This place was ATROCIOUS!
When I checked in, there was graffiti on the onside window that I had to scrap off with a straight razor. There were stickers all on the refrigerator that I scrapped also!
Then I noticed a few gnats, which eventually became abundantly present!
I went out and bought some BUG SPRAY and fumigated the room before I went out for the day. When I came back, the room still smell like it. But lo and behold, there were still a few of those nasty things still present.
I tried to find the source but I gave up and got the HADES out of there.
There were a couple of good things! The biggest TV in all the rooms I have rented in my time. And the Waterpik shower head was DELIGHTFUL.
I had plenty of towels but NO wash cloths nor hand towels.
I won't be back EVER, though!

The room had live entertainment in the form of water bugs living in the mirror casing on the wall. I took a video. The place was unsafe. The woman who took my id asked me for $20 in cash, and when I complained that it was paid through Expedia, she said that she would waive it. There are prostitutes basicallly living here. Three Uber drivers told me this place wasn't safe. One calling it Ana-Crime instead of Anaheim. I stayed in this area a few years back and it wasn't this bad. California is a beautiful place, but this Governor is a moron, and now more than just LA and San Francisco have been destroyed. As for Expedia, this is no bueno. It is nice of you to list reviews, and trust me, I wasn't expectng the Ritz Carlton, but this was perhaps the most disgusting place I have ever seen. It was only missing a chalk outline on the floor, and I slept with a chair against the door that didn't lock correctly to avoid that chalk outline from being my own. Roaches hiding in the shower curtains, too. I had to pull my bed away from the wall, as I didn't want to wake up to roaches in my bed. I thought that would work until I realized that they can semingly climb up the wall and drop down. Between being grossed out, disgusted and afraid of who might try to break down my door in the middle of the night, I barely slept. I would like to ask Expedia for most if not all of my money back, as the photos in the description were absolute fakes. I have photos and videos. The wall haven't been paint

First the good things:
The biggest TV in any room I have ever stayed! The Waterpik shower head was FABULOUS!
The rest was in a word --- just TERRIBLE!
When I first got to the room I noticed a couple gnats, during my stay . . . a couple grew to about a hundred! And I couldn't detect where they were coming from; I had to go out and buy a can of bug spray and every time I saw one, I gave it a spray.
When I went out for the day, I sprayed the entire room. When I got back 8 hours later, the room smelled like bug spray, but the bugs NEVER went away --- but it killed about half of them!
I know that them being there is a case of the room NOT being THOROUGHLY cleaned! And the first giveaway is always the floors. In the old days, carpeting covered up a lot. Nowadays with just the tile flooring, it doesn't take much to see if they even moped.
Since the room had plenty of bath towels, I soaked one in Clorox (which I bought with the bug spray).
And I used that towel to mop the entire floor! The towel was close to BLACK!
Yuck!
There was graffiti on the outside of the window, which I scrapped off and there were stickers on the fridge which I scrapped off also.
This place was a mess --- and I won't be back!
Take a look at all the horrendous photos . . . management should be ashamed of this place!

The staff stood out. My fiancé left her ring in the room and didn’t realize until later that morning. I called and told them what happened and the staff stayed on the line until he confirmed that he’d found the ring and would hold it until we could return to pick it up. So grateful!

The pictures are deceptive it makes it look okay but it was far from.First they require a cash deposit, which was not listed and is nearly unheard of these days. The room was clean but the facilities are run down. The fixtures had chips and damages and the air conditioning smelled like plastic. There was a loud part in a nearby room and nothing was done even after calling. I strongly recommend not staying here.

Inside of the microwave was burnt out and exposed to the point you could see the insulation. All the outlets in the room were so worn out and loose that my chargers literally fell out. I guess it was nice of them to work with me and let me out of my reservation early. But they still charged me $100 or so to check in at midnight and leave at 7 or 8 am due to their conditions. This place made me feel like a terrible parent for subjecting my 12 year old to even just a few hours of being there.

