No lamps at all - only harsh overhead lighting. Headboards haphazardly affixed to wall. Extremely slow WiFi. This is a place to sleep and absolutely nothing else.

Has AC, hot and cold water. They don’t wash the top cover on the beds you can tell from the smell. The ceiling of our room had mildew and a big wet spot. The floor near the sink was also water damaged sinking in. You have to put $100 dollar deposit which we never got bad we had some trash like to-go containers on the table and dirty towels in the tub. Only stayed there for a close walk to the stadium other wise wouldn’t recommend we stayed in room 202 I believe.

Everything about the Crest Ridge Inn is absolutely outstanding it ranks in my top five of best motel rooms or hotel rooms that I've stayed in on Century Boulevard I would recommend it to anybody who's looking for a nice cozy stay from out of town or just a staycation to get away from the house this place should be on your list as one of your go-to's when vacationing in Los Angeles the man and woman running disestablishment treat you like family and make sure that you're staying is not only welcoming and inviting but will ensure that on your next trip or a journey in Los Angeles to stay here will definitely have to happen. Its no comparison to the H3 motel a little further down century. It makes the H3 look like THE DO DROP INN MOTEL

We had a concert at the So Fi, leaving SoFi stadium was chaotic, no rides available, and we were able to walk back to the Hotel with no issues. Had we stayed any further, not sure how we would have got back. This hotel saved our night. Tip, arrive early for check in, to get parking.

Also, the hotel is street-facing but the soundproofing is very poor, making it hard to sleep. To make matters worse, they did not provide a receipt at checkout

I wanna start by saying this place is _ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!! If you’re looking for something to throw you into the true capetown life this is it. It is however extremely small it’s a 1 bed term think a bit larger than those places you see in New York. The only doors are the front. The back (to the patio) and the bathroom there is to a bedroom door it’s like sliding glass. I stayed with my boyfriend for a little over 2 months and Phillip was phenomenal he gave great recs and had a house keeper on hand. Ben at the gate was always amazing and they helped keep our extra bags safe while we stayed out of town. There so many plants it adds an element you can’t fake and thank goodness my boyfriend had a green thumb or I would have been evicted but Phillip tells you everything you need to know. Someone definitely lives here there is decor EVERYWHERE to the point you have little spots to places your things that is somewhat different but you make it work. It’s seconds from long street and amazing restaurants in the city! You’re right in the square whic in a courtyard that everyday set up and every night beak down. Some days it was very frustrating but overall I think it gave us a beautiful understanding of the hustle and work ethic of the people of Cape Town! Phillips place gives you a space to feel right at home and there is truly nothing like it! I would recommend this place to any friends or couples I know to stay here because it’s 10/10 and 1 of a kind!

It’s in a terrible part of town. Police sirens all night. Not enough parking for the rooms. Staff infriendly (they just don’t care). While it is close to SOFI, KIA, cosm , etc. its dangers. Doors don’t lock properly. No amenities. For the price. Pay the same the price somewhere else and yrber to the arena. It’s wasn’t an inexpensive hotel. Most people only stayed their ones night and check out.

I really loved that the room had a big tv that should connect to Netflix! The bed was big and decently comfortable, with a soft blanket provided. The AC was a really nice bonus, as was the bathtub with lots of hot water. The room was really clean and smelled nice, and they provided a microwave and mini fridge, which I was endlessly thankful for. I think the one downside was the rough towels, but I understand that the motel has to powerwash them with bleach for cleanliness. Next time, I'll just bring my own. Another small downside would be check-out time being 11am, meaning that anyone with an evening flight has to haul their luggage out and about all day. I only wish Check In and Check Out were a bit more flexible (not having to lug 50lbs around for hours would've saved me some back pain), but that's just me! Overall great stay, it was in a relatively safe area, lots of shops nearby, and house service came by every day.

We left for our concert at 6 PM and got back at 12 AM. Upon entering our room, it was clear somebody had been inside. Our belongings had been misplaced, and drawers were open. When I realized that somebody had entered, we checked a wallet that had been left instead of taking it to the venue. All of the cash was missing. My passport was removed from its cover, but thankfully not stolen.
I called the manager to let her know somebody had been in our room only to be told it wasn’t possible. We know what we saw, and she was of no help. I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter who was terrified. It was after midnight, and I started looking for other hotels, but without having transportation and literally leaving for the airport the next day, we had no luck. I found anything I could to barricade the door and this is how we spent the last few hours. We finally fell asleep at 2 AM only to be woken by the manager knocking on our door and she would not leave. She gave us another key “for our safety.” $180 for this. SMH
