!!!

The room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Everything worked as it should with the heating/cooling and the refrigerator was ice cold. We chose this hotel because of the price and the ability to bring our dogs. The hotel was well worth the room rate and we will stay here again when we are in town for the competition that brought us there. The area around the hotel was well lit and we had no worries about our safety. The smells coming from the attached restaurant were amazing and we wish we had the opportunity to dine there but our schedule wouldn’t allow us to. The area was very quiet and we had no complaints from any loud neighbors as there were none.

There were some minor imperfections with paint in the bathroom but nothing I haven’t seen at more expensive places I’ve stayed at.

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay, i would highly recommend. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and the beds were soft. It had a good sized TV with many channels and softer blankets than the majority of hotels I've stayed at. Great location with many stores nearby.

this motel has seen better days, like a few decades ago. the property is now fully depreciated and there appears to be zero motivation for basic upkeep and maintenance. the room stinks, carpet is worn out, overall dingy and depressing. but the bathroom fan appears to work. anyone who rated this decrepit joint better than poor is delusional or paid off.