So the lady at the window was soooo rude and she charged me extra for my toddler which I got a 2 beds so I didn’t need a new room to accommodate us. It was such a hassle for such a ran down place. The room was awful the keycard would let open the door and then when we got in it smelled like urine and smoke and sulfur. I don’t recommend this place at all. The window was wide open and there was NO SCREEN ON THE WINDOW AT ALL! Not safe at all. Then the shower was leaking so bad it was broken and it was so loud all night and we tried closing the door and the door would not close at all! The walls were yellow and the floor wasn’t mopped. It was just awful

Place had a horrible overpowering smell of mens cologne. Floor is uneven everywhere, mini fridge sits on floor, walls are paper thin. Its like a 1 star MAYBE! Unless all else fails don't go here.

The floors are not completely installed right. They Creek. The bath tub is filthy needs replacement towels are terrible . No HBO in room like sign says. No ice machine. A/c system was very loud. Needs service or replace. Will never return again even for a budget. I think the department that inspects motels should shut it down till things have properly fixed and cleaned. Even the desk for clothes looked terrible.

The beds were good. They were definitely kept up and clean if you’re just looking to spend the night and sleep then this is exactly what you’re paying for. As far as anything else goes the shower. It definitely had heated water. The pressure was good too, but the floor was dirty and there were a lot of like Holes in things in the walls. It wasn’t good for like if you were going to be showing around, but again if you’re just looking for something to sleep then I say this is exactly what you’re paying for.

If you’re looking to go like Knotts Berry Farm on Disneyland or something along those lines I suggest going to someplace else. The customer service was OK when I first got here and I got here at like 10:00 AM before my check-in. I asked if there was an early check-in, the gentleman at the counter refused to let me come in early understandable but I would’ve thought that he would have Been a obliging or at least accommodating if I paid him maybe a little bit earlier

I did come back at 1 o’clock, and the gentleman who was there was not there in a lady who is very kind. I didn’t get her name. I wish I had was way more susceptible to letting me come in early specially since it was very windy and cold.

The floors of the hotel are not carpeted, but the room itself had all the comedies. The AC and heater seem to work. Just complicated to figure out the sheets were in in the blankets were not very sick. The pillows however were very fluffy.

Couple in the room above me where arguing so women was crying .The guy was playing loud music so i checked out 4 hours after checking in.Also when i checked in the room the window was slitly open and the screen was off.Very sketchy. The lady at the front was lovely. Because of the area, She was behind a plate of glass. Do not trust the pictures of the place—gross and dirty bathroom and Spa availability. Crooked TV, paint scraped on walls, the refrigerator was noisy at night when trying to sleep, Microwave button to reset the time when using was broken. You had to wait out the entire time pushed in to change the cooking time if needed. The refrigerator door handle was broken when I first opened it, but everything was in working condition. We would not stay here again.

Paint chipping off walls; dirty air conditioner; spider webs in corner of room; dirty countertops with some sticky residue that resembled syrup; missing call phone; no lamp; bed was broken with springs popping out, making it very uncomfortable to sleep in; bed sheets made us itchy and caused hives all over body that seemed like an allergic reaction; pillows smelled bad; sheets were not clean or fresh; bed did not have fitted sheet only mattress cover; mildew on bottom trim of walls in every room; dirty walls; refrigerator missing handle; stains in the jetted tub; broken drain in jetted tub; jetted tub dial almost broke off wall when I turned it; rusty TV wall mount; terrible and slow internet; dirty window curtains; dirty windows; mold above wall near jetted tub; jetted tub button seemed to be popping out and loose; no ventilation above jetted tub; microwave was dirty; chrome desk legs were rusted; light fixtures were half popped out.

BATHROOM:

Rusted drain in shower; irregular water pressure from shower head; mildew around toilet; shower curtain smelled like mold; towels smelled like mold; no shampoo or soap; sitting water in shower; even the water smelled bad!

OUTSIDE AND AROUND PROPERTY:

Sex workers around every corner; dangerous at night as there are sketchy people; junkies yelling at the sky; hoodlums everywhere;

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I really wanted to like this place, but I didn’t expect it to be this trashy! I’m not even a picky person.

The room is somewhat update recently but it is a cheap remodel as you can tell when you get into the room. Paint is not completely finish, AC is very loud, floor is kinda dirty as I can tell by my slipper, bathroom is very tiny and the toilet is small.

Good place for a good night's rest

We thought we booked the jacuzzi room, but evidently didn't. Our room was good anyhow. The place was quiet. EZ check-in and check-out. The family who runs the motel were quite nice to us. Convenient to dining options, pool, (but not in operation). Onsite parking.
