The room was great and the beds were very comfortable but the shower had 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner however it had no body wash. The only other issue we had was for aelf parking it was a ridiculous walk more than a block for $66.

I'm sure the other rooms were nicer as I tend to get stuck with the ones that aren't as nice for being who I am. Would be more pleasant if things weren't degrading so much on the property. Rooms were decent and mostly clean. One major complaint, since when does it cost 8 dollars to do one load of laundry. And my clothes never did completely dry so I had to air dry them. I don't know if they keep it that way or if it was built for a specific villain to make their visit as uncomfortable and expensive as possible. Other than that the staff were decent and the rooms nice but could be a little cleaner.

Shuttle to airport was unpredictable. We got there but the wait was long. It would be helpful to have a schedule that staff can share.

From the beginning to the end, customer service was poor. Starting with the shuttle from LAX, the driver was rude. I felt I was inconveniencing him to assist me with my luggage and help me up the stairs. Actually, he did not help me. he watched me struggle. Next, the ladies at the counter were talking with each other and seemed too busy to assist me with my reservation. Once I was helped, I was told I needed to make my reservation online to receive the AARP discount for seniors. Next online it stated breakfast was free. To find out it was $39. For all the experience at this hotel wasn’t well. With all the options there are close to LAX, I will not be returning to this hotel!

I loved the convenience of the airport shuttle service. The location made it easy to visit both Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier using public transportation. The restaurant’s late operating hours were a great bonus and provided the perfect way to end the evening after a day of exploring. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very convenient to the airport with a regular shuttle . Arrived early from a long flight and was able to book in early for $40 and also got a room with a bath as requested. Baths are no longer common and a room with a shower only is also available . Room came with a buffet breakfast that I only wish i had more time to enjoy . Available food other than the restaurant and Bar are limited with restricted hours . Staff are very kind and helpful . Have stayed here before and was happy to be able to book here again

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. This property is immaculate and provides all the needed amenities. The fact that it's within walking distance from the LAX airport makes it a perfect location if you are traveling.

I stayed one night after an all day long flight. I was absolutely relieved to find that the properties sleeping accommodations were above the rest. I managed to sleep and recuperate for the remainder of my travel.

I was surprised that the location was very quiet considering the amount of traffic with travelers arriving, departing and vicinity of the airport.

I had a negative encounter with housekeeping. I left some of my souvenirs in the mini fridge. As soon as I realized that I left them, I called the housekeeping management but was told that nothing was found or turned in. I requested that management inquire with housekeeping and verify if the items were discarded as trash. The items were clearly not trash as they were all sealed and inside a personal insulated bag. I was told that the housekeeper was gone for the day and they would inquire the following day.

Hotel management called me back and confirmed that housekeeping found my souvenirs but forgot to turn them in. Management verified the content of my items but unfortunately 3 of the items were missing and supposedly discarded as trash. They offered to ship the remaining items for free which didn't make up for the missing items but I was responsible for leaving them behind.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had the pleasure to sleep in & I would love to know what pillow brand they use because I would buy them in a heartbeat. The room was spotless. I didn’t come in a car so this wasn’t an issue for me, but the parking is pricey ($60 self park, more for valet). Just a heads up for those planning to stay there.

While the lobby is attractive the room is sub-par in my opinion. It’s barely decorated at all. The mattress isn’t comfortable and the pillows give no cushion - there’s not much to them at all.

This is a handicapped accessible room and the closet rod is so low that only a child’s clothing could hang on it without wrinkling.

There is no microwave. I had planned to reheat my overpriced dinners to save money. No go. The one chair in the room, an office chair, sinks very low even with adjusting. Overall there is a lack of attention to details in the room.

Shocked to find out that valet parking is $75 per day.

Unless you can walk or Uber to restaurants the only option is to eat here. And it is very expensive. One good thing is the wait staff are fantastic. They are efficient, friendly and attentive.

Did not get any sleep due to VERY loud music in the exterior foyer from about 2am onwards all night long (I’m presuming to keep homeless people away) which could be heard loud and clear from a 5th floor room.
However, The room was clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Got woken up by housekeeping opening my door at 8:30am. After waking up and telling the front desk about it, housekeeping opened my door again at 10:30 without knocking. I know nobody spoke to the lady in housekeeping about it because she did it again two hours later. Poorly managed, poorly run. I’ll never stay here again.

The staff were not helpful my son arrived 8hrs before I did and I had called to add him to my room was told okay when he tried to check in was not allowed even when he offered his credit card.They did not want to let him check his bags he had to get the manager involved.a hald hr before I arrived they were willing to let him use his credit card by then I had arrive at the airport.it was to little to late.

I've stayed at every hotel on \"The Strip\" right outside of LAX, the Sheraton is the one I always come back to. It isn't the newest or the nicest, but the staff are always great, they have good powerful showers, the air conditioning always works well, and they always have a room available outside check-in time. I only stay at LAX for one or two days from Australia to Philadelphia and back to break up the flight. The Sheraton is very reasonably priced and has everything I want and nothing I don't.

Rude staff, I was travelling bak to my country with a dislocated arm with a sling nobody was available to even ask if they can help. on shuttle buses. Doorbell was nit able to help with time Shuttle driver was rude and thing that he owned the place. Cafeteria personnel is bitter as well frontdesk clerks.

I was very surprised on this hotel I Thought it would be one of the best in the area. Until I woke up to a roach in my bed next to me. I was immediately disgusted and got my stuff and left early that morning. I talked to management and still waiting to hear from them. This was very disappointing and basically just nasty. I expected better than this from a hotel like the Sheraton. Hopefully they will correct the mistake but we shall see. I took a picture of the roach and showed it to the manager so they didn’t think k I was making it up. Still waiting to hear from them.

This was the perfect hotel for my trip. The shuttle arrived right after I stepped out of the airport. The driver was very nice and friendly. The check-in went smoothly and y room was ready 2 hours early! The room was clean and looked exactly as the pictures. The restaurant and gift shops were nice, too! They had Starbucks coffee pods and complimentary bottled water, which was awesome! All in all, was the perfect stay!

I went there because the hotel I was at was so filthy and unmaintained that I couldn't stay there. So I tried this hotel and it was 1,000% better.
