I waited for well over an hour at the airport in the shuttle pickup spot as per the instructions in the email you sent me. No one showed up. The email also stated that the complimentary shuttle would leave every hour on the hour. After I got on the shuttle the next morning to go back to LAX the driver and the manager VERY RUDELY tried to insist that I must pay $10usd despite me telling them to look at my confirmation email. I was so embarrassed.

Upon arrival I was told the earliest check in was at 1pm. On top of that I was charged more for my stay because the room I was provided did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. I already had a reservation and finding a room elsewhere was going to be very difficult for the stay I had planned. I will never stay here again. EVER.

The property itself was fine, however we booked with the property telling us that there was a free shuttle to the airport and when we got there, they told us that they don’t do that anymore and we had to pay $20 each way. The reception also was very slow, not to the fault of the person at the desk, but when we were checking in there was a second staff member who looked more senior that was just sitting behind doing paperwork while we waited forever for the long line to clear. They did allow us to leave our bags on site when we went out for the day which was very helpful but wouldn’t stay here again.

Very clean and very secure, will stay again, it’s really a hotel rather than a motel. Need card key to get to your specific floor which is great. Parking also needs key card to get in/out which is good because Inglewood can be dicey at night. Stayed here after attending a concert at Kia Forum very close/ very easy to get to. Used it as a base to get ready too. Good base for attending concerts, sporting events, and if need to be close to LAX.

If you can afford it, it's worthwhile to go to the Sheraton Gateway instead. The elevator smelled like pee and my room was loud with freeway sounds the entire night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff was nice and our check-in lady Hera was very sweet. There was also an Asian male can’t remember his name but he helped to get us in a room with a fridge as I was unaware not all of the rooms have fridges. Also decent location walking distance to a few food places and bus stops.

The staff was nice but every morning I went down for coffee and it was no creamer or sugar left supposedly so me and my wife was unable to get any for the 4 days we stayed there and it’s not there fault we was on a budget but it would of helped because we got stuck over there cuz our flight got canceled and we didn’t have money like that so it would of helped us

The room was dated. The staff not friendly at all. We arrived earlier than expected and was not allow to check in. I even offered to pay extra to check in early. They said no ! I had my kids with me who was all jet lagged and just wanted to relax for awhile. I just got frustrated and checked out a few hours later.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very basic and have a strong odor. There's no toiletries offered only one roll of semi new toilet paper. There's a extra 20$ dollars a night charge for parking when having a vehicle. The service is very dry to say the least. And if your going w children everyone is considered an adult when staying here. The worst part for me is the parking I feel like that's a huge rip off unless you arrived in a helicopter smh.

The bed is too small for 2 guests, it’s only a double size bed not queen size bed. The floor was not 100% cleaned, I found some area had hairs and bathroom floor not cleaned too.
No toiletries in the room, but the motel information said toiletries included so I didn’t bring mine. I cannot wash my hair, there was only one small piece of soap.

The place was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable. The sheets were clean but maybe a microfiber and kind of stuck to you.
There was an odor to the place.
But it was a good price for a few hours of sleep.
We did not know there was a $10 person fee for the airport shuttle. Surprise.

Everything in this hotel is terrible, the room smells horrible and there were some bottles of beer. I stayed there for 15 minutes and i decided to left, they did not want to reimburse me for my money $650. When I left the front desk told me I will get my money back but that did not happen, additionally the deposit that I made of $124 never got returned either. This is the worse experience ever, everything happen at 2:30 am while I was with my 4 years old daughter.

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

During my stay in the middle of the night, the ceiling in our room was actively leaking water. it created an unsafe and unsanitary conditions. I promptly reported the problem to management, they sent out a security guard to assess the situation because no one from maintenance was available at 1:40 a.m. to repair the leak, or relocate us to another room. We were left to deal with the issue ourselves. During my check out I was not offered any compensation and I have yet to hear from management.

Yes. There is a shuttle service. It costs 10 dollars per passenger, and leaves every hour at the hour (I can't remember when service starts). You are very close to the airport, so I would recommend to check Uber first and compare the price/effort, especially if you can split up the cost with others

My room was clean visually, but I personally couldn't stand the smell of dirty mop. I am a bit sensitive with smells. So keep that in mind
