For a 7-night/8-day stay, we were told the room would be serviced/cleaned (and clean towels provided) every other day. Our room was serviced only once. We reported it to the front desk after the first missed day, but nothing was done to correct it.

This is an old hotel in need of serious upgrades. The lobby, elevator were clean & staff were just fine. My room was kind of a dump. Damaged lamp shade, large torn away portion of the blackout curtain which let too much light into the room at night, stains on curtain to name a few issues. Motion light in bathroom shuts off while you’re showering & general water pressure was pretty bad. And just not the cleanest room by any means. Obviously nothing the immediate staff can do about any of these issues so not holding them accountable. I guess you get what you pay for.

When we turned on our HVAC system, the whole room smelled like urine. We requested a room change, which the concierge kindly assisted with. Our new room had stained sheets and towels but no longer smelled like urine. After shutting the bathroom door, I was unable to get out as there is no handle or knob on the door and needed my boyfriend to push against the door to slide it open. We asked the front desk for help and this was their suggestion, so seems like this is a common occurrence. I would spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer.

It was really unsettling considering we paid cloe to $300 for 2 nights!!!

I gave the amenities only 4 stars probably becaaue I couldn't find the pool or fitness center...that's my fault though, as I was exhausted during my stay with work colleagues. At 5:45pm only a few people at the bar and two people at a table in the under impressive dining area. The free shuttle (9:30am) to the airport was 20 minutes late and a few people were panicking. I only knew this because I went back in and asked someone at the front desk to check his location. Sorry but just not impressed at all for the price.
