Do not stay here!!!! I’ve traveled a lot on a budget and this is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. It’s filthy, the staff has no idea what they’re doing, there are zero amenities and the shuttle to LAX only runs sometimes IF they have a driver. Ridiculous.

Liked the fact they have cheap parking and there is security. Hate the fact each room comes with 1 pillow for each guest. As well why only 3 towels. When booking they know there is 4 people. Aside from that its a great place to stay with loads of amenities for a great price.

The AC smells bad filter needed to be change bathroom tub was peeling paint alot of dust too many dogs coming and going the pictures that I saw of the room was not what I received or saw it on line paid for premium room got the worse I requested handicap almost fell getting into a nasty tub with no safety rails at all

The first person I checked in with made me feel like a criminal and didn’t accept my local countries driver’s license and made me feel weird about it whereas the person beside me being served by someone else was quick and sweet. We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and they advertised complimentary airport shuttle, every hour on the hour from 5:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. daily. We got to the airport and went to shuttle pick up. We waited and the shuttle never arrived. We called the hotel and were told that the shuttle does not run until 2:00 p.m. We ended up having to Uber to the hotel, paying $30. If I had been told that, I would have booked one of the other many hotels in the area that offer free shuttles from the airport. We arrived at the hotel, and they literally had signage on their window stating their shuttles run daily from 5:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. We said something to the lady at the desk about the shuttle situation, and she stated they do not have free shuttles, the shuttles cost $10 per person and only starts at 2:00 p.m. I showed her the message from I received from my booking stating that the shuttle is complimentary and runs 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. She told me that was wrong. Then we brought up that the sign on their window stated the shuttles run from 5:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. daily, and she told us that they have to have that posted, \"for inspections\". I have no idea what that means, but don't message me and have signage the wrong hours of the shuttle, and that they're complimentary when they're not. The room itself was fine, but the shuttle situation left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will definitely stay elsewhere in the future due to this.

This motel is a great option if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airport, especially for an early flight. That’s exactly why we chose it, and it made getting to the airport the next morning super easy.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and overall we felt like we got really good value for the price. Parking is available for $20 USD per night for hotel guests.

A huge shoutout to Trenya for her outstanding customer service—she made me feel so welcome, and it was genuinely lovely chatting with her.

In terms of amenities, it’s pretty basic. There’s no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion provided, but there is coffee/tea and a fridge in the room.

Overall, I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills option close to the airport.

They charged an extra $95, for parking and in case we did damage to the room. The bathroom had bars for disabled. Paint chipping from wall.
I called for late check out for another $40 then they kept knocking on my door. Children yelling in the halls. My friend came to visit for one hour and had to pay to exit the parking lot.

There are a lot of hidden costs at this hotel that are not disclosed upfront. The shuttle is $10 per person each way and only leaves every hour. Early check in is a $40 fee.

There was no water fountain to refill water bottles at this location and so visitors would have to purchase $6-8 water bottles from their store.

The room itself is very lackluster and bare bones. Shampoo is given in ketchup packet sizes. The staff was somewhat amiable, but definitely did not look happy. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful so I appreciated that part of the experience.

They only reason ranking it over all good rather than excellent after I checked out is because when I checked in the night before, I was told there is a shuttle every hour on the hour. However when I went down to catch the shuttle the next day to go back to the airport, I was told the shuttle is under maintenance and wouldn't be running until 2:00 p.m! I had to take an Uber to the airport which was more expensive than the shuttle.

The stay and the facility were very nice. The problem i had was at check in they required a$75.00 deposit and a $20.00 charge for a parking pass. According to the web site i should have only been required to pay $3.00 when arriving on site. This is quite a big difference in pricing and i would NOT have booked this hotel had i know there was going to be a $75.00 deposit and we could not have any unregistered guests in the room or on the property for any reason, Which forced me to visit with friends on the sidewalk of Century Blvd

I've stayed there before. Previously, the quality of the cleaning, security, and customer service was quite acceptable for the price. Now, unlike other times, the price is higher for lodging and parking, and the security guard is no longer frequently seen in the parking lot or the rest of the property. They also no longer provide daily room cleaning (only upon request, and it's not always available), and not all the staff are friendly. Additionally, the maintenance of the facilities is noticeably less than before.

So this was my second time staying in this hotel this week alone. Check out my previous review on that stay. This stay, 1 night, was much better! Jennifer and Nestor were there to check me in. I told Jennifer about what happened earlier in the week and she apologized! I requested to not be on that floor and have an even number room. Not only was it quiet, but I had a view of the airplanes coming in which I enjoy! Much better quality of a room compared to the previous room. I would just suggest they clean the AC unit. One downside which is nothing compared to before, I forgot that the floor I was on had the spotlights outside the window which keeps the room lit up during the night.

I’ve been to this hotel a few times. In fact, it’s my preferred hotel in the area. During this stay, 2 nights, it started out rocky. Mind you, they increased the parking to $20 a night! I remember when it was free, then $10, then $16! They added a staging structure in the lobby to keep you in line before checking in and added new self help vending in the lobby. I’ve never had a problem checking in before even if I was 30 minutes early. The staff (Tanisha) was on the phone and the manager (May) told me to wait even though it was obvious she was on her phone around the corner and could’ve helped too. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes to be checked in. We got our room and headed up to find that our entire floor was under renovation. That was never disclosed! The room although looked decent with new mattress and paint, smelled so much like paint still that you could get high. It was a landlord special if you asked me. Plus the workers were still there out the door blaring their music. I went down and asked for a new room as they never disclosed that and the staff member stared at me as if I didn’t speak English and she was confused. Luckily the room we were moved to was much better. Only down fall I would say is we were in the odd number rooms where you hear the freeway loudly, bathtub needs to be recaulked, and the AC could be cleaned. Otherwise, the room did what it was supposed to.

Dirty. Elevators didn’t work nearly half the time. Stairs didn’t reach all the way down to floor one so we couldn’t take the stairs either. Trapped at 11pm with no way to get to the room after a long day out with two kids was unacceptable. Asked several times for clean towels. Answer always was “we’ll call you when they’re ready.” They never ever called. We survived a whole week with 4 towels. Hotel stinks of people smoking weed. Pool area only had towels one time (tried to get towels from pool area because lobby didn’t have any). Pool was poorly maintained and dirty. Room was either freezing or hot. Staff was not professional while handling customers. They’d interact with each other inappropriately in front of a customer. The room service didn’t hesitate to use offensive language over the radio which was in ear shot of customers. Overall a 2/10- one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

We stayed at this motel 6 for 7days upon arrival the motel looked decent when we entered the lobby the seating area were dirty the sofas were disgusting and the whole building had a weird smell. We checked in got our room halls and the rooms had the same weird smell the next day we asked front staff if we can get our room cleaned they told us they clean the room after 4 days and we said ok then when we got back to the room they had made the bed and fresh towels and same thing the next day cleaned our room so in total they cleaned our room two days in a row and didn’t clean the room for the rest of the stay which was about five days and didn’t change the bed sheets and we had to go down to the reception to get towels for 5 days. And top that they charge for parking which is 20 dollars per days for parking.

The pool was clean and towels are provided. Love that they had a little dog park. Only 1 microwave in lobby and they do not provide utensils. Morning coffee is all you get. There is a Dollar Tree down the street i suggest you stock up on food before arriving. They have a laundry room, best bet is to dowload the app and take advantage of the free wash. You will need quarters for the soap machine. Hope this is helpful.
